Went in to by a printer, sales associate was very helpful.

Went in to print out some resumes today. $0.13 a page seems a bit much to me but had to do it. The young lady working the register wasnt interested in delivering great customer service, bad day maybe. I needed a little help but she was busy texting on her phone. I think she needs more training Office Depot, btw I have 20 plus years experience in customer service and Im currently looking for work.

They basically have all of my electronic and stationary needs. The store is always clean and organized. They have a great selection of office furniture needs too. The associates are very helpful and have great product knowledge.

If your child ever goes missing dont count on Carl the manager to help you out by letting you post even a single missing poster. After youve spent over a $100 on prints to hang up around town. Shame on you Office Depot. This is a child we are talking about, missing during a pandemic.

I came across this Office Depot buy chance. I had planned to go to another store for enlargements and when I seen there location I stopped out of convience. So Thankful that I did. I love this place. The employees are very polite and respectful. I had a lot of enlargements to get done and the young lady that helped me didnt hesitate at all. I know it was overwhelming but she didnt skip a beat . And the cost for the enlargements was significantly lower then the quote from the original place I had planned to go.

I went in there this evening and the young guy that helped me and my grandmother was very nice he made sure that we found what we were looking for and I really appreciated that and they have real good customer service so keep up the good work

Worst Store ever . Do not buy anything from this store they will rip you off and not give you the correct item at all. Had to return to this store three times and the sales associate gave me outdated items that was not even close to what I needed. I have gotten no apologies no refunds and now out of $1,000 thanks to poor management and poor sales person lack of knowledge. Store should be shut down ASAP . Filling a lawsuit with them for loss of items and I even had the bill of sale thats was only three days old . Do Not Shop There at all or they will take all your money and say oh well to bad .

This is the worst office depot Ive ever been at. I was walking around one specific section of the store trying to find a power cord and not one of the associates bothered to help me after 25 minutes. When they finally asked if I needed help, they didnt even carry what i wanted. This was a complete waste of time and i will never shop at office depot ever again.

Go there, dont call you may be on hold for a long time. Once there it is fine.

Management needs to hire more people at the printing department!! Every time I visit the printing section, theres always a long wait.

The 59¢ copies are actually. 64¢ and the lowest grade garbage paper they could find. Be warned.

So..... I knowing the charger cord for my galaxy Note 10.1 isnt a common shelf item unlike the over stocked junk of iphone stuff, I call ahead and describe in detail several times to a associate and upon returning to the phone had to explain again and that I would be riding there little less than 3 miles no big deal except the weather this evening bad and NEEDING this cord asap I rode into a strong head wind the whole trip. Only to arrive with employees instantly in terms to say I am STUPID and he promises me that this cord isnt the right one. Not wanting to understand that my device as I was told and he made it clear didnt use that cord and I was a idiot. Now using this device everyday since its birth I guess qualifies me as a expert of how its charged and its functions. The 45 minutes in the store and this very certain and really incompetent employee still holding to his great knowledge of the product still commenting on how I dont have a clue what I know about this unit and again he doesnt own one yet is very sure of this. I say to Office Depot train these people one on customer service and two product knowledge. I only wonder what else hes sold and was misleading customers. Stay clear of me fashion week hes the one with the fake black glasses. Here is a picture Mr un-knowledgeable before you make a fool of your self again get the manual to what you sell and learn before you think you know it all. Better yet everyone in that store hasnt a clue looks like study group time.
