This school is so awful that I don’t even know where to start on listing its flaws. FAA is located in a pretty ghetto area which has many shootings and gang violence surrounding the school. So many lock downs happen like you wouldn’t believe. At the time it was built, FAA was in a nice area but as Fresno expanded north, the ghetto parts have also expanded north too. Not a safe place to send your kids if you don’t want to risk sending them to a dangerous place. The Academy has a serious money issue, do you want to spend hundreds of dollars a year only to find out the school is actually losing money by spending it on things irrelevant toward the students. That is thanks to the awful principal not doing anything to improve the school. Ever since Johnson left, the school’s student attendance has dropped almost to rock bottom again. Johnson claimed he left the school to take care of his father, but the truth was he left because he didn’t want to be accused of anything about the Bispham Incident. Oh yeah and don’t even get me started on that problem that ruined the school’s reputation. Christopher Bispham, a former 4th grade teacher at FAA, was accused of child molestation and was laterally caught trying to escape to Florida. Do you really want to send your children to a school where that happened to a bunch of 4th grade boys? I think not. Another problem the school has is it’s lack of academic courses for the junior high and high school. Sure, maybe Spanish should be a requirement, but where is the Media elective? Art? Drama? Percussion? See, this is why the high school especially is an epic fail at meeting the needs of students. Overall a terrible school, I left and never had any regrets about doing so. I will NEVER return and the school should be shut down!

I am currently attending this school and the students here are very respectful, supporting, and friendly. At our school we have chapel on fridays, some days in the week our school has tutoring. The classes here go on fun field trips. (depending on which grade you are in) Here are some reasons why parents should decide to put their children in this school.

My sister went to this school and was treated with respect! She was included in every single activity and their field trips/mission trips/senior trips are a lot better than the average high schools nearby! The principal is very nice and so are his family! I would recommend coming here if you are able to! Wish I could have came here back when I was attending high school!

Wonderful Christ centered school. The STEM activities are much appreciated as well as the after school care.

I went to Fresno Adventist Academy for my 7th and 8th grade year. All I can say was it was the worst two years of my life. We never went anywhere besides Project Impact, and that was really boring. The academics are really behind, students dont learn anything. The sports are so limited, like wheres the swimming and baseball? I would have more things to complain about, but my point is clear that FAA is not a good I mean great school

Best school Ive ever attended. All of my teachers are phenomenal and there is an organic farm on campus where I have volunteered at and learned so much from for 3 years. Academics are great, and the environment is very spiritually uplifting.

My children love Fresno Adventist Academy. Their teachers influenced them in so many ways. They want to be like them when they grow up. Thank you God for creating a school that has blessed my family.

Its a beautiful and safe campus. Students get challenged academically & spirituality daily. Being a smaller campus, students get many leadership opportunities. Students are making friends to last an eternity!

I love the people in this school, this school teach me to love and help other people to their needs and support by doing a good ministry like Medical Mission here in Philippines. Fresno Academy is a active, lively school that i encountered to my life, the Students, Faculty and Staff have a good participation to all their doing with love anf prasingly to our God. Bad school. Kids dont get a proper education and they do not screen their teachers. Just a few years ago they hired a teacher (Christopher Bispham) who later was discovered to be a pedofile and had already molested multiple kids. The principal left town shortly before the situation was discovered, probably because Bispham got the job because he was friends with principal Johnson. The new principle is incompetent doesnt listen to the opinion of the kids or their parents. The schools money is used on improving the fence or buying tables instead of improving the education offered by their school. They have school lunches, but they are expensive and buying lunch each day would cost a fortune and that is all on top of the heavy admission fee, all so the principle can buy new tables. This school is hardly worth the cost and isnt even a safe place for kids. Some people would argue that it is worth it just for bringing their children closer to Jesus but is one Bible class and a weekly chapel worth having your kids be undereducated or even molested by their own teacher. Parents should really consider the consequences of sending their children to this embarrassment of a school. Fresno Adventist Academy is barely even qualified to be a school and under current management it should be shut down immediately.

Well to be honest my problem is that the location of this school there is a factory near it so it smells so bad and also there is lots of lockdowns in this school and also this school has a financial issue but overall this school is mediorcre
