Busses late and now the Stillwater Schools has had to sue the company for breach of contract. STAY AWAY AS THEY PROMISE MUCH AND DELIVER LESS!!!!!!!! I now have no busing notified on Friday and No Busing on Tuesday after Labor Day! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Terrible. Bus either never comes or comes late. Doesnt even monitor what stop students get off on. Its now packed 2 bus routes on to one bus. So much for social distancing. I get good work is hard to come by but theres got to be a bigger issue than that here. Absolutely cannot depend on the to get reliable get kids to school in the morning.

School bus tailgating me on westbound highway 212 around 3:30 on 3/24 /2021. I slow down to letterpass and she blows her horn at me like Im supposed to speed up. She finally got the message and backed off but tailgating when driving a school bus seems incredibly irresponsible I believe the bus number was 1309 however I could be wrong about that it was a woman driver and she was wearing a light blue mask. Incredibly irresponsible for a professional school bus driver. just my opinion

This is the worse bus company in Minnesota. My daughter’s school utilizes this company and every year it’s the same thing. Late picking up every morning which makes me late for work and they are late dropping off in the afternoon. I call dispatch and they can’t provide any information and the bus driver told me to be patient and my daughter was due home at 3:20pm. If you have a different company to use, go with the other company. Do not use this company!!!

The bus drivers are always kind and caring towards my children. The routes are timed well and I can rely on the schedule.

The two car seats were not put in correctly at all. The driver was not friendly.

You bent over backwards to help us with last minute changes which in turn made our summer program a success. The drivers were outstanding as well! Consistently late or bus does not show up. Attempts to resolve the issue with dispatch were unsuccessful. Calls to management to express my concerns were not returned. No replies to emails sent to upper management. I would not recommend this company to any needing a reliable transportation service.

I work for this company. its not easy being a school bus driver, but I can grant that this company does everything in its power to provide an excellent service. Its #1 priority is transporting the students in a safe and effective manar. a person that does not know what we go through will criticisms, but it will be used to improve and better the services this company provides. I speck on my behalf and my comments are a reflection of what I feel.

Metropolitan Transportation Network is a wonderful company to work with. Their flexibility and commitment makes it easy to create schedules and trust that the routes will be completed. Ryan Morgan stands out amongst all the drivers as he patiently and kindly interacts with school staff and students. Way to go!

My church uses MTN every year for our Meskel ( Cross) celebration at Phalen park. They are doing amazing job. They are on time and the drivers go above and beyond their comfort zone to accommodate our children and all congregation members. I recommend MTN for everybody and my church will continue using their service.

Weve had late drivers show up with broken busses to transport students in wheel chairs many times this year. Nothing has improved, even since meeting with the company owner. Spend your money elsewhere

This is a poorly run company. Allowing drivers with no insurance to transport children. When notified about it they just shrug it off and laugh. They do not properly track weather or not their drivers have active policies. I know for a FACT they have had uninsured drivers with CANCELED policies transport children and MTN had NO CLUE. This is a huge risk. Do not let their drivers transport your kids.

Negative stars if I could. The bus is 40-60 mins late every school day dropping off my son. I called the transportation company and was put on hold for 10 mins+ just to be told, youre the next stop. The next stop was another 10 min wait. We actually have to pay a monthly fee to ride the bus so it really makes me angry that they cant put together a route that is on time and prevents our kids from being on the bus 1.5 to 2 hours total. Horrible.

UNSAFE bus drivers!! I nearly got killed by one of these buses passing me too close on Marshal ave in NE Minneapolis and saw that the driver narrowly missed another cyclist 100 ft ahead of me. I wouldnt put my worst enemy on one of those buses. When I contacted them about this issue they ignored my complaint.

My children ride this company to school. They have horrible times and their customer service for parents is absolutely terrible. At least once a wk they have a wait an hour in the cold without an approximate delay time.

This place is going downhill

Unreliable. Twice in the first three weeks of school, my son was dropped of 80 minutes late! One of those days was when it was 97 degrees outside. The driver was lost and they had to send another driver out to find him and get the kids to their stops. Drop off and pick up times given by the company are not accurate and the driver is usually late.
