Tiger Rock has seriously been awesome for both of my children. The principles, teaching self-discipline, and teaching styles are amazing at TRMA. My boys both love going and the instructors have such a strong understanding of the needs of their students. I highly recommend TRMA!

Mr. Robert Dallas is wonderful with students and very professional. His staff is extremely courteous and helpful; especially if you have questions. Its nice to walk in a gym where it smells nice and very clean. I highly recommend Tiger Rock.

Tiger Rock is very professional with a nice atmosphere for all ages. They are proficient in teaching martial arts as well as instilling life skills for young children and teens.

My son has been training at Tiger Rock for the past 3 years. He absolutely LOVES it. He has earned his Junior Black belt and more than that the instructors instill discipline and core values that are completely in line with our own. It’s so nice to have a sport that we feel exercises not only the body, but the mind and heart as well. We couldn’t be happier with the level of instruction.

My daughter started at Tiger Rock Frisco a year ago and absolutely loves it! The program has given her the ability to have courage and strength, physically and mentally. The confidence she has gained is remarkable. Mr. Mounarath has been such a great leader and mentor for her. He’s patient and encouraging and you can tell he cares about every student. The classes are high energy and fun. Facility is very clean and I love the flexible schedule!

My son has finally found a sport he enjoys. We have had a great experience at Tiger-Rock and are happy to have found a good way to incorporate fitness and life skills regularly!

My son has been practicing taekwondo for almost 2 years in Tiger Rock. We moved to Frisco a year ago based on nearby Tiger Rock location because we wanted to keep going with his classes. We were so glad to choose Main St location because Mr. Mounarath and Ms. Vela are amazing! The classes have taught him to have discipline and helped him to be more confident. We have been part of the Tiger Rock Frisco Main St location for over 3 years and we have enjoyed every minute of it. When we first started our journey, we didnt necessarily see it lasting as long as it has due to our daughters tendency to change their interests so quickly in activities. However, they embraced the amazing instructors quickly, and as each cycle past, their confidence and martial arts skills increased. It has been incredible to watch them grow not only as martial arts students, but also develop their discipline, leadership, and helping other students as part of their civic-duty in class. It has impacted both of them personally, and it gives us as parents peace of mind, that our girls can defend themselves with the practical skills they are taught. The instructors, Mr. Mounarath, and his team, are simply outstanding and nurture each student and family. Over 3 years later, both my girls are black belts, and have no desire to stop. They are committed to this journey and to our Tiger Rock community.

My daughter has been part of the Tiger Rock family for almost 4 years now and to this day is still excited about going to class each week and attending tournaments throughout the year. Mr Mounarath is great with his students and tailors his teaching to suit each levels and styles. He also gives his students opportunities to demonstrate their leadership skills which goes above and beyond what they are able to learn in class. It has been an amazing journey to see how much my shy little girl has grown in both skills and confidence through both being a student in class and a leader through the leadership program. She has built much discipline which helps her to remain positive in difficult situations and has adopted a “can do” attitude in almost everything she does. Incredible place to learn martial arts! My 5 year old son and I are both students here. I have seen a huge improvement in my sons confidence and discipline. As an adult student, it is difficult to describe how much better I feel since I started training. My flexibility and strength are improving rapidly. But, even more valuable to me, my mood and activity level are much better then a few months ago. The primary instructor Mr. Mounarath, and his assistants are amazing. They, and the other students make you feel welcome and are all helpful and encouraging. There are tons of martial arts schools in the area but the instructors and students at Tiger Rock make learning martial arts fun, and exciting.

We have been a member of the Tiger Rock family for more than 4 years now and will continue to one into the future.Master Dallas and his staff are awesome. The kids and the adults love them. I still cant believe how Master Dallas can remember all the names of the kids in his program.Kids not only learn about self-defense but also about being responsible for themselves and their actions!

Tiger Rock Frisco has been wonderful for our boys. They are dedicated to teaching martial arts in a fun & positive way. Mr. Mounarath is an excellent instructor who takes the time to know each student and family. The tenets taught in class teach kids the importance of self control, respect, honesty and being accountable for their actions.

My kids have been taking TKD at Tiger Rock for almost 5 years and they love it. The staff is wonderful with kids. Tiger Rock teaches more than just martial arts. The discipline and respect that my kids learned from Tiger Rock have carried outside of the academy. Many friends and family have noticed the changes for the better in my kids confidence and self-discipline.

This is a great academy with top notch instructors! My son started almost 4 years ago. Throughout the years, I have watched his confidence, physical endurance and respect for authority really grow. He has learned that to succeed, you have to work hard and not give up, even when it’s hard, even when you fail. He has conquered many fears and frustrations, and continues to do so with the support of his instructors. A few months after my son started, I signed up for a Parents Train Free event and was hooked. We have learned so much from Mr. Mounarath over the years. For me, this sport feeds my competitive nature and Mr. M challenges me at each lesson. I set goals for myself that I never thought I would achieve before, but I have! We were first encouraged by Mr. M early on in our training to participate in the Tiger Rock Nationals competition with the clear message that you learn even more at competition. Boy was he right! Now, my son and I attend every competition together and it has been a bonding experience, a common connection that we both share. We have also made many, many friends and feel like we are one big family that supports and encourages each other. Our lives have been forever changed and I am so thankful we walked through these doors all those years ago!!

My son Evan has been attending Tiger Rock for a little over a year now and he has learned a lot in discipline and self-control. Mr. Mounarath is a great instructor and is great with kids of all ages. He is patient and nurturing but also stern when he needs to be. His staff is also great with kids and they work well together as a team. If you are looking for a great place to learn Tae Kwon Do, I highly recommend Tiger Rock at Frisco Main and Teel.
