Love this place! My son has been here since he was 6 months old. He loves it there. In fact when I go to pick him up he never wants to leave! The staff and the Director are also amazing and I know my child is in good hands while he is there. The classrooms are structured and the kids are actually learning and having fun at the same time. Which is a relief to know that he is getting a solid education that will prepare him for elementary school!

I worked here for almost two years. My oldest daughter started when she was two and half years old and we left when she was almost four and a half. My youngest was there from seven weeks until four months old. I can say that the teachers here love the kids. I never had to worry about my kids. If one of my girls werent feeling well, Brandy would come let me know. This place is like one big family. My girls and I miss being there since weve moved out of state . Its a great place for your kids to be when you need someone to take care of them. My girls and I have so many good memories with our krk family.

We have had children enrolled in Kids R Kids since July 2013 and have experience with rooms 100-350. Our experience has been wonderful. The director and office manager are always friendly and helpful, and the teachers have an evident love for children. I am amazed at how much my toddler knows, how well behaved he is, and especially his vocabulary and knowledge of letters, numbers, and shapes.The secure cameras are an added bonus. I love to peep in on my little ones throughout the day to see them happily playing with friends or interacting with their teachers. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is searching for a childcare center where your children are loved and cared for and also taught based on a structured curriculum.

Both of my kids have gone here, so its been 6 years now. My youngest started at 6 weeks. They learn so much every day and it has really set them up for elementary school to be ahead of the game and successful.You know its a great place when your kids run in and give their teachers hugs. Lots of love in that place.

The teachers here truly love children and care deeply for their students. My children have only been here a few months and now instead of begging constantly to “stay home” or pick them up early, they absolutely love going to school!Not a fan of all the pricy extras (fun bus, “sports”, etc) but the kiddos do enjoy it.

I LOVE everything about this day care! My son is 2.5 years old now, and has been going since 6 months old. The office administration staff and teachers are amazing! My son has always excelled for his age and I have all the teachers to thank for that. All of his previous teachers are still there and have been with this school for a very long time which says a lot. I highly recommend Kids R Kids Preston Vineyard!!

Weve been with the KRK Preston Vineyard family for 5 years and they are amazing! They treat us like family! I love that they have cameras in each classroom and that they truly take interest in helping our children succeed educationally. I also love that they coordinate events throughout year to keep the older children engaged by taking them on field trips. We also participate in their summer camp program for school aged kids. My son thoroughly enjoys it and its great for working parents that need a safe place for their kids to attend. Thanks Kids R Kids!

To say were happy with this school is an understatement. My son is almost 2 and has gone here for about 6 months. Brandy (the director), Justine, and/or Analise are always at the front desk and get excited to see my son every morning, his teachers are amazing and he doesnt even bat an eye when I leave. The biggest thing for me though is that Brandy always knows whats going on at her school. Shes often at the front watching the cameras in every room, if I ask her anything about my sons development, she always knows exactly how hes doing. She always tells me cute and funny stories about my son. Shes incredibly knowledgeable and she (as well as his teachers) have had some great advice for me when Ive asked. We see Mr. Matt, the owner, around the school too and he always wants to know how my son is doing (and he asks about him by name!!), which I think is really cool because to me that shows that were not just money in his pocket. I look in on the cameras in the classroom and see his teachers dancing with them, or doing circle time, and he is always having a great time. Hes learned so much here already, I highly recommend this school.

After a poor experience at our previous daycare, I have been nothing but thrilled with Kids R Kids Preston Vineyard! My son has been here since he was 6 months and is now closing in on 19 months. He is in his third classroom (moved up due to age) and all of his teachers have always been wonderful. Everyone that works here knows his name and makes him feel special - his teachers always take the time to tell me how his day was and I am notified promptly of any bumps/bruises or even if he misbehaved. Even the director will stop what shes doing to answer any questions or concerns I have. I have never seen babies left crying like in my previous experience and in fact, I see the staff giving hugs and comfort even to the older kids who are just sad to see mom or dad go. This is a very loving and nurturing facility and I am so comfortable having them care for my little man.The facility itself is so clean and well maintained - there is a true pride in ownership here! Its awesome that they have separate outdoor (age appropriate) play areas for the different classes. I also love that I can check in on my son via webcam when I am missing him.Overall very pleased - I would go out of my way to take my son here!

My daughter goes to this facility and we both love it here!!! Everyone from the front desk to the teachers are very loving, concern and attentive to the kids. It was great to find this location being so close to my job if anything and also the first location to find when I moved to Texas for my job. I love it and have highly recommended the facility to my co-workers now and a couple that will be locating here to Texas for work. Thank you so much for all the hard work that everyone does to make sure our kids are safe and loved!!

My daughter loved this school! She was there from 6 months to 3 years. We only left because we moved out of the DFW area. The teachers, support staff, and director are all amazing. They also have a low turnover rate for the teachers which is so hard to find at most daycares. All in all I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking around the Frisco area. Great experience!

My daughter has been here since she was 2 years old, she is now 5. She learns so much here from the wonderful staff they have. Shes always telling me something new when I pick her up! The meals they prepare are also a plus! Especially since its so hard for me to make lunches for my picky eater. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the staff, always so sweet & will always inform you about anything that goes on in the classroom. We love Kids R Kids Frisco.

I absolutely love this daycare!!! I have had my oldest here since he was 9 months old!! He is now 6. I cant begin to tell you how comfortable I am with all of the Ladies that work here. I see the same faces all the time. The owner is terrific and always friendly.My youngest has been at the daycare when he was 6 weeks old. He is always smiling when I pick up. I can go on at anytime and see my kids on Watch Me Grow, its an online video program. I can see any room that my child is in.I was so nervous at even the thought I putting my children in daycare, I heard so many horror stories from friends about changing daycares because of this or that and I can honestly tell you I LOVE KIDS R KIDS!!!!!LOOK NO FURTHER THEY ARE THE BEST IN FRISCO!!!!!

Everyone have been great! I do not have to worry about my son while he is in their care. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for great childcare.

This location is absolutely wonderful. The staff is so attentive to their kids. They are able to tune into a childs needs and understand their unique personalities. They are meticulous with cleanliness and maintain an excellent facility.

Dont choose this location if you want to able to see your children on the cameras. Yes, there is one in every classroom, but almost all of the time the children are out of view. In the time that my son has been at this facility Ive come to realize the teachers are very aware of all the spots the cameras cannot see and that is where they encourage the kids to play. I log on multiple times through out the day and rarely see anyone at all. When I come to pick him up they are usually by the door out of view of the camera or against the back wall which is also out of view of the camera. The cameras here a useless in my opinion.

We loved Kids R Kids. My son started in the younger infant room at almost 8 weeks. I was very nervous since it was my first time using daycare for my child. The teachers are so friendly and put me at ease. They always had a smile when I dropped off my son, picked him up, and visited during lunch. They kept me up to date with his development and took so many pictures. When I dropped off my son I usually left him smiling, and he would be playing with his baby friends. I can probably count on one hand how many times he was crying when I picked him up in the almost 6 months of time we were there, and they were probably all due to just being a baby.We only moved because I found a daycare much closer to my house. It was a sad time leaving for all parties.Pros: Diverse families - hard to find in my area, it seems. Price is lower than many daycares in the area, and they also do weekly autopay with credit card. Wide, open rooms made of windows for walls. The teachers love their kids. They have special activities for older kids including a Fun Bus on Fridays that I think is fitness related, and the kids seem to enjoy it.Cons: Cameras in rooms have low quality image. I have also heard they dont pay their teachers very well, which is disappointing since they are great.

Kids R Kids Preston Vineyard is an incredible daycare / learning facility for your kids. We were part of the KRK family for over 10 years, trusting Mr. Matt and Executive Director Brandy Torres with both of our boys from infants through their pre-k graduation, our last one graduating in May 2019. Torres runs a tight ship cultivating a positive, kind and caring staff who love on all the kiddos. We felt blessed to be in an atmosphere where the caretakers want yo be there and truly enjoy their jobs, the management, the parents and the kiddos! In fact our second son had many of the same teachers as our first even though they are 4.5 yrs apart, which shows the longevity of the staff. With so many unfortunate stories in the media, we can say we always felt our boys were well cared for with their best interest in ALL of the staff’s hearts. Our boys have extremely fond memories of their time at KIds R KIds Preston Vineyard and we still keep in touch with many of their friends and teachers. Our first son, is young for his grade (late August birthday), and was still well prepared for school – our second son is just as prepared, if not more prepared! KRK Preston Vineyard is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a family-centered care facility that excels in education preparedness and good citizenship – we cannot recommend enough!

My son attended for a short period of time from Nov 2017-Feb 2018. I understand that is peak illness time, but he was sick so often (and severely), and that was the reason we left. He had eczema and acquired MRSA, which I 100% believe was from this facility considering that we have no other children and he only went to school and home. I asked for two weeks refund--one for the week I prepaid but my son would no longer be attending, and one for the prior week that my son had been absent due to MRSA infection. The owner only granted the week refund that I had prepaid. All they did was reassure me that the facility was clean. Im writing this now because our family is still dealing with MRSA. If your child has eczema or any sort of other skin condition or immunodeficiency, please avoid. You dont want this!

I have 2 children attending this school, we have been here over a year, my kids are well taken care of and my older child has learned a lot at this school. I recommend them.

My daughter is happy in this school. Management helpful when you talked or discuss with them any issue.

I would not put my child in this place after what I just witnessed at Cicis. The kids were aloud to run back and forth from the tables to the buffet which was clear across the restraunt, with no adult supervision. They were jumping in front of others in line while Im there with my four children teaching them how to behave at a buffet. Several of them had water cups and were helping themselves to pop. There was a LITTLE girl in the restroom alone which was down a long hall on the opposite side of the restraunt. I could only spot 2 adults with 30 to 40 kids.

Absolutely worst place to have your child. DO NOT EVER HAVE YOUR KID AT THIS PLACE. Worse management skills. no respect to parents concerns and very rude to parents for any concerns. we had to call multiple times to make sure teacher pays attention to kids while we watch our kid on camera even if big chair is on the top of the kid teacher walking like nothing happened. THEY DO NOT HAVE BITING POLICIES AND THEY JUST WANT TO GET AWAY BY SAYING WE DO OUR BEST our child got bitten two days in a raw and absolutely no action plan were taken to stop it even after it happened first time. ONLY THIS KIDS R KIDS HAVE ONLY ONE CAMERA REST ALL HAVE AT LEAST TWO.please look somewhere else and feel safe for your child to learn the right things. Hope this helps

THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION IS INCREDIBLY AWESOME! THIS LOCATION IS THE ONLY ONE AROUND FRISCO THAT HAS A OPEN DOOR POLICY! EVERY OTHER DAYCARE I CONTACTED TO INQUIRE ABOUT MY CHILDREN ATTENDING WOULD DEMAND ME TO SCHEDULE AN APPT. THIS LET ME KNOW THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO HIDE ANYTHING. MY OLDEST ENROLLED HIS PRE-K YEAR AS WE PREVIOUSLY JUMPED FROM PLACE TO PLACE. MY GOAL WAS TO PREPARE HIM FOR KINDERGARTEN. I DROVE OUT OF THE WAY AND STILL DO NOW FOR MY DAUGHTER. THE CURRICULUM WAS BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY LEFT MY SON FEELING MORE THAN CONFIDENT FOR KINDERGARTEN. NOW HE IS GOING TO THE 3RD GRADE AND EXCEEDS HIS GRADE LEVEL EXPECTATIONS YEARLY.NOW 4 YEARS LATER MY YOUNGEST ATTENDS KRK (Preston vineyard)! She has been attending since 2.5 months. The staff is very attentive and start curriculum and structure very early. They also include video access via app which made separating much smoother. They also have one of the BEST menus and food for the kiddos that are realistic. The Director and Manager are both very passionate about the well being of the children. If I have any issues financially or need to pay later management is always flexible and understanding. I am a single parent and this is HUGE to know my children are in good hands. Any special requests in regards to pick up/drop off they follow thru. I cant imagine sending my daughter anywhere else NO MATTER where we live! CHILD CARE IS EXPENSIVE BUT TO HAVE A DAYCARE THAT PROVIDES ALL THAT KRK (Preston vineyard) does ... ITS A HECK OF A DEAL!

This place is the worst place to enroll your child in. The owner/director/staff are money hungry and unprofessional people and do not care about anything else. My newborn was enrolled for ONE DAY and was quickly taken out. I called on my lunch break to check on my child and one of the staff memebers in the infant room didnt realize she didnt have me one hold. I heard EVERYTHING that she said and could feel her frustration through the phone. After realizing she didnt have me on hold her demeanor changed. I know that this was not the place for my kid and after taken him out of this place I feel so relieved. The things I have heard about this organization are things i do not want to repeat. I dont want another parent to experience the things I experienced within one week of being enrolled. I hope this review brings some change within this place.
