Highly recommended. Took Food manager class in Fullerton location. Our instructor, Donny Yoo, did a great job of going over the material, and training the class on how to take the exam. Wasnt bored and was fully engaged with his teaching style. 95% of the class passed I believed. Definitely use Premiere food safety for your manager and food handlers certification.

Incredibly engaging classes, kind and helpful instructors/proctors. Strongly recommend for any size business in the food industry. I Proctors name was Connie and she made it fun for all of us, the time flew by and we all passed our certifications!

Engaging class that did not put me to sleep. The outline was helpful and made the class seem to move quicker. Donny the instructor had fun stories that were relevant to topics. The location was easy to find. Would highly reccomend. Ps. I passed!

Class was clear and engaging. Materials were provided including a tablet to take the test on. Book is not necessary since the material is all covered in class.

I completed the foodhandlers course for a job. Come to find out this type of foodhandlers card is not acceptable as it does not provide County information.

I walked in not knowing what to expect. I have been working for a restaurant for about two years now and was reciently promoted. When I was asked to take a class, I was nervous. But knowing this is such a good opertunity, I took it!You walk in 30 mintues before the class starts and it goes by so fast and comfortable. Donny was great. Very clear and explains things with such clearity.They let you retake the class if you fail but you wont need thatThey set up the course in such a way that you cannot fall behind.If you own a restaurant this certificate will be a greate use for you and your employees.

If you can take the test and get your permit on a different site, do it. I tried to take this test 5 times and I kept getting locked out and it wouldnt let me resume where I left off, I had to restart, all 5 times. STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE.

The class is very strait foward they tell you everything that you need to know so that you are prepared to take your test.

Customer service is terrible.Horrible experience trying to figure out a card situation and I just never received the card both times I ordered it
