I drove an hour to get to this store for some urgently needed toner. The sign and online said open till 8pm. They shut their doors in my face at 5pm without public notice. I will never use office depot again.

Although the Hours are/were incorrectly posted on the internet (Google I think) - which did cause me a fair amount of inconvenience - when I did get by there a few days later the staff was helpful - in fact they went out of their way to be helpful - so I have amended my review.They were much more helpful than the dreadful staff at the Staples in Tustin (on Tustin St.) for example.

Not sure who the manager is, but Im pleased to say that he/she is doing a wonderful job selecting & training sales associates. Had a great experience today thanks to Freddie who was helpful, patient, and extremely amiable. I dont really visit this location much, but I look forward to coming here more often from now on. Big thumbs up :)

Yesterday I went into the store asking for a specific google image I could have printed and cut out that would fit on my shirt for a costume I needed to make. The sales associate Maya was so helpful and patient as I explained what I imagined and hoped for. She didn’t rush or seem uninterested while she was helping me find a high quality picture of the image I wanted. Overall I was very pleased with how helpful the staff was and the quickness of the service.

The store smelled! No one really offered to assist me until I walked up to the register carrying a box of paper, 10 reams! The gentleman that saw me struggling did bring a basket over & helped me. He was very helpful & friendly. It would have just been nice to have better service. The female cashier saw me & never offered any assistance at all!

A stainless steel pen is here and it writes exceptionally well!

Great store! Ive been coming here for years. During a recent visit, Supervisor Paulino Maldonado helped with some items and provided positive feedback. He was very professional and provided excellent customer services. I recommend this store to anyone!

We went there to buy an office chair. There was a young lady sitting in the chair we wanted to look at. She had a toddler with her who she was allowing to run all over and play on everything, the lady was barefooted, filthy dirty feet propped up on another chair. She just sat there and played with her phone. We asked the Mgr to do something so we could check out the chair. He went over told her she needed to leave (clearly she wasnt buying anything). Then he asked us what we were interested in, we said the chair shes sitting in. Now during COVID-19, I asked if he had disinfecting wipes and he said yes and he would wipe the chair down for us. He walked away and started helping another customer, just left us standing there. Then he was back at the register, completely ignoring us. And the lady never left the chair! We walked out and wont be going back. We went to the other Office Depot over at Harbor/Orangethorpe and bought the chair. State Colleges loss. They could use a lesson in customer service.

Today the store smelled. I shop at this Office Depot quite frequently because its super close to my house. I walk out annoyed each time. Theyre always under-staffed and dimly lit. The store is in a constant state of being stocked. They often look like theyre moving or about to close down. Most employees look unhappy working there. Theyre located right next door to a university. Youd think they would up their game. Im willing to bet theyre losing tons of sales daily.

Arrived before the listed closing time but they wouldn’t let me in to make a quick purchase. Plenty of customers visible in the store. Guess they don’t need the sales. Total waste to time driving there and needed the ink immediately for work. Will no longer be purchasing all of our toner and paper here.

To fight the global warming, when I buy items big or small, the more urgent it is, the more I try to use local items already in stock. Office Depot usually has all that I need (markers, inks, toner, paper, notes, etc.), and with this magic SPC account number from MAA, I receive a truly royal discounted rate on printing and copying.Seeing is believing. I was shopping at Office Depo at 8:30pm. When I was there it felt like one of the closing crew were on drugs. His personal music coming from his iPhone was louder than the store music and it was blasting some Foul language Rap, he was sing loudly to the music as if he was the only person in the store his attitude was I do give a F_€

I hate this place. I have been going there for years, only because its nearby, and I have never heard a thank you when checking out. I know we have given up on parents teaching their children some manners but I thought a large company would train their staff to appreciate, or at least pretend to appreciate the customers. I know I didnt spend a hundreds of dollars but I did spend enough to your wages for the next hour, but that doesnt matter, they couldnt care less.

I have been in this store a few times and the management was so helpful and very friendly like attitude I remember a Paul Maldonado who had helped me great customer service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very quiet. I guess nobody really goes to an office store these days. Love to do prints here for work and personal use. The price is perfect. No jacked up ridiculous prices. Simple B&W prints are 12cents a page compare to $1.50 at UPS stores. Crazy right? Everytime I go in I am greeted, which is nice...I notice the store does smell very...officed like paper and that storage couped up smell, but its an office store right?? If I wanted to go to a store that smells great maybe go to Target or somehting that has fragrance. /shrugs. Also I wish I could reply to some of these reviews, cause the dude who said no one offered help when he tried to carry 10 reams of paper?? Well....get a damn cart. (l o l)

I come here to print when I need something last sec. Good quality but I will say if u go at the wrong time the print center can get slow. Dont risk last second. Give yourself 15 - 20 minutes

Horrible Experience .. My Iphone 6 battery was not at full capacity & the screen was cracked. I took it in & they offered to fix it.. i picked it up & the figure scanner was not working & the shut down button is not operating either. I asked for my money back took it home & after a couple of hours it died & wont start up again. totally disappointed.. I will never go there again..
