We used Rockin R for multiple nights and highly recommend as a horse motel/RV hookup capable. Local owners and amazing customer service/ care of horses. Thank you for being so accommodating Amanda!

Such an amazing place to board! They have truly made me and my horses feel at home from the day we got here.I highly recommend. Friendly, family environment. They pride their selves in the best quality care of your horses. The facility is kept very clean at all times with the best feed and hay given. Turnouts are very safe and they are continually improving the property/ amenities. They are very helpful with anything needed. Stalls are cleaned twice a day.The full care package is amazing with everything it includes. I have 2 bred mares boarded and they have been wonderful with their extra needs.

First of all the 1 star review is false. I have known the owner for better than 10 years, she keeps a wonder welcoming stable but when board goes unpaid and stable property is purposely destroyed and putting others in danger former boarder should be expected to be accountable. You do not put bleach in hoses or soap in outside water tanks or go dump everyones water buckets Because you are mad. You put other peoples horses in danger. Owner found all this because they are diligent about taking care of their clients. They have travelers with show horses for rest periods during travel who were delighted with the care and horses were diligently cared for as are all the horses. The place is beautiful, clean and peaceful. Judge for yourself. Im sure tours are available. Owner personally sees to all aspects of how barn is run and very hands on. There is a zero tolerance for drama and zero tolerance for lack of payment for board as well as zero tolerance for destructive behavior. These are normal rules and regulations for a boarding barn. I woul highly recommend facility. There is an on call vet readily available for emergencies as well. Everything is spelled out in boarding contract which everyone has to sign so cant claim lack of knowledge. Again destruction of property is not acceptable behavior and will be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law.Happy trails everyone. Its a great place to unwind and get tuned in with your horse.Keep on Rockin!Old saying: you can please some of the people some of the time but you cant please all of the people all of the time. Rockin R is a wonderful place to just be.Decide for yourself and ask for a tour.

Stopped in on our way from Nevada. The guests were very helpful and accommodating. The facility is easily accessible from I-70. We arrived later and they were there to help us get settled in. Awesome place to stay. Very clean and very nice. Would highly recommend Rockin R!!!

Facility is taken care of with the happiness and health of the horses always in mind. The barn owners and manager are very knowledgeable, they are very tentative. Always making sure the horses are happy and healthy. My horse ended up colicing and they called the vet, and they caught it early. Im vere happy and impressed with the care put they all put into the barn.

This place is extremely unprofessional. I don’t typically leave reviews, but through this experience I realized I needed to let people know what I wish I would have known. These people should not even be in this business in my opinion. They will steal your money and although they state they are drama free, each day will be a new day, different drama. There is absolutely no positivity at this barn. There is only one outside arena and they say they have a lawsuit on the people because they took the roof off of what was suppose to be the inside arena. They put horses out there to stand with no shade and allow the horses to eat moldy hay. If you ever board here, the moment you get tired of the drama and you move your horses they will call the cops and tell them that because you have a ‘contract’ that states you must give a 30 day notice and you don’t, that you stole your horses or that it’s illegal. With all the drama and just trying to love the horses, they will get you to the point that it’s agony just to see your horses and you quickly realize that 30 more days of this is impossible. Very over priced what what you truly get. They state full care, but the horses are not given full care. There are times your horses may go without their hay nets. They will also tell everyone that if they see your horse lose one pound they are taking your horses from you. The horses are not given hay in the hay nets, it’s instructed by the barn owner, Amanda, to fill all hay nets with the chopped grass. This grass is molded as well! In my opinion and through my own personal research, there are so many other places that will give your horses the correct care at a far better price! This place is expensive and they have nothing to offer but some grass. You provide all the feed, hay and water buckets along with the fan for each stall you will be using. If you decide to board here, which I hope no one does, if they say you don’t have to worry about something, my best advice is to worry about it or you will have to later. Owning a horse is expensive, but there are options! Just let this one be your last option! The reason the place gets a 1 star is because it’s the lowest it will go so to make up for that one star, they have one worker out there, Danielle who is absolutely amazing! She cares for the horses and makes sure that when she’s there they have what they need. Amanda and Jeff (Amanda’s boyfriend) are the barn owners, Beth is Amanda’s daughter and Jacklyn is their friend. I have no relationship with this place or these people and therefore write an unbiased, honest negative review in my opinion, of this business.

Nice family ran facility. Quiet and enjoyable place. Horses are well cared for, and the help is great.
