Wonderful and encouraging environment, and Jackie is such an amazing instructor! Her studio is so wonderful and welcoming. Ive taken her pole dancing classes and I feel so accomplished and proud of what Ive learned so far. The classes are great for beginners. She helps you build your skills and excitement for dancing. I really wish I would have discovered the studio earlier! I highly recommend taking classes here, even if its just to check it out. You wont be disappointed!

Jacqueline is amazing,hands down! She is patient, skilled, and made me feel comfortable (with my first pole experience). The studio space is also amazing. There is great energy with the ladies that come, everyone is supportive (truly a judgement free zone). If youre looking for a place to start pole or continue pole, THIS IS IT. 🤗

I have been taking pole fitness classes with Jackie for a year now. I cannot tell you how much fun it is! She has a small, all womens studio where you can feel comfortable with yourself. She is a knowledgeable instructor and safety comes first. It is a fun loving environment where you can work hard and watch yourself progress. I would never have come this far, both in fitness and confidence, if I had not made the first step. Come and see why pole fitness (and many other classes) can be fun!

I love this studio and Jackie and would recommend this to all my friends. She really puts a lot of thought and energy into each fitness class and always keeps in everyones individual fitness and skill levels in mind. I had the pleasure of watching a performance at the studio. Jacqueline has a great group of dancers, fabulous energy and fun. All smiles. I would definitely recommend this studio if you want to get in shape, learn some really great dance moves, and enjoy yourself at the same time.

Jacqueline is lots of fun, and she has awesome classes! I hate large group fitness classes because they make me nervous or embarrassed - her studio is a very intimate setting and she always makes me feel good about myself and working out! I cant recommend her highly enough!

I love taking pole fitness here! A great way to get in shape and feel sexy, while in an environment that is private and relaxed. There are also many other classes available(Pilates,vertical ballet,Zumba,etc). I would recommend this to anyone looking for a workout with a personal touch. :) #FitnessFun
