We had to stay a spell in Gainesville cause of family, so we signed up both kids to the summer camp. It was awesome! Our older child fit right in and we’d get daily reports from him on his adventures. Our younger had some unrelated struggles, which were addressed very sensitively. All the advisors/teachers knew our kids names and projected a sense of confidence and fun that was infectious. Great place for kids.

My sons love Suncountry, both locations. One on team the other loves Ninja school. Everyone is extremely helpful and pleasant. Love that I can drop my older son off and my little can enjoy classes at the other location, they have an amazing amount to offer.

This is a business that does right by me.I am taking a gym class and rock climbing.The customer service is 5 star! The facility is amazing, the classes are good, the instructors really pay attention to your form. Staff is also well trained and nice.There are great gymnastic fields, a climbing wall, outdoor pool and I could go on and on.Go here and focus on your physical well being. Youll not be disappointed.

My experience with Sun Country has been horrible from start to finish.If you have a child with any kind of special needs, I would avoid this place. My daughter was not treated with respect, and they dismissed her immediately and assumed she needed to be in a toddler class as a 4 year old. No steps were taken to ensure she felt welcomed or to slowly acclimate her into the class.When I sent them an email entailing my experience but it was left completely unanswered. No one responded to the email or called me to discuss my experience.I had to call them to ask for a refund. They told me a refund would be granted, but instead of a refund they charged me again!! So now I have two charges on my bank account for $205 and I have over $400 tied up. I called to ask about what happened and the response was “I don’t know why you were charged twice”Still no manager has called me to rectify this situation. I’m sorely disappointed with my experience.

If only 2.5 stars was an option. To start the sign in/ waiver system is convoluted and cumbersome. The gym staff had little concern for the safety of those climbing. The top rope/ lead climbing had some fun moves. The top rope already had a carabiner tied into the climbers end of the rope that is easily cross loaded. If you can tie a figure 8, then you shouldnt pass the belay test (which we never received). The bouldering area is small, short and uninspired. Most problems were completed in a few moves. On the positive side its a place to climb.

My daughter has been a Sun Country gymnast for 4 years and has LOVED every second. The teachers and staff are professional and are teaching her far more than I could have hoped for. Well worth the time and money.

Ms. Debbie has been a great teacher for all children. Engaging children in many areas of gymnastics and other educational areas. All staff has been very helpful when needed. Thank you to all for your service.

We always had fun coming to this place, but there were some restrictions with what the boys were able to do during the free time in the family fun night. Its a bit frustrating to pay so much money and not be able to do flips and stuff simply because of the limitations on their insurance. We spent lots of money there and I probably wont be a member there again.

My daughter has been going here for numerous things for years! After trial and error at other places, we wont go anywhere else. She has been here for Spring Break Camp, Summer Camp, swimming lessons (Coach Eric got her swimming- thanks Eric!) and gymnastics! They always have TONS of fun activities so the kids dont get bored and they stay active!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Easy to schedule classes for both of my kids. Classes are fun. My kids look forward to their activities at Sun Country every week.

The investment of a Sun Country gymnastics enrollment for my children has paid dividends. Both my daughters and my son have learned valuable life skills, as well as strength and athleticism, starting at preschool age. My daughters participate in the competition team (USAG), and the coaches and staff are extremely professional, caring, and trained to work with young children. There is much value in the gymnastics program and weve seen many positive benefits in our children. Weve been members of Sun Country for almost 7 years.

Great facility! My daughter loves going here! The staff works well with the kids and they are always being challenged to compelte their skill. The summer camp is also great, they do swimming, go on field trips, and stay active! Should definitly send your kids here!!

My daughter has taken classes for the last few years and enjoys her time there. She has also enjoyed the many birthday parties she has attended.
