Got the discovery flight as a gift for my girlfriend and we had an absolute blast. Pam was great about scheduling the flight with us and Josh and was an awesome instructor/pilot! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Very nice staff. No landing fee for single pistons. Ill have to take advantage for the free 2 hr courtesy car next time I stop here.

Staffs are hardworking and provide good service.

Took our Cirrus there for its annual and not a good experience.

I was flying private. One of the ground crew went and got my vehicle because I had come back ill and weak. Very kind. Went out of their way to help. Very professional ground crew.

What a great, well-established, and well-rounded FBO. Its hard to find one that offers all the traditional services. I have stopped in on flights several times and have found the staff to be hospitable and realistic, not fee-oriented. This past time, I had the opportunity to meet Scott Lambert, the DOM of the aircraft maintenance shop. Seems like a great guy and very busy and productive. I parked by one of the modern Cessna Skyhawks that the flight school uses and was able to check on the published rates for flight training and rental. Apparently simple by-the-hour pricing with no mysteries in accounting/charging.

The discovery flight is really wonderful, its a exciting journey. Overlook of UF campus and PP state park is great ！

Staff refused to let me use crew car even though it was readily available. They said we are reserving crew car for pilots. Even though I am a pilot who flew to the airport with my own airplane, received two licenses from the flight school there, and fly for airline that flies into GNV daily, I guess I dont qualify as a pilot.I let it go and just used an Uber and asked them to please fuel my airplane while I was in town for a couple hours. Apparently with 8 employees all standing behind the counter and two hours time was not enough time or man power to put fuel in the airplane so I had to wait even longer than planned for them to do their job.To top it off I was not offered a golf cart ride on to other from the airplane (which was parked on the furthest area away from the main building). The whole experience was absolutely disgusting and offensive given the amount of employees they had on hand and the amount of money I have spent there in the past. I have seen a single person do better work than the entire UAC staff.

Not very good costumer service, no crew cars, I asked to be moved upfront & the lady said that they don’t move aircrafts...my passengers had to walk to the plane which was parked all the way at the end of the ramp...hope it’s changes, we fly there a lot
