They are constantly trying to charge you for any and everything. My child is poorly supervised and they do not have any training on how to interact with children. I have seen way too many circumstances where children where being yelled at in their face and embarrassed by staff in front of other children. This is not a safe or happy learning environment for any child. This place really does need to be closed down and Im in the process of removing my child as well. Any school/ daycare is a better and safer place for your child.

Pay the extra $20 and send your child to an organized and SAFE location. They do not teach. After being attacked by staff, me and my husband moved our son out from this establishment and he has been flourishing ever since. They hire anyone to work there and gossip like high school students. This place in not professional and the staff crosses boundaries. I would not recommend this place if you want your child to have positive adult examples through out the day. I am so happy with his new daycare!

My son LOVES this place!!! Most children will show how they feel through resistance of a daycare with staff, but my son wants to be here, he is learning and he is happy and i would give them 10 🌟s if i could. Everyone is professional and want the best for the child. This is a great learning and diverse environment. 💞💞

This place is amazing. My daughter has been coming here for a few years now and she loves it so much. I never have any problems with any of the teachers. Cuddly kids is very organized, if Im missing shot record or my tuition is about to expire they come right on time to remind me. The teachers are not only teachers but second mother to my child and the way my daughter has developed there has amazes me. I couldnt ask for a better safe place for my daughter to spend almost 50 hours a week in. Also love the religious part the way my daughter prays before she eats and the songs that she sings makes me feel blessed to know she is cover by the lord.Again I thank cuddly kids for everything they do and all the hard work, time and effort and all the love you all give my daughter in order for her to succeed in this world.I came from another daycare that shut down without a notice and was so stress on how I was going to find a new place for my daughter. How to trust new people and how was she going to handle a new place? But cuddly kids made it comfortable and welcomed me with opened arms and till this day they still do. Their so not a day that goes by when I enter thru them doors and their is not a smile on anyones face.Thank youA very great full mother

Honestly my child has grown because of the teachers. She is truly love by them and admin and the director of the school. When my friends are looking for a daycare this is the first place I mention. Keep up the good work!

My started at Cuddly Kids Academy when he was 2 years old. He is now in there VPK program and is doing very well. They were patient with him in his early 2 stage and assistances with potty training. It only took a week for him to be in underwear and out of pull-ups. As time went on and his class changed, he grew confidence. Now he is able to read and write before he starts kindergarten. He can also do adding and subtracting. They keep the parents informed and also love when parents are involved or willing to meet if parents have concerns. They have great hours opening at 530 am and closing at 6pm for parents with different work schedules. I would recommend them if you’re looking for a great location that is clean and staff is friendly.

This is a wonderful preschool. Staff is wonderful and I really enjoyed working there. The kids are a blessing. If i had a child I would send mine there,

I currently have two children enrolled and could not be more happy with the service they provide - the staff serves as a community for the children and they keep learning activities fresh every day. All of the staff are kind and inviting - they really care about providing a wholesome space for the kids.

Me and my daughter LOVE this place. This is her first year going and has learned so much. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

This facility used to be good but under current management is terrible. Constantly understaffed and over ratio. Last straw was when they told me on Friday at 5pm that the following Monday they would not be able to care for my child because they did not have the staff and suggested I call out of work that day. Nor would they prorate for the day they were unable to care for him. Save the headache go elsewhere. Found a better rate, better hours, and much nicer facility at a church 3 blocks away.

With only having one child, I was nervous when it came to sending him today care. But cuddly kids and the staff are awsome! They send me emails, they call when somethings wrong, they have a excellent curriculum and even better teachers. They have outside play and a bout 4 different playgrounds for different age groups. The toddler class has a covered playground, and plenty of shade for the little ones. I LOVE the SmartCare App for the parents. You can sign your child in and out, set a profile, pay your daycare bill, and receive cute pictures of your child at play or learning. Cuddly Kids also sends me emails concerning the food menu, upcoming events, payment expectations, and sometimes learning curriculum for the age group your child is enrolled. Plenty of times Ive seen them follow rules about cleanliness, classroom ratios, and health concerns. Ive recommended one of my coworkers as well and she and her child loves it there as well. I give this facility and staff 5 stars.😊

The staff is absolutely phenomenal! Since attending Cuddly Kids academy, my son had learned so much. The VPK class exceeds my expectations for early childhood education. I was really not ready or too trusting in daycares because of the news and many post I seen so natural I wanted to keep my child with me and was scared of taking that leap of faith fearing that harm may come to my child but this Daycare has little by little restored my faith and my child has grown tremendously
