After spending several hundred dollars on printer and labels. I called for tech. help to be told I would have to purchase a tech help package. This $50 to use in store or at home one time. Just to answer a question over the phone. They lost my business.

Customer service was fast and friendly. I will definently be returning for future business. 🙂

Called ahead for a lamination and was told they close at 7 got there 639 to be told the lamination was off and they are about to close. It was one print and there was time. Smh. Poor service !

It’s a wonder people still shop at this location. The employees and even the manager is super rude every time we are in there. Hopefully they get some backlash. I honestly don’t understand why you have to be so extremely rude for no reason to someone.

I don’t know about the rest of the store but I use the printing machines/shipping area 4-5 times a week and they are always very helpful and professional.

Ordered an item that was on sale and after the item was available for pickup they removed it and most likely one of the employees got it instead due to the low price. This has happened several times already 2 different times at other locations. I recommend you go into the store and pick the item yourself if its a good deal instead of having the employees get it for you.

Office Depot on 13th st has very bad service overall. From the website to the store. First I ordered 2 items on the website for curbside pickup, paid online. There was nothing apparent to indicate that one of the two items was not in stock and would be shipped, I found out when I got to the store. The man bringing the one item out to my car was nervous and weird, and he talked over me. He starts putting on gloves like someones getting a procedure. I was told to park in the fire lane for curbside pick up. 2 days later I got 3 texts at 8:30pm from 3 different numbers that my order is ready for pickup at, and I knew it must be the other item from Office Depot because its all part of the overall weird, disjointed experience. Didnt say where it was ready for pickup at, didnt even say it was from Office Depot. I called the store the next day, talked to the same weird, nervous man who interrupted me to tell me he couldnt help me, that their system is fine, instructed me to call 1-800-go-depot which is basically a call to India. After a 10 minute hold, Im informed that my order will be delivered next week.Basically, youll never get our business again, office depot.

Wonderfull staff..helped with our printing needs

Decided to buy a Serta i5000 big & tall executive chair from here, paid $500 but figured it would be worth it since you generally pay for quality. The chair piston broke within 3 months and both the store and manufacturer support were non-existent. This is what I get for trying to shop at a local brick and mortar store, support online is always much better from Amazon.

Came in to look for replacement ink cartridges and the store was very low on supplies from what a customer service representative explained to me. After asking this customer service representative for any help or other purchasing options for replacement ink she blankly stared at me and said she was unable to assist me and would do better looking at other stores.There were clearly signs at the ink cartridge holders saying check with the store representative and asked to order ink to the store. Very poor customer service and would recommend another store for any office supplies

Well as a loyal member here, dealing with them for years with my local small business needs, I decided to finally purchase an entire new desk setup for my office. After finally chasing down someone to help which was tougher then one would think, I inquired about the desk and file cabinets. He said should be no problem to order. Then proceeds to say they are backed ordered with no estimated time, Which I understand happens, at which time I asked if the floor model was available for sale since the product doesn’t appear to be available any more, I did not ask for any discounts as I was willing to pay full retail because I’ve measured and arrange to fit this setup in my office . He stated they don’t like to sell the display models because they lose money, due to paying someone else to build them. Not that they couldn’t sell it, just didn’t want to. I have spent a lot of money here including a $1000 purchase for fax Machine and ink just last week. I’ve delt with poor attitudes here before from employees as some other reviews have stated but never held judgement towards anyone or the business because we all have our days and struggles that people know nothing about. Just very disappointed in the interaction today. I think today is going to steer me towards another means for my office supply. What’s the point of having items on display if they are no longer available. Every other retailer I’ve dealt with has always stated it’s our last one it’s as is and no warranty but yes we can sell the display. I do not understand the issue I suppose. Just disappointed and felt today’s experience was worth sharing, even though I’ve let poor attitudes go un-announced here before. So my advice is don’t research measure, budget, and get excited towards any office related items here as to experiencing a huge disappointment when they “just don’t want to sell them”.

Called to get blank magnetic signs. Was on hold for so long finally gave up.

Purchased a printer today. Next to the price on the shelf below the printer was a sign that said $30 off with trade in of any printer. After double checking at the register they said yes so we ran back to get our old printer. During check out they realized the sign was referring to a different printer. The Manager honored what had been posted and gave us the trade in discount. Thank you to the fine folks who honored their posted sign. We’ll be back!

I was so humiliated by the elderly sales associate today when I approached the registers. I had a mask on my face, he had a mask on his face and there was plexiglass between me and the register. But as I approached the counter the man very visibly and quickly backed away from me and had a frustrated look on his face as if I was toxic to him. I had ink cartridges to turn in for recycling. Without speaking to me, he pointed to the floor and then told me to back behind the blue line in a voice that made me feel like a criminal. Only then did he approach the register. When it was time to swipe my Rewards Card, I “mistakenly” approached the counter again only to watch him quickly back away from me again. Is it really necessary to treat your customers without any dignity and only as if each person is a potential threat to the health of Office Depot employees? Maybe this store should remain closed until the “ threat” has passed or the insensitive sales associate should stay home.

The service was fast. I didnt have to wait in a long line to check out. The employees were beyond sweet and helpful! I was clueless but they helped me and were very patient! Ill definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience. My favorite part was the honesty of the sales associate. I may not have been totally happy about what I learned and I hated the price, but I got an expert job. And cheerful service. I was satisfied and next time I need help and cant do it alone I will go there.

Going to fax, and look at printers. The guy in office printing was helpful, allowed me to do it myself, but was available to help. Lady with printers listened to my needs and wants. Then she made suggestion and asked few more questions to understand my thoughts. Until we got to a specific printer. Met my needs and mostly my tight price range. Lol

Store is clean and tidy. Very well lit and customer service was pretty good. Prices are a little bit on the more expensive side, but granted they have to pay people to have that friendly smile on their faces all day. Definitely would shop here again!

This office depot is great. For one it is always empty lots of parking and absolutely no patrons. At times the store has more employees than customers. The prices are a bit high compared to AHEM Amazon. But, I office depot does have a dear place in my heart.

I had a awful experience. Firstly, the customer service with the night manager John was AWFUL. He was very rude and arrogant. Whenever I’d ask about something I didn’t know his response was rude and then he would add an arrogant laugh. He didn’t want to actually help at all. He just wanted to tell you the way he was doing it and that’s the way it goes. They told me I would be able to get my money back 100% if I was under the two weeks and had my receipt. I did both and they said “the receipt couldn’t be found in the computer so I can’t get my money back. Even though I told I was. And he didn’t want to communicate. AWFUL SERVICE. Bad manager.

For whatever reason, theres never anyone on the floor. We live in an online shopping world due to the price, and convenience. When you go into stores like Office Depot, youd expect superior service since the competetion is high. Every time I go in this store theres 2 cashiers, 2 people at the printing station 1 person at the computer fixing station, and thats it. If you actually need help on the floor, you have to wait. If youre on your lunch break (considering its target market is small businesses), youre screwed.

Comprehensive office supply stock is the best feature of the store. It is well lit, clean and spacious. Most items have a wide variety of brands and quality /price on display. Getting selected products checked out, however, is painfully slow, even with a queue of three customers to two checkout stations. Many products are sold by means of display cards which you bring to the front. This requires retrieving the actual merchandise after you arrive at the register, which in my experience is a relatively slow process. Since it is performed by the register clerk, no else can be served in the interim. Not a five-star experience.

Unhelpful and uncorteous staff, wouldnt except return even though I bought less than a week ago. Also wouldnt offer any discounts on clearly used and open box item. Would not recommend for buying technology, going to stick to Amazon.

Ill focus my review on the aesthetics of the business in the hopes that it will grab the attention of management. The business NEEDS a refresh. The floors/carpet are worn. Displays/signage are all showing their age. Colors and paint inside and outside the building are faded...and the first thing youre met with when visiting the business is an outdoor sign obscured by unmaintained trees and covered in bird droppings. While the stores selection is adequate, the aesthetic makes one feel as though this is a location that is struggling.

Picked up a task chair at a decent price. Store is well staffed but youve got to ask for assistance. Spiral notebooks were hard to find. When you walk in go right immediately.

These guys do most of the printing for my business. I know them on a first name basis, and they know me. In nearly 6 years of working with them, they put the customer first. The absolute best place in Gainesville, FL for printing, binding, or sign work.

There is a older Hispanic woman who was very rude to my teenage daughter who was there making a purchase. The No Cash Back was not visible therefore my daughter requested cash back. The lady proceeded to ask her if she could read and management was very unconcerned.😠😠

I pulled into the parking lot and went to the door at 8:55 pm for a quick purchase (they close at 9), and they hurriedly closed the gate and locked the door in my face. Bad customer service!

I had a little trouble finding the store the first time I visited. Its not easy to see while driving. Inside was clean, the staff was helpful and I didnt have any trouble finding the printer paper I was picking up advertised on sale.

The young man that helped me in the photo department with pictures of my service dog going to tremendous job it was very much appreciated, it seems all employees go out of their way to help which is nice to see these days :-)

Your standard Office Depot. This one has a great location: you can get in and out with very little terrible, and there is always parking. Only giving them 4 stars because their staff is usually pretty aloof. Its fine when youre just browsing, but can be a little frustrating when you actually need help finding something.
