My kiddo absolutely loves it here.

Both of our children go to the academy and we love the diversity of the students and the teachers. My daughter is only 4 and already knows the 50 states of the USA! Both of them are so excited to go to school and even tell us that we pick them up too early! The provided lunches and snacks and flexible hours has made this a less stressful experience in these stressful times. They have taken great care during the COVID situation, staying open for essential families and providing online circle times and wonderful take home packets for the children to continue their learning experience.With great hesitation, I brought them back to daycare because I could not handle two little ones at home while working. However, there have been no outbreaks as they have enhanced their drop off and pick up protocols: teachers and students over 2 yo wear masks (I actually have to remind them to take their masks off when we pick them up), temperatures are taken, and a questionnaire is asked of any covid symptoms or travels to any covid locations at drop off. My mind has definitely been put at ease and could not be happier with our children’s experience here.

We moved halfway across the country with our toddler daughter who had been in the same daycare since she was 3 months old. The transition to a new daycare was very hard for her, but Director Angela and her team made every effort to help it go as smoothly as possible. Now our daughter loves going to school and spending time with her teachers and classmates. It is a big decision to make for who will watch your little ones, and we are so fortunate to have found Kiddie Academy.

I cant say enough great things at Kiddie Academy. Both of my children are given tons of love and nurturing, which makes them feel safe (which is incredibly important to me as a mom of two very little ones).In addition, the curriculum is exceptional and both of my kids love going to school to see what new activities they will do that day. The lesson plans are creative and fun allowing both of my children to have a wonderful experience as they prepare for elementary school.Additionally, the staff is a huge factor in why we love Kiddie Academy. The owners, administrative staff, and teachers are so warm and welcoming. Its clear that they love what they do.

We love everything about the experience we have had so far at Kiddie Academy! The teachers and staff are all caring and patient and we love the fact that we can log in and check on him with the Watch me Grow App anytime. We know our infant is in great hands everyday!

Teachers and managers are very kind and very supportive to kids need. Classrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are very clean. The materials used in the classrooms are really interesting and helps a lot the development of kids.

Amazing program! The teachers and the administrative staff are invested in every child’s development. They take the time to learn the names of the children and their families. Our kids have been going to Kiddie Academy of Gaithersburg for about 2 years and they have NEVER begged to stay home instead. They enjoy the robust and diverse classroom activities, and we can tell that they absolutely love the teachers. We also appreciate the proactive communication from the school. Pictures and daily reports give us a sense of the children’s day, down to the menu and how much was consumed. Can’t say enough, how pleased we are!

My son loves the staff and they love him. He has developed so much, in terms of his language and cognitive skills. He is more outgoing and more playful. My husband and I are so happy to have found this place.

My daughter has been going here since January, when she was 6 months old. The infant teachers are amazing - she has really connected with them and I feel confident that she is in a safe place that truly cares for her. Ive been so impressed!

My toddler attended only for one month because we had to move. My goodness, he loved it from the day we came in to sign our paperwork. He felt so comfortable that he instantly bonded with everyone. In the mornings, he would run into his classroom screaming, ready for action. We were so sad to leave. We have called a couple of times to attend for 1 day, and the staff does everything in their power to accommodate us. We love and miss KA Gaithersburg, and we cant wait to return for a visit.

Finding the right childcare setting for your child can seem overwhelming. After touring several preschools I came across the Kiddie Academy of Gaithersburg. My son in a safe and happy childcare environment that is fun, educational, and nurturing. The staff is great and always willing to help. Children spend most of their time playing and working with materials or with other kids. Kids have access to various activities throughout the day. Teachers work with individual kids, small groups, and the whole group at different times during the day. The classroom is decorated with childrens original artwork and projects. Kids have an opportunity to play and explore inside and outside in a safe play area every day.

We couldnt be happier at Kiddie Academy!! The owners, teachers, director and programming are all AMAZING!! The owners are actually there all the time and know my whole family by name. The director is truly invested in making each family feel welcome and a part of the Kiddie Academy community. The teachers know their stuff and really love my children! Even my daughter, who is in pre school is known by name and invited to activities when we pick up my son. The activities are all extremely developmentally appropriate, and they are not afraid of getting things messy--which means tons of sensory play and fine and gross motor practice! I get to feel like a part of my sons day as I can see him ALL day via the cameras set up at the facility. I also get daily emails with pictures and updates! I could not be more thrilled having my son here and would highly recommend Kiddie Academy to anyone looking for daycare.

This place is awesome. The staff and the way they handle the children is consistent across the board. The owner is very involved which is a plus and the director is amazing. My son has been here a little under a year and he has learned soooo much. I really like the variety in what is taught to include things like STEM and social skills like honesty. My son really enjoys the food as well and often times he doesn’t want to go home at the end of the day. I appreciate the communication we receive on a regular basis and daily photos on how the day is going. I wish that they did more crafts for major holidays and this place is pricey but I can’t say that I don’t get what I pay for. I’ve done my share of looking in Gaithersburg and I truly believe this facility is the best because I always leave knowing my son is safe, he is learning and he is well cared for.

We continue to be impressed by the care and attention that is given to our child on a daily basis from the teachers, directors, and owner. We love that the children are given opportunities to develop independence at a young age, and that they are encouraged to be participants during meal times. My son was a very picky eater when he started. His teachers have helped him expand his palate and he loves telling us about what he ate and how they get to help with pouring the milk and serving the food. Our son has learned so much in the months that hes been at Kiddie Academy (last week they learned about keeping the earth healthy, and he was able to tell me all about it at the age of 3). He loves yoga and learning Spanish. We love this center and all of the staff, and would highly recommend Kiddie Academy to anyone looking for a childcare center that really meets the need of the whole child.

I had my mouth dropped at the mere cleanliness and immaculate this place was as l walked in. This is where my child should be.

I love how they take care of all the children, my childs learning has raised alot in just a few months, highly recommend plus they feed the children compered to other childcares and if you do the math their prices are very reasonable!!!

When I was on a hunt for a school I was looking for a place that would be a good for the nurturing and structure for my children along with learning etc. I was promised a lot from this facility during the tour, it has all the bells and whistles that made it appear to be the place for my children but that soon fell short. My husband and I are very dedicated parents, we were fully invested with this school and even told by the director how they wish more parents were involved as us. My husband spent mornings at the school to ensure our childrens’ adjustment to the school. When we ran into issues we were there and also called Montgomery County to come and access the school. Daily I asked for the report of my childrens’ day. It was a rough start but my feedback was turning better and better as the days went on. So needless to say when I received an emails shortly before the time I would normally pick up my boys on November 14th telling to not pay my tuition and/or agree to a 8:30-5pm arrangement for care came as a shock. I could say lack of transparency but that’s an understatement. I directly asked daily of my kids’ behavior, etc and was told something false for weeks. Not to mention the way in which everything was handle at the end was so poor. My husband and I called a meeting with owners, management, and teachers to get the full story because we were really left in the dark. That’s a place no parent wants to be in with their kids ever. My kids last day at the facility (no coincidence that day was when the pre-paid tuition ended and enrollment increased at the facility) all of the teachers were in tears with their goodbyes. Very strange since they wanted us out. Also no owners or management was present to say goodbye wish us farewell, nothing.None of the recommendations made by Montgomery County the month before were implemented at the school by the time we left.

Since the first day my son felt happy at school and every day he enjoy it.
