Ordered on website. Received an email stating order was ready for pick up. Went the next day they couldn’t find my order, told me to check back. The store is a MESS and not organized at all. Asked to speak to a manager and apparently she “stepped out”.

Need to be more Organized and CleanEtc.

So disorganized, they allow NON SERVICE animals in the store where food is sold, the aisles are a mess.

GREAT SERVICE!!! The staff was very friendly & helpful. Store was well stocked. The only area that would need an order right away would be the kids underwear & socks. The cashier was excellent we had a large order & she got us out with no problem & was able to keep the line down. I forgot to check her name but we checked out @ 5PM on 6/15/20. I will be able to get her name because I will definitely be returning. The staff @ this location is definitely better than the staff at W. Patrick street in Frederick. THIS IS MY NEW FAMILY DOLLAR & I DONT MIND THE DRIVE. 😉😉😃💯

It was.pretty clean for a Family Dollar and organized. I was very surprised I was able to find everything I needed. The one cashier was very nice the other kind of sketchy 😣

Just like all other Family Dollar locations.. understaffed, long lines, cluttered floors with boxes, & picked over merchandise.

Ive visited Family Dollar a few times and always manage to find great deals. For example, I bought these sandles early this summer and have practically worn them out already. I also like their home goods such as kitchen utensils, plastic containers and more.

I love this place but a employee wasrude to me. When i was getting soda she said step away from the fridge. But the fridge was perfectly good i dont know why she told me to step away from the fridge. Then when i was done paying i put a recite in a shelf to put my money in my wallet then she said ARE YOU GOING TO PUT THE RECITE IN YOUR WALLET OR GIVE IT TO ME! what a rude employee.

Wow...what a craphole!!! There is trash all over the store. Has not been cleaned in months. The store has about 12 grocery carts for customers and 9 of them are being used by the staff to hold trash from inventory being put out. The employees were all rude and not friendly. Only went in to buy a charging cable for phone and they did not have it. Do not be fooled by the images of the store as they are not accurate. Your better off going somewhere else for anything!

The lines can be very long at Times anlyup some cashiers can be slow. The prices are good although everything is not a dollar. They sell a wide variety of things.

Great customer service

The cashier named Precious is so rude and she has bad manner. I never see a person like her. She gaves bad image to the store. Family dollar needs to fire Precious.

This store was absolutely awful. It looked like it had been robbed. It was so disorganized and messy. I will never go back. I wish I could leave no stars.

I went to check out this store this morning and what I saw was discussing, upon walking up to the store, I observed that the Windows and doors were filthy, banners in window were faded, trash on the floors, counters, no organization store was a mess.

Good prices. Unorganized and under staffed.

Not so much of a dollar store like the name implies. It has a lot of brand name products but its disorganized and messy due to the clientele.

Half the lights were out and the place is so cluttered and trashy that you can barely get through.

Cheap stuff love it.

Just dont expect customer service. Its grab your stuff, pay for it and go.
