Very good school. My second child is going here and is getting a great education. They have a rigorous curriculum which prepares the kids for high school. The counseling department takes an interest in making sure kids with an IEP have their accommodations. The teachers are approachable and available via email. Its in need of some new basketball nets outside, but my kids were/are happy at Ridgeview.

I find that Ridgeview is a pretty nice school. The teachers are mostly nice with a few exceptions and there is probably a group that anyone can fit in quite well. Most students are kind except a few but I think that Ridge view is a generally kind enviornment. The downside though is that the school is pretty old. Even though the building has been renovated some places still look pretty run down.

Overall, the teachers are nice, and the students are approachable (Except the 7th grade) But the one complain that I have is the lunch food. I mean, I bought the sausage pizza and i threw up and had to go home early! Anyways 4/5. Have a good day. :)

It’s amazing at the beginning of the year I was really scared and I thought I was going to get lost and everything but really it’s not that hard, as long as you understand things and get good grades you will be fine. Also if you have really nice teachers they will make you have a lot of fun. Don’t be afraid it’s realllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ridgeveiw is a good school where everyone is ok. Other than the part where kids are doing lemonade vapor, and the fights that happen, also the part where some people laugh at you in gym but when its there turn they are HORRIBLE. And that is all I have to say (for now)

Most, if not all, of the teachers at rms weird me out. some of them even choose favorites for the most part, like ms. satchell for instance. anyway, the school food has taken away my very last brain cell. also, this school has no study hall period unlike almost all the other mcps schools???? and i understand the no phone policy, but what about lunch dudee, i get so bored so easily & we should totally be able to use our phones for at least 10 minutes idrc. ye, that’s the end. p.s. i hate community circles I’m such an introvert help

It becomes a bad school when someone brings a weapon to school. Otherwise, its still a great school.
