This place is amazing. The instructors are top notch. The atmosphere is unparalleled. Martial arts is what they teach but it goes much deeper than that. Discipline, structure, respect and integrity are what they really value. You can tell within five minutes of walking in the door this is not a job for these folks, its a passion. Once you become a member you are welcomed into their family with open arms. Matter of fact, we love it so much my wife and I joined after our boys had been going for a year and we love it!!Aside from that, youll be hard pressed to find better, more educated instructors in the arts they teach. Anyone, from beginner to expert, has something to gain here. If martial arts is something youve thought about trying, this is your place. I recommend dropping in and watching a class or two and Im certain youll feel the same way!!

I have been training at GMA for 4-5 months, and I can honestly say it sets the standard. I have trained for years, in multiple styles, in multiple different states, and at multiple different gyms. GMA has best variety of arts available in the Nashville area, and frankly, they have the best variety I have seen anywhere. All the instructors are top quality, and they have so many different classes they can easily accommodate any schedule.I train in Hapkido, BJJ, and MMA. My kids are in the Tae Kwon Do program. The people you train with here are quality. They want to help you learn, and are not just about trying to beat you up. I have seen a drastic improvement in my childrens’ behavior and manners since signing them up here. The prices seemed higher than average at first, but that’s because I train in multiple arts, and my experience here has shown me its worth every penny. You won’t find better instructors, a more flexible schedule, this variety of arts, or this size gym with such great equipment anywhere else in the State of TN.

Great instructors and wonderful environment for the whole family. My sons enjoy the Tae Kwon Do classes and I enjoy my Golden Talon Kung Fu and Bagua classes.
