Cool fighters (friendly, helpful) to spar with. Huge space, with everything you would need including weights, bags, dummies, and cardio machines. Showers and lockers were very clean.

Great place to train. The staff is amazing. The atmosphere in the gym is one of training and excellence. The fighters are helpful as well as knowledgeable. The kids program is great and the skills they teach them will allow them to handle any bullies they may encounter in school or in the streets.

Great place to train. Personally I train as a hobby somewhat inconsistently, and quite frankly Im not very good. However, instructors and fighters treat you the same whether you are a novice or a pro, they will give you tips to succeed and are vested in you getting better. No ego or cult like atmosphere you get at other gyms. World class training thats upwards of $100 a month less than inferior gyms.

This is the place to come if you want to learn. Not just train, not just lift weights; learn. Its an excellent school with a pedigree that speaks for itself. I dont know why youd go anywhere else on Long Island to educate yourself in martial arts.

With a membership you can attend any class youd like and theyre all great. You can even book one-on-ones with the instructors if you would like the extra help. Everyone at this gym is very supportive and friendly (staff, trainers, and trainees). Hands down a great place to train!!

The best gym on the East Coast. Staff is great; facilities are second to none. Come from Brooklyn for their expertise. Has to be on your Bucket List. Must attend!

I started out at LAW MMA just lifting on my own. It didnt take long for this place to rub off on me and make me want to try out kick-boxing. Having zero experience before, I was a little hesitant, but everyone was super friendly and extremely helpful. Its a great atmosphere to work out in.

The facility is gigantic with infinite amounts of high-quality training equipment. This is the best place for those looking to become the greatest mixed martial artist.

My son is part of their youth wrestling program, the coach Jamie Franco understands kids and how to motivate them without demeaning them. A great program and atmosphere for the money.
