After years of being assigned to various ABA companies, I am content with the level of care we are receiving with this organization. We have open communication and I love our, CM, Brittany! She is intelligent, empathetic and understanding. The only concern has been the turnover rate for BI’s which are not uncommon in this field, but still not excusable. Overall, I would recommend this organization to other families looking for committed and knowledgeable ABA therapists that will work with your family and help youloves one succeed in whichever way is best. It is important for families to understand the progress lies with the BI and team as well as the parents. We can’t leave it on the team only. It’s definitely a collaboration amongst everyone to ensure a successful and effective ABA learning experience. Also, I do want to recognize the scheduling team. They are very good with looking for makeup sessions and very good with communicating with me. Thank you everyone!

We have been involved with Behavior Frontiers for nearly 3 years. Our granddaughter’s progress is amazing. (Yep… I’m going to use amazing several times). They have provided amazing therapists and their patience is tremendous. We have had many meltdowns and unusual behaviors exhibited during sessions and they take them in stride. They are open to addressing new behaviors when they surface.We have nothing but good and amazing things to say about them. We are so thankful.

I’ve been with behavior frontiers for a couple of years now and they are the best I completely recommend Their services ! They are so patient with my daughter and so kind . Communication is great , I can ask question tell them concerns I have and their really quick to help out what to do during session but also outside of session. My daughter has learned so much her speech is always improving, she mands appropriately ex: saying “ I want” “Can I have “ She’s improving so much . When my daughter is having a full on tantrum they can manage her behaviors while also making sure she is safe . I’ve learned some much from parent training that I can help my daughter with behaviors at home and in the community.

I have been with Behavior Frontiers for many years. There are many things I love about this company and cant say enough good things about it. First, they encourage growth within the company. Getting started up as a Behavior Technician does take time and patience as it is a learning curve. You can get promoted to a Senior Behavior Technician with hard work and dedication to your clients as well as growth in your clinical skills. Management is hard work. I am not going to lie. It does require dedication and can be a heavy 45-50 hour work week. However, the work load comes and goes in waves and I wouldnt trade my job for anything. I have worked with 3 other ABA agencies, and TRUST ME, its not better anywhere else. Behavior Frontiers cares about the growth of their staff and company. In addition, they do sincerely care about about the clients. So blessed to work with such an amazing company.

It’s pretty great working here. The company is very considerate of the BI’s, and the direct supervisors can be very helpful and always available. Your availability is what determines your place in cases, so the more open availability the more hours you will likely get.The only downside is cancellations, sometimes families will cancel, and you lose hours.

My family and I are very happy for the therapies they give our daughter :) she has made a lot of progress in 5 months we have better wings, THANKS to Noheli, Laura, Cynthia, and Valerie for all their help, I recommend behavior frontiers they are excellent :) Thank you ☺️
