Great place and friendly staff

Absolutely disappointed with the customer service here. I dont recall the womans name who works the lobby desk but what I am certain of is that lady got an attitude problem. She had an attitude while I spoke with her, wasnt fully attentive and was just simply unprofessional.

This is a terrible place to send your children if want them to be bullied and no one there care at all. If I could give negative 0 stars I would. They don’t care about your child. They lost my nephews school uniform shirt and he was bullied for no reason. My nephew is always happy and smiling like the sweet boy he is and when he came back from here he couldn’t stop crying. He’s never to go back there and I highly do not recommend this place.

Prices have increased drastically. Your prices are NOT considered affordable for low to moderate income families.The sad part of it is that the Y knows they can get away with it because we as parents work and have no choice but to leave our children in the before/after school program. So disappointing.

Neat place! Always find equipment available for your workout. The classes are no joke and instructors are amazing. Overall a very family friendly environment that makes your workout experience top of the line.

Horrible camp! They have a so called “ camp schedule “ with full of “activities “. If you think getting the kids to line up and walk around the block TWICE in the hot sun as an activity, ok it is an ACTIVITY. They are either on the basketball court to play ONLY basketball or sit in the hot sun watching others play. Besides that, they watch tv all day - great STEM learning!! I will not be sending my kid to this ghetto camp again.

You can do anything there you can do soccer ⚽ basketball 🏀 swiming 🏊and more I love the YMCA if you go it will be the best money you will ever spend😍

Poor customer service. Lady sitting at the desk couldnt even provide basic information about program. She was extremely rude and rolled her eyes multiple times. Stay away! She even shouted a rude comment as i was leaving.

I spoke to one of the ladies from the front desk on the phone, rude and poor service. In fact, on one occasion she hung up the phone while I was talking. Very disappointing.

Freezing cold in the swimming changing rooms and the staff does nothing about that. They are also super mean and dont treat there members right!

I would like to hear from Garfield YMCA if it is good for kids.
