The owner Ms. Cristal is a tremendous soul. She pays keen attention to detail and offers support to the kids unlike larger scale care facilities. She is super professional and maintains the tidiest care center I have ever seen. Look no further if you are on the fence and give your child the nurturing they deserve.

I can honestly say I love Susanas Daycare center. Pictures are worth 1000 words and by looking at my babies face I know that my child loved every minute of her time there. Imagine how hard it is for new mom to leave there infant for hours in another persons care? I always dropped my child, and had a clear mind at work knowing she was being well token care of. She never cried and always ran into the center. Management has always been helpful and always goes above and beyond expectations. My daughter was very attached to Ms. Cristal who has been dedicated to the center for as long as it has been open. We really appreciated her. My child has been talking since 1 years old and even knew how to count from 1-10 since 1. I think not only was I super comfortable leaving my daughter there all day, I also was so ecstatic knowing she was learning so much. I recommend Susanas Daycare. It was such a great experience.

Had my son go here and planning to have my daughter go soon. Susana and Chrystal (her daughter) became very quickly family to us! Look for no where else to bring your child to. This is the place!

The owner and staff are kind hearted and just awesome people all around. They take the time to learn your childs personality and how to target any problem areas and always fill you in with any milestones or any changes in behavior! An open door policy which puts you at ease when your busy day stresses you out but they always seem to make it all better when you pick up your child after a stressful day and they dont want to leave! If it was up to me, my son would stay there till high school!!! Lol. I recommend this wonderful daycare, and keep up the amazing job and being at ease knowing my child is in the safest and most caring hands!!!!

Under new ownership. My child HAD been going here for nearly 2 years. things were great up until the change. Out of no where my son starts coming home with bruises and no one in the daycare saw anything on multiple occasions! The new owner belittles parents and puts little effort in showing affection to the children. Understandably, a business is a business, however, when it comes to my child I value the piece of mind given in knowing that the ones that care for him view him as more then a paycheck. I highly encourage looking elsewhere.

Im not a parent, but I do drop off and pick up as a guardian sometimes for a family member. I can say that once new management came in (not so new because her daughter has worked there for years), the parents who pay late were upset that they have to now pay on time. Its not about money, but you cant sign an agreement then break contract and be upset. Ive known Susana and her daughter for a long time and they are honest, sweet people who actually care. The children love them and their staff. Some clients have had all their kids come here 10 yrs after bringing their older kids in the past. Ive also witnessed parents be unprofessional and disrespectful in front of other parents and children, not able to have a calm civil conversation. You never know who is around and listening when you go and try to speak negatively on someone else. Also, knowing the staff its extremely doubtful that they wouldnt report an incident or that they will report or fabricate something they did not witness to satisfy a belligerent parent. Id hate for one person who is nasty to tell lies in a review because they were unable to make the staff write a report of something they didnt see. I happen to know that the child showed no signs of injury or discomfort or cried at the facility so they didnt report it. Some people cannot be pleased and they are usually the ones with a large balance even after government assistance. Susanas is great for good-hearted, responsible parents who want excellent child care. Highly recommended!
