The Burke Learning Center has been a life saver for my family. All of their caring staff was willing to jump in and help my high school age daughter with her challenges. They connected with her well her and helped to rebuild her self esteem. I cannot say enough good things about this place and wish I would have found them years ago!

The Burke Learning Center has been such a huge help for my stepson! They have helped him bring his grades from failing to A-B honor roll! The staff is always friendly and open to hearing and answering any questions or concerns I have. When there is a concern about grades, Kim and the staff are quick to find a solution to get my stepson back on track! We have been with the Burke Learning Center for several years and plan to continue through 12th grade! Keep up the great work!!

The tutors at the Burke Learning Center have sufficient knowledge to assist students with the course materials. They communicate their knowledge to the students and use classroom assignments that contribute to student acquisition of required concepts and/or skills. The tutors encourage students to use concepts as a basis for developing skills in thinking, problem solving, analysis, and drawing conclusions with the use of resource materials to amplify course materials.There is always a positive learning environment at the TBLC.The goals of the tutoring session are clearly explained to the students and positive attitudes are demonstrated toward the students.

My son has attended Burke Learning Center (BLC) for the past five months. He was one of the first students at the new Raleigh location. The tutors are knowledgeable, caring and communicate with parents and teachers. My sons confidence and study skills have grown tremendously. He now has is OWN personal vision for success. He is excited about his upcoming Jr. year in high school because he is invested in preparing for college. Kim Burke is totally involved in developing well-rounded individuals. I have two boys there. We are at the Garner location. One is a junior in high school doing AP Calculus and one is in 6th grade doing regular math. We love the tutors that we have! They always work with us around test schedules and help them with everything from h.w., projects, to test prep. The owner Kim Burke is awesome too! Shes really there for the kids and parents.

My son has attended the Burke Learning Center (BLC)after-school tutoring program for the last three years. My wife and I have no complaints! BLC has experienced Wake County Public School teachers who are very talented and competent tutors in their individual subjects. The staff is very nice and cared for our son in wonderful ways. In addition, he has gained a lot of knowledge about himself and strenghtened in his own ability to do the necessary classwork and not just settle for finishing assigned homework but has been pushed to go farther with extra assignments. We are very happy with BLC and look forward to him attending for his first year of high school this coming fall!
