I brought my brand new bass guitar here to get a setup done on it. I talked to Ryan and he put some new, good strings on it for me and adjusted the action and whatever else it needed. He got it done fast, and was super helpful and knowledgeable about it. Ill come back the next time I need something done to my guitar!

I came into the store looking for an electric guitar, I had a few brands in mind and was pleased to see the selection they had available. I was able to test the guitar, and buy it with easy.

Went in this past Friday 6/11, both Ryan and Ryan ( yes they both have same name) were extremely helpful. My son has picked up the guitar, we needed help changing the strings, Ryan showed us how is done. He was helpful, and patient. This will be are go-to shop for anything and everything music.

Great little shop, though I already had a guitar they have all the strings, straps, and picks I could want. They managed to fix an obscure string-buzz issue that had annoyed me for years!

This place is like the Disneyland of Raleigh. I went in and had a great experience with the two associates, Ryan and Ryan.

Typical local music store vibe. You try and support local businesses especially during these times VS going to guitar center and Sam ash. Yet you walk into someone playing on the phone and the other person asking “how can we help you” no formal “Hi” or “good evening”.I asked if they had parts and they didn’t have what I needed which is no big deal, I figured I would have had to order them but again I have always paid more for good service and a good cause.I tried making small talk but there was no point. I actually still purchased about 50 dollars worth of stuff while I was in there to support and even when checking out i didn’t get a formal thank you or have a good day. Just a “here is your receipt”They had some nice les Paul’s and I wanted to check out some acoustics since I am in the market for one to purchase for my best friends. But the vibe/atmosphere just makes you feel like a nuisance.That’s how it typically goes though. You either get the sales pitch from the big guy that comes with good service or go to a spot like this where even after a purchase they still make you feel like they would rather have no customers.

Love this location! Manager & staff are knowledgeable & customer oriented. They recommend what’s best for your musical progress.:-)

Staff is not knowledgeable about store policies and in fact are very rude. One staff person did not like that I was unhappy that he was almost two hours late to work and told me never to come back to the store and then hung up on me.

Staff is awesome! Amazing customer service!
