Ordered a same day pick up custom stamp online from this location as the one closest to me canceled from their stamp machine being out of service. Placed an order for the same design here for same day pick up. It came out exactly as requested and everyone on shift was nice even with it being busy in the store. Will be back if I ever need anything from the print area. Thanks!

I went today to get a pack of Avery Business Cards. All I could find were shipping labels, address labels, tents, everything but business cards. I asked a gentleman that works there where I could find them? He said this is all we have and you can use these for business cards pointing at a pack of multiple shaped labels. I politely said, no, these are not business cards and not the right template. He just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I continued to look and found exactly what I needed at the very end of the same isle. When I was checking out I saw the gentleman training a new associate. Very Scary!

Trip one to buy shipping materials. Overcharged, called & told to bring in receipt only. Trip two in with receipt & pictures taken of purchased items. One item they cannot find even though shown where we got it. Now they want me to make a third trip in pouring rain & waste my gas for their error. No Way! Check everything on receipt before walking away from register!! We certainly will if we ever return.

WOW! Best staples around! The manager here is AWESOME and always so nice and courteous. The employee are always helpful. They have a large selection of items and I always find what I need. They do price match with local retailers as well! My go to when shopping for office items

Friendly helpful staff

The staff at this store are very friendly and accommodating. They made the purchase of a new printer quick and easy. We had some issues related to the printer software 7 months after the purchase. HP gave us a hard time about not having the paper receipt from the store in order to cover us under the warranty. The manager of this store was very friendly, quick to help and had a copy of the receipt to me in a few minutes. I will definitely shop here again for my office needs.

Rushed in at 8:52pm to grab 2 black binders; I knew Staples closed at 9pm, but I knew I had time to get what I wanted. One of the workers ran after me to “help” me, but really wanted to help rush me out of the store because they needed “to get out of here by 9:05”. I ignored his rudeness. I found what I wanted, but I pulled a couple binders out & they were very cheap quality & damaged; priced at $8.29!?!? I walked out at 8:56pm, so hopefully, all the workers got out by 9:05pm, since that was more of a priority than making a sale. The worker “helping” me did offer to sell them to me for half-price. LOL. Fortunately, Target, next door, had better quality binders for $3.59, and now has my office supply business from here on.

Extremely poor customer service. VERY dusty desk organizers.......to make matters worse, instead of assisting the custome, me, said he had a lot of things to do before closing!!! And they wonder why theres no return customers!!!!

I wad able to find everything I needed, & what I wasnt able to find, a salesman/saleswoman was able to help me find it. Theyve also been great w/printing items, too. Love it!

I ordered apparel for my business and every time I have called or stopped in, they tell me that it was ordered from a 3rd party company and they can not track. Today, after waiting for almost 3 months on this apparel, I stopped in again and they said the order was never placed. I don’t understand, how they can get away with this. Multiple calls and multiple visits (and it was a reorder) being told that they couldn’t track it and then all of a sudden they said, they never placed the order to begin with.

The store was clean, lots of staff around to help you. The only thing I didnt like was the extremely high pressure sales tactics for things like extended warranties, extra toner, Etc. I had to tell the salesman no thank you 3 times before he finally gave up. And I heard another salesman giving a different person the same pitch, so it must be a corporate thing.

Justine was awesome and went the extra mile for a rush order and saved my behind! Staples call-in customer service was also so helpful and everyone I interacted with was super nice. Thank you Justine and Staples! Print prices are unbelievable here too.

Im with Noelle. Store moved 3 or 4 years ago. Google needs to be updated. DESPERATELY . Also trees around stores need to be thinned.I called-- lovely helpful person answered. Then folks in the store were great.

I have always been a Staples customer. Because they moved from Raleigh I have to rely on Office Max or Office Depot and they dont always have the EXACT items Im looking for and it must be ordered. I TRAVEL to Garner and BAM (Emeril) they have the EXACT items on the SHELF. Still my favorite store, I just dislike the commute time!!

I visit here all the time for office supplies and never have any issues. A few times I have price matched to other stores and theyve always been happy to do so. Once in a while I need something they dont have in stock or the price is better on their website but theyve never had a problem placing an order for me or matching their online price. You can also find online coupons and they have always honored them at this location.

WASTE Of TIME & Money: ordinary, petty retail store. Just wasted my time having to argue with the managers after they wouldnt take back a faulty product that didnt work because I dont have a receipt. But, the hourly employees were much better than management. It was a Staples brand phone holder that kept falling off, never worked. I already bought something elsewhere that works. They wouldnt even give store credit. Big waste.

Had a woman copying an entire book? They would not even try to print from email, you just have to wait. I left came back she was still there and line even longer????

MUCH better experience than the Fuquay location. What took me 3 days and still not get helped at Fuquay, took me 15 minutes at this location. Much better experience!

Associate was very knowledgeable, professional and experienced in the printing shop. I will definitely use this store again.

Waiting to pick up an online order. Nice lady in the print shop was helping someone else. But the store manager who saw the line was getting longer did nothing. He was just leaning on the paper boxes while we waited for the one person worked as hard and fast as she could. SMH.....

I will never shop there again. The employees are not friendly. They acted like I was lying about a reward coupon I received from corporate. The coupon was sent to me because of terrible service at this same location. I dont like how they do business. Staples in Garner is the worst.

Smaller version of store than I am use to - but I find what I need. The staff I have communicated with have taken the time to show me (not just tell me) where the product I was searching for was located. Nice hometown feel/vibe going on here.

This place is a joke-I ordered a digitable printable master copy from Etsy. I decided to go to Staples to have 150 printed. I was shocked that they charged me $130 just to make copies and cut them. Well when I picked them up they were packed so neatly in a box. When I took one out to inspect both sides- the back side was NOT centered😧. I showed them and they reluctantly did the whole job over. I picked up the next day only to find out after I got home and counted each one that I only received 137/150 invitations!!! The service is poor.

I used this staples last year for the same print job and was completely satisfied. This year I was met with a rude manager and an awful product. They were a day late on the printing job with no notification. We received our print job two hours before we needed them. All 450 programs were incorrect even though the sample was perfect. The manager was reluctant to give me a refund. He even said Well I wont give him a refund if we can fix it talking about me a if I wasnt even there. They were slow, ineffective and unqualified to provide an effective solution. I will never enter a Staples store again.

Wrong address listed on Google maps this store is NOT between Pier 1 Imports and Ross its between Dollar Tree and Baby Depot next to Target. Please fix the location! I was driving in circles going crazy until I called the store.
