Coach Harrison is amazing. My daughter has been training with him weekly for 10 months. Her overall quickness, speed and agility continues to improve weekly. She is very active in multiple sports and everyone comments on her speed and strength. I attribute her progress to the work she has done with Coach Harrison. Coach Harrison is simply amazing. He has worked with our 12 yo son for almost a year. We heard about him from a hockey teammate, and as my son was going to be the only goalie on a travel hockey team, we knew he needed to be in as good of condition as possible. His circuit training focused on core and conditioning with no two sessions being the same. My son worked out with baseball, basketball, volleyball, and softball players throughout his sessions. We could tell a marked improvement in our son after working with Coach Harrison. He had his best season so far, at one point playing 4 hockey games within a 24 hr period. We can’t recommend Coach Harrison enough to anyone looking to improve their sports performance.

Our daughter’s speed, agility, and vertical grew so much with Harrison. He individualizes his training to each athlete’s ability and need. He sets the bar high, yet expects more. He helps the Athlete to crush goals and sets new ones.

Awesome trainer! Coach has worked with my son for about 6-7 years training with quickness and VertiMax strengthening his legs for basketball. Last year he worked with a couple of adults for about 4mths...getting them ready for the summer and I participated...GREAT morning workouts!

Exceedingly positive and great results! We did a family workout session with SPT and it was SO fun! Now, did I leave dead, yes! But was I motivated, YES!!! Our son did one basketball training session, and the results were immediately evident. SPT is awesome!
