Im Really disappointed with this school, there solution to children with special needs is send them home, principal is very unprofessional, Mr. O is what they call him, the previous principal was really good and did care my child has a 504 and IEP they would never use, they would call me shortly after school began and ask me to pick him up, his self esteem was really low there because they made a spectacle of him, I finally transferred him out to a public school and I have not received a call yet the public school welcomes parents but Lighthouse wont allow you to visit and sit with your child to help, the public school is caring and goal oriented and dedicated to helping my child thrive just like the children without special needs, really sad and I have always been a parent that work with the school, this is the first school that obviously was there for a check and watching the clock to go home, shame on you, Gary Lighthouse.

Amazing school....they give tons of individual time and allow the students to showcase their creativity....excellent staff (with exception to the lunchroom)...tons of field trips and events throughout the year....keep you well informed and reach out often....teachers are able to be reached all day long....safe...they work very hard to get students to be above their goals...I moved to another state and wish I could take it with me....they have art, music, small study groups, great conflict resolution, an amazing principle with a positive attitude EVERYDAY!!!! They use dojo for behavior to help your child become a well rounded individual. If you can get in do it....it will be one of the best decisions you ever make.

Gary light house charter school.....on every situation, they were very unprofessional. They treated my son like an outcast. Every child have their own personality but with that being said they didnt handle my son the way i feel they should had. Every school have their pros and cons. Im not here to talk bad about the school, but I did not like the school or their attitudes!!!

There always out of power and there kids are bad.
