We love our son’s daycare! So helpful when we need it and they always communicate wonderfully with us! Just so so happy. They were wonderful when he first started and needed time to adjust and they continue to be amazing! Thank you!

I wish I could give 6 stars...out of 5. I had three foster children here and the love, nurturing, and engagement that my littles experienced brought me nothing but comfort. If I had a question, I was able to call and anyone who answered the phone made me feel valued. My three year old started there and was just starting potty training..they went beside me to finish training him. I left because of Covid..and fear of exposure to it with my husbands health. After I left, I was able to talk to the franchise owner, and again felt valued and respected. My Masters is in teaching, and I highly recommend TLE Georgetown.

This is a wonderful daycare! My son who just turned 4 really enjoyed being there. The teachers are loving, caring, attentive and patient. I never experience seeing a turn over or different teachers as the previous review stated, its been the same teachers/faces for us and they are all fantastic with kids! The owners are very involved, easy to talk to and know every childs name. The front door staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and someone always says hi and bye to you as you are leaving. Its little things that make you feel very comfortable when leaving your child somewhere. Over all, they keep the kids entertained with cool interactive rooms, events like Police officers/ EMS/fire trucks coming by, show n tell on Fridays. My son still talks about the Ambulance that he got to go into and check out.ITS CLEAN- dont know how they do it, but it is very clean! Prices are right in line with other day cares and do see your moneys worth.I would 100% recommend this day care to anyone.

My husband and I have been so impressed with the caliber of this preschool. My son started here in June 2017 after we had a great experience with him being there during spring break. We moved him from another school and we wish we would have made the move months earlier! My almost 5-year old son loves this school. He is nurtured, encouraged, and challenged here. From the owners, to the directors, to the teaching staff, there is a genuine positive energy. I have been impressed with their conscientiousness, dedication to excellence, and genuine faith in their students. We are so grateful we found this school. Thank you for all that you do, TLE Georgetown!!!

I visited this day care recently in the past month, and I wanted to express how pleased I feel with this facility and how well organized they are. It only took me a few minutes to realize the quality of work the staff puts in and how serious they are about their job. I would personally invite anyone that has kids to stop by and you will see that this place is without any doubt one of the safest places to leave your kids while you are working. Highly recommend the diversity of activities that your kids are exposed to, it definitely guaranties a very comprehensive development for your kids.

This day care/child center is wonderful! The staff and owners are very friendly, the facility is beautiful with fun classrooms, play areas, and outside play grounds for babies and kids. I was also impressed with how clean, organized, and child friendly the facility is. My kids love it and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe and and fun place for your kids where they are not just playing but learning as well.

This is a great daycare! We are thrilled with what our child has learned thus far. The staff is very nice and take to heart their jobs in taking care of our children. I also love that I know what activities my child is participating in each day.

My preschoolers came here during the 2016-2017 school year. My daughter was in class regularly (3 days/week for 3/4 days) and my older son was a drop-in student from time to time. During that time, it felt like every teacher and administrator took the time to get to know them. I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the app used for detailing daily activities, the time their teachers took with them, and the balance of play and academics in their schedule. My daughter looked forward to going every day and I felt very comfortable while she was there. My son is on the autism spectrum, which can sometimes make finding daycare difficult. The teacher and staff were amazing and he felt right at home. I cant praise them enough on it.When we left, my daughter took home a binder of artwork the teachers had built over the months she was there. Such a great keepsake and my daughter loves looking through it.While we were there, there seemed to be plenty of options for scheduling. The tuition break for working families (we are military family) was a great perk. The building was well secured. The updates throughout the day via The Learning Experience app were appreciated. I loved seeing a photo of her on the playground, drawing, participating in circle time, etc. pop up on my phone during the work day.If I needed to put my kids back in daycare in the future or a friend needed a suggestion for her kids, TLE would certainly come right to mind.

The teachers and staff at The Learning Experience are absolutely phenomenal! Both my kiddos absolutely adore their teachers and I know the feeling is mutual! Joining this childcare center was the best decision my husband and I have ever made!

Absolutely in love with this place. Meals are included, low staff turnover, and very clean. Everyone is so nice. We also get pics of our kids daily on the app. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our time at TLE. We switched to a nanny because of my work schedule but if we were to go back to daycare we’d use TLE again. Their app is really nice & teachers were all impressive. The owner is there almost every day and it makes a big difference.

We started at TLE Georgetown after a poor experience at a different center. Long story short in the beginning, things were awesome. Staff was friendly and management were approachable and clearly invested in the success of their center. Lots of things going for TLE Georgetown, clean, bright, colorful. Our little one was happy and so were we for a number of months.Increasingly, this center has been plagued by high turnover for whatever reason. We have been told that this is just the way things go in child care. Perhaps that is the case, perhaps not.As a direct/indirect result of this turnover there seems to be a lack of quality care for our child and we have had multiple incidents that lead me to the unavoidable conclusion that there is a serious flaw in supervision in some classrooms. This may come off as a disgruntled parent writing a negative review. I am honestly hoping that they can learn from this and find something they can change. It is still better than where we came from, but we now know there is better out there. Do your research and be sure you know exactly what you are getting.

The Learning Experience is not a learning facility at all. The owners of the facility are not on the same page. The husband is aggressive and has absolutely no customer service qualities at all and the wife acts like she doesnt know anything. My son attended the facility for 6 months and did not learn anything. When I would drop him off and pick him up he was always in a different room with different staff (I will not call them teachers because to find out few of them have degrees in education in the classrooms if any).If I wanted my child to be watched without learning I would have paid for an unlicensed in-home daycare for hundreds less.I would NEVER recommend this overpriced daycare to anyone. Find a facility that will educate your child and get them ready for kindergarten because this one will not. Thats why I switched!

I give one star for the same reasons as many of the reviews Ive read about this facility across several different platforms involving lack of overall care for my child.I guess it would be lack of training with the huge turnover of teachers in my daughters twaddler classroom, but the care for the children is severely lacking. Ive asked them to follow through on our potty training schedule which never happened. Ive walked into the class and she is wondering around with a poopie diaper and the teachers did nothing, until I finally changed her on the classroom changing table. I had to routinely check her diaper when we returned home for rashes where shes not been wiped (aka skid marks) and scratches from her diaper being fastened to tight on her waste line and cutting her skin. After several biting incidents that caused very bad bruising on my daughter (half of which could not be explained and were not witnessed). I decided to speak with Ms Lilia. She informed me this was common in daycares and then essentially brushed me off. Well, shes not aware that I went to school for a CDA, and that is entirely false. I made it clear that I am fine with bites happening but they must be documented and followed up on. (Normal pre school procedure) It did not take 24 hours for my daughter to be bit again, with no one even noticing. I asked the teachers in the classroom that day, who again were probably replacement teachers #12 or #13 in the twaddler room who simply shrugged, and said they dont remember if my daughter had been bitten that day or not!I dont know about other moms, but at this point Im a little mad. Less then 24 hours ago I made it clear this was unacceptable, and here we are again...So I sternly told Ms Lilia I will be contacting their corporate office to ask how they want these incidents handled as a corporation because its simply not being handled at all in this facility. It took 4 hours for the owner of this facility to expel my 2 year old daughter from TLE because I said I was going to call their corporation and let them know this is whats happening in a TLE facility and if this is the level of TLE childcare standards. Somehow this was aggressive, and terms for expelling my daughter?Needless to say we pulled our daughter and found a much safer program for her, and I hope all the parents that still have their children enrolled at TLE Georgetown take a second look at the people caring for their children.
