Highly recommend! Absolutely worth it! I went in with zero driving experience and left feeling confident and knowledgeable. The instructor was very helpful and patient. As an adult driving student I was nervous about the situation but the instructor was very respectful and professional. Highly recommend to those who are nervous about driving!

Roberto was a AMAZING instructor he taught me a lot and I passed my test first try, I would not be such a good driver if it wasnt for him!

I went to this school back in 2013. Back then, I took the 3hr class with 1.5hr each session. My instructor then was Mr. John (black guy) from the Mesa office. I must have developed some habits now, but Ive always been careful. I recommended the school recently to a friend of mine who is like a mom to me. She got the platinum package I believe. Unfortunately, her schedules and instructors had been messed up by whichever office, and I havent heard a good experience from her recent two drives last week and this afternoon from this one specific instructor named Deborah M on the paper. The student is constantly getting comments in a condescending manner, and seems like this specific instructor is discriminating and belittling her. Student is so flusterred and getting discouraged to learn how to drive, by this instructor Deborahs attitude towards her. Instructor is hella chatty and nervous while teaching, causing the student to feel uncomfortable and lose confidence. First drive and second drive. Despite the students extra efforts practicing at home and when running errands while juggling her own schedule. Its just embarrassing cause for someone that didnt think twice to trust the school teach her how to drive, shes not receiving a good customer service from this instructor. I had the best 3hr class back in 2013 with little practice because I had the best instructor. This is however sad. So for you guys planning to enroll at an expensive package, avoid Deborah M. She will be a lot more nervous than you and she will do her best to make you feel like a failure instead of learn. You wont get your moneys worth. Whoever the Roberto teacher is, please send him my friends way.

I went to traffic school on Saturday and it was a pleasureable experience. The instructor was very nice and made going to traffic school a fun.

I did the gold package and I feel that’s the best option if you already have your permit.I drove with 3 different instructors and they were all great. I am so glad we shopped around for driving schools. First, our daughter, Hannah, was going to go to a driving school in Gilbert where we live. She took her permit test the but, we wanted to see if we could find lessons that were less expensive. Stop and Go was at least $150 cheaper!Then when we scheduled lessons for her, her instructor, Bonnie, drove to our house to pick up Hannah and then they went driving for two hours. She made our daughter extremely comfortable plus, shes got a great personality and fun to talk to. Our daughter also had one of her lessons with Hector who she said was really nice and enjoyed her driving lesson with him.Their instructors are very professional and put your teenager at ease. After every lesson, the instructor gives feedback on this piece of paper on how they did and any areas of improvement. This way, you and your teen know where to focus on areas that need improving when youre out practicing their driving lessons. You also get a certificate that can help with lowering their insurance!We highly recommend Stop and Go Driving School. They may be less expensive than other schools however, this doesnt affect the quality of the lessons your teen will get from them.

Honestly I was so nervous about learning to drive, but both of my instructors made me feel at ease. I had Lenny for my first lesson and he was amazing! My first drive was a night lesson and he made it feel like a cruise. I was very comfortable with him and he made it feel like two friends in a car taking a drive. My last three lessons were with John and let me say he was hands down the best! He challenged me and made me think about the decisions I would make while driving and it helped me understand driving even more. He’s really easy to talk to and makes you feel like a pro every drive. I would definitely recommend this driving school for anyone looking to drive!

Love Roberto. Would highly, very highly recommend him. He’s been so patience and polite. And very respectful. Taught me so many things I didn’t know on the freeway and intersection. Going to miss driving every Monday with him and his funny jokes. I would give this place more than 5 stars. 10/10.

I have used Stop and Go Driving for both of my teenagers and have had great experiences with both. My daughter just finished her driving lessons with Rose and got her drivers license. My daughter absolutely loved Rose, was very comfortable with her, and really looked forward to each lesson with her. Rose was always on time, would text ahead of time to let us know when she was on her way to pick up my daughter, and she always provided us with very detailed notes after each lesson to let us know what our daughter did well on and what she needed to work on. What I love about this service is that they come to your house to pick up your child for each lesson and then for the final lesson which includes the driving exam, if they pass the test then they will take your child to DMV to actually get their license and travel id. Rose was even a notary so she was able to notarize all of our paperwork so we didnt have to go anywhere ourselves to get that done. Extremely convenient! I am so happy that I came across Stop and Go Driving when I was first looking for a driving school for my kids. It was well worth the investment to use them for both of my teens, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great driving program to put their teens through. A+ Service!

I wasn’t sure if we should have my son take formal driving lessons or just teach him ourselves but we decided to give it a try. It was so valuable! I thought my sons driving was really good before he started (he had driven with his permit for a few months already) but I saw a big improvement in his driving after each lesson. He was reminding me of good driving habits. 😉 I also really appreciated the ease of scheduling the road test. He was so prepared!

I had a very good time here. This place has some of the most wonderful instructors, who are patient, kind, and informative. Excellent customer service, and well worth the price. Leah was great the whole experience was top notch. My daughter said several times after going on drivers that her confidence was elivated after every lesson. I live in Ahwatukee and had Sushriya as an instructor for the Gold package. She always arrived on time, provided very thorough instructions, and calmly reacted to any mistakes I made. She was lovely to speak with during my 2.5 hour lessons and showed me around Phoenix--which was greatly appreciated because Im not familiar with the area. I also could text her any questions I had and she answered them quickly, which was super helpful for situations not closely investigated in the driving manual. I definitely feel very confident and comfortable driving alone now. Thanks Sushriya!

Kayla was a wonderful instructor, she made my experience driving perfect. I went in scared and a bit lost and she made me feel comfortable being with her on the road, she had confidence in me. Because of Kayla I feel comfortable and ready to drive on the road. Each day she had something planned for me to help me improve, she’s always trying to help in any way possible. Overall Kayla is a great instructor she’s always bright and happy :).

I highly recommend Stop and Go Driving for any teen or adult who is interested in driving. It was a bit nerve wracking at first but once I felt confident its pretty easy. Without going here I would really be struggling. The in class instruction helped me to remember important things while driving. Taking numerous practice tests over and over helped me to better remember the material and it helped me to get better prepared for the permit test. On the road practice with an instructor one on one really helped me. I felt safe and I felt more and more confident each time I went on the road.

The training is very thorough. Leah was Andres instructor. She always confirmed our appointments and sent us reminders. She took the time to discuss areas of improvement to practice in between lessons. Driving with a stranger is always a little scary, but Leah immediately made my son feel comfortable and confident for his driving test. We have no complaints!

I was referred to Stop & Go from a friend....bought a great package they had prices compared to other companies along with amazing reviews. My son Joseph had an Amazing experience, great tutors and they took the time to explain, gave him great advices and guidance for a new driver. I’m so happy that I chose Stop & Go and definitely will be using them for my other 2 sons. Thank you for helping me teach my Son Joseph to drive!!!

UPDATE 10/29/2020: The owners of Stop and Go reached and absolutely made things right. Over the course of providing my son additional free lessons to ensure he was prepared to adhere to the rules of the road, they successfully provided the necessary instruction for my son to achieve his drivers license! A business that is willing to respond, take action, and deliver on satisfaction earns my recommendation.Sept 2020: Signed my son up for their $500 driving lessons package. Instructor was unable to reach a point for my son to take his driving test. Ended up purchasing yet another $500 lesson plan and still no results, poor instruction. Out $1,000 for nothing! Never received any calls from their office to assist. I reached out and spoke to my sons last instructor and wasnt able to get any resolution to reaching the point of being qualified to take his driving test. Overall Stop and Go did NOT deliver on their advertised services and I would definitely NOT recommend their services.

My parents enrolled me to Stop and Go not only for a lower insurance, but also a great instructor that could improve my driving knowledge and ability. Thanks to Leah, I passed my driving exam with ease. I have also been much more confident to drive on the road and to especially adventure around unfamiliar places such as the hectic traffic lights of Downtown Phoenix. Even with some of my experience on the road prior to my lessons, I would always learn something new and things to improve on every time Leah and I drove together. Although I had some ups and downs, Leah would calmly and patiently explain what had happened and what I should do in that situation if it were to happen again. She has given some very helpful tips that I will surely remember and use to drive safely. Her quality of work and knowledge on the road has truly made an impact on me. The instructors were helpful and nice, they gave a lot of helpful advice and made good conversation. They were able to help a lot with my anxiety around driving. Still a little scary, but it was easier. On the last day, the instructor had me run the test course a few times for practice.They were also easy to work with even though Im trans. I was partway through the name change process, and they were easily able to handle my actual name not being the same as whats on my learners permit. I dont feel like I was treated any worse for being trans, either. Nobody used the wrong name or pronouns once, except for a text after the fact asking me in my old name to leave a review. Probably an innocent mistake.

I was incredibly impressed with every aspect of Stop and Go Driving school for my 15 yo boy.From the scheduling of the classes to the flexibility of pick up spots to the communication throughout.And Tim, my son’s instructor, was amazing! Loved it- I highly recommend Stop and Go especially Roberto Munoz! He was my instructor for all 6 lessons and he was the ABSOLUTE BEST teacher. We learned a lot within the span of 6 lesson, however if you do sign up the package comes with only four. I purchased additional classes because I was nervous about passing the test.That all changed when I realized how much I enjoy driving. I passed my test with 100% all thanks to Roberto and my mom for letting me practice my skills!Again, you should definitely choose Stop and Go if you are interested in driving.

I absolutely loved this driving school, i initially took it to get better at driving and i honestly feel way more confident driving than i have ever before. My driving instructor was Leah (i think that’s how you spell her name?) anyway, she was super good at communicating with me on what i needed to improve on and she also is good at keeping a conversation. When i first started this course i was dreading it because i thought it was going to be awkward and there would be no talking, instead it was the complete opposite! She was super friendly and overall a great driving instructor, i would recommend her for anyone taking these classes. :)

Terrific driving school and so very convenient! Loved how they came to our house every time to pick up our son. On the very first drive, they didn’t even take off for the first 30 minutes as they went over quite a bit which I appreciated. End of drive reviews were thorough and gave us a detailed checklist of what to practice on until the next drive. On the last of the drives, they did the driving test for our son and upon passing, took my son to the MVD to get his license which saved me a trip. We were very impressed with their company and would absolutely recommend them and go through them again for our other kids.

There were multiple reasons why Jessica was not only an enjoyable instructor to be with, but also a professional that provided stress free environment. Being comfortable is arguably the most important thing to progressing your driving and she did just that. All 4 classes with her were a blast and dont be hesitant to start conversation. Our child worked with two instructors at Stop and Go, and both have been excellent. Tim & Bonnie Q were very encouraging, patient, and did a great job in communicating during lessons. It was impressive to see the variety of driving conditions they covered. There is no question, kids come out of the program better and safer drivers. I highly recommend Stop and Go!

They were able to both pick up and drop my son back off at home for each lesson. Tim, our driving instructor, was a great communicator, always on time or early and very professional. It was helpful to have my son receive instruction from someone other than myself. Tim even told my son that I taught him well. This was nice to be reinforced as a parent of a driving teen and for my teen to hear as well. I noticed my son developed better driving habits even after the first day! I felt safer with him driving overall and could definitely see improvement with each driving lesson. They were even able to certify him as a driver and he came home after the last lesson with his drivers license! We are so thankful for Stop and Go Driving and highly recommend them! Thank you! 👍👍

The instructors were super professionals and excellent with my daughter. We had Bonnie and Anita and both were really helpful, kind and provided a lot of tips and driving techniques.My daughter obtained her license with no major issues, but obviously you have to support with practice as well. I would defiantly recommend stop and go, the value of the different packages are really affordable.

Really good teachers that know what to do on the road and communication is perfect if your making a error they’ll show you what’s wrong and you can improve on it affordable and not bad of a price to start but worth the time and money if your looking to get your permit and drivers license.And Kayla was a great instructor taught me what to do and don’t and make sure to be safe on the road and communicates very well and let’s you know what’s wrong and shows you how to improve on it.

My 17 year old has been driving with a permit for a while, but due to COVID, never got her license. This was a great finishing experience which boosted her confidence for taking her driving test. The instructor was awesome, friendly, calm and thorough. Very impressed, plus it lowered our insurance rate!

I register for the gold and got Instructor Roberto for my 1st class he was nice and explained everything as a beginner as i never driven before. For my remaining 3 classes and driving test I had instructor Treba and she was awesome, she taught me a lot and in a way that made it easy to understand and would calmly explain how to correct my mistakes. She would constantly be vocal about both the things i did properly to reinforce i did it correctly and when i did not she would proceed to telling me how to fix it.

Stop and go helped me get my permit and my license easy and fast. I had gotten Bonnie as my instructor and she was amazing to where I had wanted to take all of my lessons with her. She was nice and was patient with me even when I had a hard time with parallel parking. I had been putting driving and getting my license for a while now and I finally decided to take driving school to ease my nerves. I was lucky to have Roberto Munoz as my instructor, he walked through every possible detail and question I had through my classes and was beyond kind and patient through them. I had the most wonderful experience thanks to Rob and am recommending my siblings to go and take their classes with him. So thankful to the Rob and the school for helping me get confidently on the road!

I had a great experience on the road. Mrs. Tammy, a professional driver instructor was very nice and does her job well. I did not feel much stress in the car and I feel I have improved in my driving skill. They come straight to your home and then you end the session back at your home. Highly recommend

I have currently had 2/4 of my drives with these driving instructors and I currently have had a great experience with them! They are fantastic at making sure I learn while not putting to much pressure on me, they have done amazing at balancing the line of instructing and letting me learn on my own. I appreciate the help they’ve already given me and I look forward to my next classes. My most recent lesson was with Loran who was a great help in learning to excel in land changes and driving on the freeway. It’s a great school.

I just got done with my driving tests and I passed!!!! With Stop and Go Driving I was able to get out of my comfort zone and explore new areas on the road. Stop and Go Driving school was the best decision I made for my twin teenage girls. One had some experience the other never sat in the drivers seat before. Barry was an amazing instructor and communication to me and my girls was the best. He took them under his wing and taught them more than o e could have imagined. Instructors are friendly and want to do eveuryjing to help you succeed in your goal of getting your license whether it’s over a week or a year. I had a great experience with this company and I would recommend it. They also give you a discount on your insurance upon completion so that is always a good plus for new young drivers.

We used Stop and Go on the recommendation of many friends and couldn’t be happier with our choice. My daughter drove with three different instructors and really enjoyed learning from each them. I could see improvement in her driving skills and confidence after the first drive. I also like that they will test and then take them to get their license on the last drive. From start to finish, an excellent experience.

Stop and Go provided great instruction for our daughter. They immediately immersed her in driving situations that I was not able to muster up the courage to introduce her to (like the freeway!). They were patient with her and really understand what it takes to teach teenagers how to drive safely. After her lessons, they would give us a report card with her grade and what she needs more practice on. I’m so glad we enrolled her!

I just completed my Stop and Go Driving classes and I am so very happy that I decided to do them! My driving instructor was Roberto and I learned so much from him. One thing I love with them is they listen to your story and your background and they base their way of teaching from your background or experience. I had two different instructors Amy and Holly and theyre both phenomenal. I passed my final behind the wheel training and got my license.

Hector the instructor was very knowledgeable. He made the class feel welcome and kept it interesting, informative and active. The class time went fast and even went over a few new updates to some rules that I was not aware of. I’m considering signing up again and also signing my permit driving son up, so he can be very aware of driving laws with this defense driving class.

Amazing experience! Holly was an incredible teacher and thanks to her I have my driver’s license! Couldn’t be happier with the quality of instruction I was given and for all of Holly’s patience throughout the four driving lessons. Excellent option to busy parents or in my case nervous parent, I contacted Stop and Go Driving school to enroll my 15 year old daughter into their program. They were punctual and very communicative during the length of the course. My daughter did their premium package that Includes 4 sessions of 2.5 hours driving on street and freeways. They turn in a complete report after every class and on the last class they take the student to a third party dmv to apply for the drivers license. I’m very happy with my decision. Definitely recommend this place

We booked with Stop and Go based on the numerous positive reviews. Our son had 4 one-hour driving lessons. His skills improved dramatically, and he easily obtained his driving test waiver. Everything went very smoothly, even with COVID raging through the community. The instructors were all punctual, very friendly and knowledgeable, and very reassuring. It was a perfect experience.The only sad thing was our insurance doesnt give a discount for driver safety training. But thats not S&Gs fault, so no negatives for that with them.

Kayla is a superstar who went above and beyond to help our son nail his driving test! Very friendly and knowledgeable- she knows her stuff and can effectively communicate with new teen drivers! Highly recommend Kayla and the team at Stop and Go!

My dad signed me up for Stop and Go to gain the needed experience for driving and to get my license. A couple things to note is, if you like an instructor, stick with that instructor. I had 3 different drivers, my first lesson with Jason was good, he was very calm and made me more comfortable with driving, and politely corrected any mistakes I made. My second lesson with Rick was uncomfortable. Rick was very harsh and would almost complain if I made a mistake. After that lesson I was dreading my next two. My third and fourth lesson I had Loran, he was calm, and very understanding and definitely helped me the most and helped my nerves. Overall 2/3 instructors, I would undoubtedly recommend to anyone. The biggest note is pick an instructor that you jive with because it definitely makes the biggest difference. Thank you Stop and Go.

We selected stop and go at the recommendation of a neighbor. We are thrilled we did. The instructor was great with our daughter. She started lessons as a very reluctant driver. After finishing the program she was very confident and enjoys driving. She learned a lot from her instructor and he spent time with my husband and me each week telling us what to work on with her. We wouldn’t use any other company. Our younger daughter will be signed up with them as soon as she gets her permit.

My daughter completed 10 hours of behind the wheel training. After each lesson she felt more comfortable and confident on the road. All driving components were practiced just the right amount of time and questions were answered in the moment. Suchriya was calm, always on time and made us all feel at ease with the process! Really enjoyed this class had Cody and Tim both great instructors. The classes do not feel very long. The instructors are the ones that give you the test and you have the option to do parallel park or three point turn. I really recommend

So I had drives at this place as a student recently. I had a great time with a driver named Jessica. She is a fantastic instructor.I think the place as a whole gets 4 stars and they do a good job of teaching their students. I think Jessica as a instructor gets 5 stars.

Michelle was the absolute best! She made my daughter feel very comfortable from the beginning. I like that you can choose if you want a male or female teacher. We have used Stop and Go with 2 of our kids and I am thankful for their instruction and help in the exciting and terrifying world of teenage driving!!

Great experience with this driving company. Taught me more than I could have imagined. I walked away a better driver and with a lot of confidence. Great instructors that truly care for each student.

Money well spent! My instructor was Anita she was very nice. She was calm, easy to talk to, & patient. After every lesson, you get to practice what you did wrong, it was very helpful! highly recommended!!

I went here to get more practice and learn how to drive better and achieved just that. I also referred this place to my friends and girlfriend and they are now going here too. This place is just amazing the people are fantastic and great teachers 10/10

I love this place so much. My driving instructor Johnh was very helpful and very fun. He made driving enjoyable and not stressful. He made me feel good after i did something well and he made me feel very proud of myself after. I recommend Stop and Go for anyone who is new to driving or just needs a refresher.

Stop and Go driving was one of the best things I could’ve come upon when it’d come to getting my license. Especially the instructors that I’d throughout my drive were very helpful when it’d come to learning the rules of the road. Especially one of the instructors I’d, and her name is Anita. I really liked how I was able to learn something new from her every drive I’d with her and how to become a better driver. In my opinion, if you’ve Anita, you’ll for sure have confidence in your driving skills as a beginner driver, at least I did. Overall, I recommend Stop and Go to anybody who needs that extra help when it comes to learning how to drive and/or getting your license.

Jessica from Stop and Go Driving School was an amazing, patient, kind person who made the scary driving process easy. I feel more relaxed being in the car with her, the techniques I was given have really made me feel more confident! It was easy to schedule and they picked up and dropped off directly from home. My daughter did great with a few different instructors and appreciated their advice. Definitely recommend!

We have used Stop and Go with all three of our kids. Our two older boys are great drivers. Treba was wonderful with my youngest! She made my daughter, husband and I feel safe and confident our daughter was in good hands. I would definitely recommend her to everyone.

Chris and Jessica were my driving instructor’s and they both were amazing at teaching me how to drive!! Very nice and professional.. definitely recommend taking lessons by them.

I loved using stop and go! They have great instructors that are very friendly and give great tips. Especially for new drivers, they make you feel comfortable behind the wheel and ready for your road test. I got to drive with Mr. Freddy and Tim and learned a lot!

We loved everything about this school. From Debbie in the front office to Jessica the driving instructor. Everyone was professional and incredibly patient and helpful. I am too uptight to teach my daughter to drive and Jessica was so patient with her. My daughter loved her time with Stop and Go. Cant say enough good things about them. Highly recommend.

Treba was an awesome instructor. She’s prompt, pleasant and very thorough. My son had a great experience and I feel much better about having him on the road driving by himself.

Really great place for driver’s Ed would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested in driver’s education. They were all very polite,kind,and encouraging throughout all my lessons. Everyone had a very professional attitude and were very flexible with my schedule. Thanks for helping me get my license!!

I had both of my teens do this program and have nothing but great things to say about it. They were confident during the drives and talked highly of the instructors after each session. Both passed with flying colors.I have one more little one left and would definitely use abs recommend Stop and Go

I would highly recommend Stop and Go Driving for those looking to get your children some driving experience. Bonnie was great with my son and he felt very comfortable with her. He was able to get on the fwy and get some experience driving at night. It was worth the money for sure.

We had a great experience with Stop & Go Driving School Driving School in Mesa, Arizona. My daughter took lessons with Jaime, and he was absolutely wonderful, kind, and most important of all: patient (esp with a teen who has anxiety!) I would highly recommend this driving school. I loved Stop and Go I took my permit test here and had Hector and I absolutely loved him, he helped me with the pre permit test and got me ready for my test. I then started my driving lessons I was new to driving and had just started, my instructor Rose made me feel at ease with everything and taught me so much! I would totally recommend this place 10/10!!!

They do a really good job but the instructors can be hit or miss. I had to instructors from this school and the second was amazing, but the first was not. I told him that the most driving Id ever done so far was driving slowly around a parking lot and that I was a complete novice. He had me driving in the street and practicing parallel parking. Obviously I was far from ready for that. Still, after changing instructors, it went great so overall I would still recommend the school.

WORTH EVERY PENNY! Roberto Munoz was my instructor he was the best!! I was totally green to the whole driving experience but Roberto was very understanding, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I am glad was my instructor.Highly recommend!!!

Hector is the most professional and skilled Defensive Driving instructor I have ever had. Yes, I gave only had 2, but he was superb at keeping our attention and getting class participation.Great course made better by a great and enthusiastic instructor
