I will be starting at Glen F Burton very soon. I met the principal today . I believe our meeting went very well. I also noticed how nice & clean it looks. I am excited to be a part of FOSTER GRANDPARENT & to help out with the children . I hope to make a good impression , but I am very confident that I will. I can say in all honesty that, this is a very rewarding opportunity

Hoping to get my son into this school. I talked to Cindy, i believe that was her name, the schools phone operater. VERY polite and professional. Also when i went in person the office staff was very helpful.This is my first time enrolling one of my kids into school, So just a little nerve racking but it is a big relief when you are working with courteous staff members. They are very important people to me helping raise and teach our children. Thank you.

When I visit the school, it was the best memory lane that I truly had. I saw one of my teacher that was still there for all these 11 years that I havent seen her. Ms. Mendoza was of my favorite teacher that I ever had. To this day foward, the school looks the same. The only thing that has changed was the office moved from the back of the school to the front. Overall, this school is the best.

The gifted math teacher is so strict he wont let a girls boyfriend in on the last day of school when they get out 3 hours after. What, do you think Im not allowed on a public school wow thanks math teacher cause for me something doesnt add up. So yea thanks again for ruining everyone in that class and my day especially bye.

Ive been here since kindergarten-8th, the teachers are great just so amazing. They taught me so much. Plus I made lots of incredible friends.

I went here from 4th grade to 8th great school to go to, lunch people at the time were rude, but the teachers, staff are extremely friendly and want to help you pass and succeed and Mrs.Northcott (principal) does a very excellent job.

Hi i was there in 4th grade for two years and i wanna know if any of he pta staff is name Marsha Castillo ... and she was my foster mom and im adopted now so i am looking for her.

All 3 of my children have attended Glen F Burton, my oldest went from 4th-7th, my middle 1st-4th and my youngest for kinder and 1st. All 3 of my children loved going to school there and we rarely had issues with bullying that wasnt dealt with quickly. I found the teachers to be great, understanding and caring with each of my childrens different needs. Going so far as to give them additional work/projects when needed (to avoid boredom) and asking to advance our son in math, based on his test scores. The office staff was friendly and the principal, Mrs. Northcott, was always welcoming to me and open to listen to any concerns I had.Once a month the school had a Coffee talk where parents could meet with the principal to discuss any concerns, and they usually also had a guest speaker/presenter to discuss school-related topics such as recent district budget issues (and how it affected the schools) and how to help your children become better readers.We recently moved to another district and I had to make the tough decision to move our kids to another school. We decided in the long run it would be best for our family, but had we not moved, all of our kids would have finished 8th grade at Burton.

I think its not bad but my older sister hates its she doesent want to go but she has to she been there for 7 years plus I like a little bit but still hate they dont let u do lots stuff kids say bad words lots of people get in detion four nothing like if u dont listen to the teacher hate it theres lots of crazy kids there like this kid thourgh a chair at the principle . whis I never saw and he was in 4th grade hot suspend ed four 2 moths
