Made the class go by a lot faster and was able to keep an entertained and welcoming environment. We were all called by name from the beginning so it was easier to get comfortable with the other classmates and to focus on what we were learning rather than our surroundings.

Thai establishment is very clean, professional, and welcoming. I had the honor of meeting the CEO Dana Hohle and he instructed the prevention and support training class. He educated me with such efficiency also while treating me as a close personal friend. I walked out with a 100% and I can’t imagine a better instructor. I have also completed cpr/ first aid with Marina Acosta, she was also very skillful and friendly, made the whole experience a breeze and the environment was very welcoming. If your looking for a place to get these certifications that is friendly, clean and effective, this facility is the place to go!

At D&E it’s a great place to get your prevention and support certificate. It’s a easy task and Mr.Dana is a great teacher. He’s hands on and won’t move forward unless everyone is comfortable with the information.

Awesome instructor. And he is very patient when you are learning, and allows time for Efficiency. Google Maps has a difficult time giving directions to be building for some reason. So, give yourself a little extra time to get there on schedule, just in case.

The class was great also the other instructor Dana was great he was very patient with each one of us considering it was our first time doing this class i learned a lot and I’m sure after this i will be able to demonstrate each skill taught to me today if needed

I had a training here recently. Paul, our instructor, made it a fun experience and not at all awkward. The course was structured very well and I would recommend it and Paul as an instructor.

From top to bottom services, everything has been a one-stop-shop period. The Consultation Services, the training, and starting a business, begins and is maintained here. If youre serious about going into business for yourself I highly suggest you meet with Dana and stick with D&E services until your business is off the ground.

This was the best training Ive had. Paul waa thourogh and informative. He was kind but firm in teaching the techniques and made sure you had them correctly. Kudos to him. There was sufficiant breaks and snacks and beverages.
