Nathaniel was an incredible instructor, he was hilarious and witty. He made the nervous experience a thrilling and easy one. The course was not difficult at all he made me it simple as well as allowing us students to freely exercise our new skills. Excellent! Was very impressed by this course. It was informative, yet concise and straight to the point. It did not give all this extra extraneous information that sometimes makes CPR get lost in the middle. It did detail the most important information to know when performing CPR and I feel much better about remembering it and administering it than I have after any other class. The instructors are very useful and watching to help you with anything.

I just took this class last Sunday and it was great. The instructor was very nice and made everything really easy. Nice clean place. For sure will be going back again and already told my co workers about this place . Really happy . Thank you.

It was quick and easy to get certified. We went over videos and practiced on dolls. He went over the material thoroughly and made sure we understood everything. I will definitely be back again to get re-certified.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was in a smaller class so she was able to notice the discrepancy and have me adjust my technique in order to correctly provide high quality CPR. After we would watch the videos, she would give an overview of the material that was just presented and always asked if we had any questions.

I had a great learning experience here! Nathaniel was a great instructor who took the time to answer my questions and made sure we felt confident in our skills! I will definitely be coming back for my future renewals and advanced courses here at critical care education in Glendora!

Came to this location for my First Aid certification. The process was very quick and pleasant. I would recommend this location to any other individuals looking to get certified.

The instructor was very knowledgeable about the course and very kind. He made sure we understood everything before we proceed to the next topic. Also, they have free coffee, water and snacks. The place is very clean and conducive for studying.

Very good experience here. Instructor made the class interesting and the practice dummies were functional and in good shape. Bonus was their cool ergo chairs and the coffee and snacks.

Materials are presented clearly & concisely. Enough supplies are provided for each person in the class. Took the BLS class on a Sunday so it was very laid back, but instructor tried to liven things up a bit. And free coffee. 10/10 would take again.

This place is great for doing your BLS! I like that theyre straight to the point and dont drag out the class like other places will. I feel like Ive gotten more out of the class this time than any other time Ive taken it.

I did my BLS training here last week. The class was straightforward and concise (1.5hrs). I liked that the class size was small (6 people) so it was easy to evaluate proper techniques and ask questions. I will do my training certification again here in the future.

Great place to complete BLS certification, small, clean, tidy and up to date. I enjoyed the high tech mannequins that ensure adequate compressions. The instructor was also very helpful and ensured proper technique. I would return.

Effective and efficient.The instuctor did not waste any time getting right into things for the ACLS renewal. He did not dilly dally with stories or anecdotes from his out experiences. he made every effort to make sure the information was understood. Over all great experience.

Made an appointment for the bls class and i couldnt attend due to a family emergency and they were really cooperative with rescheduling my class. when i finally attended the class the instructor was really knowledgeable and polite. they also provided up to date equipment and were really helpful.another perk was they had free coffee, water and snacks!!

I enjoyed this hands on BLS CPR certification class. The facility was easy to locate as well as clean and organized. The class only took about an hour and 30 minutes. I wish that they had done more hands on practice and more intervention when the skills were not being practiced properly. I felt that something as important and as learning CPR should have the strct struction and correction go along with it. There were many times when there was a skill being practiced and only 50 % of the time, there was intervention.Overall it was a good class.

This review takes into account their AHA BLS and ACLS courses: Better priced than any others Ive matched against in the area, and the classes are quick and taught by knowledgeable providers. Class sizes seem to be pretty small on average, and they have snacks and coffee which is nice. The classes are quick and efficient, which for 99% of people Id say is a pro, but could be seen as a con if you wanted a longer and more in depth experience. The only other con I could say is that the ACLS courses are offered about once a month as of this review, but if you can make the timing work it is more than worth it.

This course was simple and straight to the point. I liked how the instructor encouraged the class to really participate and counting outloud during the exercises to really get you practicing. I would recommend this location for BLS training.
