Gotta give props to Adrian for being an amazing worker. I’ve seen him do every job there is to do around the store. Always working hard and always there to help overall amazing customer service. Great cashier too, he’s fast and accurate and perfect at bagging groceries. Gotta hand it to him 🤝

I came here for only a few items and left with exactly what i needed. this store had a lot of great produce available which was why i originally stopped. i got great assistance from the team members as well. it seemed as though there were a lot of items which were different from other locations. if im in the area again ill be sure to stop by.

Lazy worker female at the cash register which I thought would push the 24 pack of water down towards me so I can put it in the shopping cart, but said that she had back problem. I wonder what it would be like if an elderly lady in their 70s or eighties wanted her water push down and the cashier said sorry that she wont be able to do that. What would the elderly ladies do. They should put younger workers at the cash register.

Specific items great deal though more items are overpriced.

I like coming into this 99 cent store because I like to find hidden jems that come out of nowhere like this cyberpunk rockstar cola and cant believe they had this.

This location always has fresh produce and great gift ideas.

Great produce low prices

Poor customer service. 9 out of ten they never have shopping baskets in place and need to request someone to get baskets from parking lot !! About 2 weeks ago I had to,again, request that baskets be available for shopping. Waiting at enterence for a shopping basket and employee walked up to another employee and began arguing as to just who was going to get the baskets from the parking lot. Just this Saturday I was there again, no baskets available, and told they were too busy to go and retrieve baskets from parking lot!!!! So I turned around and left for another store, further away, but I know they had shopping carts available.....I will NEVER go back to this 99c store again!!!!

I choose going to this location living closer to another because its less crowded and usually well stocked. Store is usually pretty clean and so is the rest room. The checkout lines are usually pretty quick and if it gets to crowded they are usually quick at opening another register

Great supply of everything. A very large store too. Everything frog A to Z. You will not be disappointed when you visit.

They always have great deals. All of the products I need they have. This store keeps great inventory on merchandise.

Staff are courteous and professional. Isles are always neatly organized and well stocked. They have everything a family can possibly need. The fruits and vegetables are fresher than most other markets Ive shopped at.

Asked for an empty box to put at least twelve skull pots cuz they are not wrapping breakables in newspaper due to covid. there was 3 empty ones behind my cashier and they told me they didnt have any. also their carts lock before the parking spaces even start. i had to move my car blocking traffic to load up it up..which took twice as long to do since they wouldnt give me a box. bad customer service all tbe way around

Busy for the evening, no shopping carts available and I didnt see anyone in store using them. I had to use a hand basket and went in for canned goods, so it got very heavy. Clerk said all carts available were being used by patrons. My back is killing me today due to this shopping visit and my back disability. Got everything I needed.

This 99 is convenient for where I live but the lines are always too long...most times theres only one cashier at the registerI have walked out of the store a few times instead if waiting in those long lines

Most items are not 99 cents... most items are more...its been a while since I was there last and really surprised at the prices...u really had to look to make sure u know what the price is before checking out

Lemon Cake I almost purchase had mold on it. I gave it to the manager & she tossed it. Those dont have expiration date. Be careful b4 buying. In Azusa

Although all 99C store are similar they are not all the same and when it comes to freshness of produce, organisation and cleanliness this particular mercantile gets a high ranking from me.

Apparently they dont let veterans in if they have a bag now I waited in there line, I had a mask on, they wanted me to leave my backpack outside, theres better places to go. Not here. Also, other people were in there with bags, I didnt see any other bags outside, why would I leave mine?

I usually love this store. A couple of days ago I purchased over $40 but the system froze. After it rebooted it said my card declined but it was actually processed and charged me an additional $12. I asked for a refund but was told that wasnt possible and that I had to keep $12 of merchandise as no refund was possible. They said the $40 purchase would automatically be refunded to my bank account. Now two days later I have no refund. Basically they have my money for merchandise I was unable to actually purchase. Its a real inconvenience that I have to make calls and complain for my money back. How much longer will they have my money. Im very disappointed as anyone would be. All I can do now is call corporate and my bank to fight for my money back. What a shame. UPDATE: I did get my money back a few days later. The store and merchandise are great. They just need to find a better way of refunding customers when the machines fail.

Second bad experience in this place,I stopped today for a snack and a soda and bought a churritos bag ,it tasty a little weird and when I went to see the expiration date it was almost a year expired.Hope to not get ill !!! BEWARE !!!! CHECK EXPIRATION DAYS ON PRODUCTS !!!I want to report this incident to headquarters,this can be food poisoning.

It was ok found some nice things but some of there bottled refrigerated juice was expired they had some there since may and there bagels too they looked stale

This is one of the nicer 99 cent stores around, and is a great place to go if you need party supplies. They have a pretty large produce section too, and I havent been disappointed with anything Ive bought here. Around the holidays they get adorable little decorations, too!

The sign says 99cents ONLY Store but now they have lots of stuff that costs much more. False advertising!

This is usually my first stop shop for everything but I’ve been consistently disappointed with my last few visits. Although I always find great deals the advertised price is either incorrect or hard to find. Many items that are not labeled usually are rung up as $0.99 but every visit I’m left surprised by a different higher price. Today I thought I found a great deal on Smuckers pb & jelly as it was on the shelf without a price label adhere to it or the shelf. Only to find out at the register that it was rung up as $2.99. I had five items in the $50.00 total that rung up at a $1.99 or more without the proper shelf signage or price label.

My first time at this location, the store is clean and well stocked. A great selection of seasonal decorations at great prices. Note some items are more than 99 cents, but they are clearly marked and well worth the price.

Large variety of items, especially in the refrigerated and freezer sections. You can pretty much find everything you need in one stop, from party supplies to fresh produce. Service was friendly and professional. I like to wander through the store and see what new bargains can be found. 07-30-17, went in filled a basket with items, went to get in line and the cashier told me that the register was closed. I told her the other line was extremely long. Rather than calling for another cashier she just told me to have a nice day, so I left my basket of items on the floor and left. I went down to the 99¢ only store on Azusa, got all my items, plus some, and was in and out with no problem. Plenty of help on the floor and 3 registers open. No more going to the Barranca store.

I come here every week!! The expanded selection of produce is great value. The snacks are great for munching during the week at work. I save a lot of money here.

This 99 cent store is clean and well stocked. BYOB-( Bring your own Bags). They will charge you 10 cents for each one you need to purchase.

Second time Ive been to this store. It is well organized but lacks stock in comparison to other 99 cents only stores. Its clean and nice.

99cents store on arrow highway is a great store as employees are friendly and helpful. The store itself is clean and the shelves are fully stocked.checking out with the cashier was fast , friendly, and quick.

Smaller than most 99cent stores I been too. Was looking to get some balloons but options were pretty limited as well. The cashier pointed out where I found get some nearby.

Convenient but for some reason doesnt have,the wide variety of,anything that other 99 cent stores nearby have. I suspect it has something to do with demographics. Also,produce is often spoiled,Ive witnessed that before in lower income neighborhood grocery chains ..... not cool .

I purchased 5 small pinatas on Monday but needed 20.. I asked an employee if he could please let me know when more came in and he said he would order them for me , he gave me a call on Wednesday and I picked them up ... It carries 95% of merchandise or products that you use everyday. Employees are always greeting you with a smile and ready to serve you.
