The staff is helpful and always willing to assist. They find answers when needed, offer guidance and tips.Never a bad experience. Highly recommend.

After calling about needing some packing paper and being told- rudely that you don’t sell packing paper or don’t have anything comparable even though I saw online that the Glenwood Springs store had some in stock, I still decided to come in because I needed it. Once entering the store I wasn’t greeted and had to find it on my own to come up to the register and have four employees stare at me, with their masks off, like I wasn’t supposed to be there. To which they fought over who was to check me out. The female who finally did was short and rude and was upset I had asked for a bag for my $52 purchase of 12 packing papers. Very disappointed.

My story starts out not so great. I ordered online and was told Monday delivery. The next day I received an update that said Wednesday delivery. I was frustrated because I paid more at OD to get it FASTER, and found it wasnt going to be faster at all.I tweeted my frustration, received a fast reply and then an email from an executive customer service person. They assured me theyd do all they could to get my order to me as fast as they could. Lo and behold, its Monday at 11am and my doorbell just rang - the local delivery team brought my order right up on the porch! So appreciative of everyone going the extra mile! Great Work OD Team!

Horrible experience!!! Walked in to a near empty store. Four employees were having a pow wow. Not one greeting or acknowledgement. Bear in mind I have a post surgical shoe and ankle brace, with a toe wrapped in huge dressing. No one ever asked if I needed help, nor were they present to ask. Not finding something I needed, I had to ask at the front, where a girl directed me to walk to the opposite corner of the store to meet a guy who could help me. Checking out, I had a full basket, including large items. No smile. No thank you, NOTHING. Not likely to ever return.

I went to turn in my old printer for recycling. Be aware they charge you depending on the size of the printer. 3 associates were at the counter and no-one could have been bothered to talk to me. They were too busy deciding on New Years plans. Im certain one of them was a manager. I was also looking for a laptop. After browsing for over 15 minutes I was ignored once again. Guess Ill go back to shopping online.

I went in to buy a cartridge for my laser jet printer. I couldnt find anyone on the floor to help me. After three circuits around, I encountered someone but he couldnt tell me which one was the correct cartridge. He started looking it up on his smart phone but couldnt find my printer model. I went to the check out and asked the young cashier to look up my past purchases since Ive been a loyalty member for twelve years. He couldnt find any record of my purchases. I bought the one that looked right since its an 85 mile round trip for me to stop here. It turned out to be the wrong cartridge and I am very frustrated and disappointed with the lack of interest and knowledge those employees displayed.

Went in to print and purchase a label from my ebay. Girl at the counter says she cant do it with out the package. Ive been to office depots in many many states and never had this problem. So educate your staff. Sign in, turn the computer around at self service so i can get on my ebay pay for and print my label. You change me for the service and the paper. I leave add my postage to my package and ship it my self.

Not amazing, not terrible. It was definitely an out-house (i.e. they were out of many of the supplies I was looking for) when I went. The staff was friendly enough and suggested alternatives when they were out of stuff. It will get the job done... probably. I would return again in the future if I was out of supplies.

Do not use this location, there staff is untrained and unhelpful. Sales associates were not around to help until i had to hunt one down. Then after an ordeal just to get things ordered i was assured by the salesman that my equipment would be delivered the following Monday. He even went as far as to say if for any reason it was not call the store and inform him. Monday came, no delivery and when i called up i was basically told that he told me the wrong day and that i was SOL. Now i have to pay an extra day for the assemblers to set up the equipment. This store obviously doesnt like repeat business and as a concierge i will steer everyone i meet to a different establishment. They should have offered to arrange the equipment be set up since it was on their mistake this happened. I will no longer be giving my business to you.

Good office stuff but kids who work there are not particularly helpful

Slow service. There seemed to be 4 employees walking around talking on radios to each other and 1 cashier doing 4 jobs.

The staff is always nice and helpful here, i run an online business and stop in at least once a week for shipping supplies. Roger even gave me a cold water on this 90° Day!!

I am so disappointed in the staff here at Office Depot. I have spent a lot of money here for my business and today I was very disappointed in how the store manager handled things. I wont be going back.....

The stores general manager (Trish?) runs a hood shop. She is dialed in on customer service.

Despite what a google search tells you, they do not take batteries for recycle.

Not too busy, good back to school deals.
