Goffstown family Dollar is very clean very organized and theyre all very friendly workers I go to this family Dollar almost every day

The store is nice and clean..layer out well.. The cashier we had was nice.. Some of the shelves are slim to bear.

Most of the time I have a pleasant experience here. Sometimes the wait in line might be a bit long because durning the night hours the usually only have one cashier on. But their always friendly and always helpful. Anns store in Goffstown is the BEST! Lincoln St and second St... Not so good. Not sure about Maple St yet. Havent been in that one.

Was offered at register by cashier 4 m&m pack peanuts for $1... after purchase, realized they rang up as $4... tried to get a refund but your cashier is inept and tried charging my card another $4. Asked for manager and was refused. He has made it so I will never shop at family dollar again!

A couple of the employees need to learn customer service

When you go into a store that doesnt have a sign for hours fo elderly, I get they can go first but theres no reason to be rude an waving your hands an being rude to customers. Compassion is whats needed. Approach other right how about Im sorry between theses hours are for 55 plus you can come back during theses hours.

As stated on the business windows and doors at your Mast Road Pinardsville/ Manchester Nh location.Service would not be provided to anyone NOT WEARING A MASK.I was with my sister, not one employee was wearing a mask along with several customers not wearing masks. After completing our shopping although we have health conditions that make mask wearing difficult, we both wore masks.We were not rude, my sister asked why customers had to wear masks yet the employees didn’t ?Melissa ( heavy set, dark hair, slightly short ) said she was sick of hearing it and talking about it. My sister said to Melissa that this wasn’t an argument she was concerned for the safety of the employees.Then stated what’s the point of the signs ?Melissa responded its corporate idk I can’t answerThat question.Well, seeings only the responsible people wearing masks today were a few customers.We will no longer shop there , Melissa was rude, had an attitude, over all our experience was negative.

Today we had to grab some snacks and the sign on the door said it closed at 7:30 and it was 7:15 and we went up to the door and it was locked. THEY CLOSED A HOLE 15-30 MINUTES EARLY!! We were very mad, and this just shows how untrustworthy this company is. We are never going back and we highly recommend you don’t either.

I have been to many Family Dollar stores all over and honestly I found my favorite one, Just because of one of the employees. I believe her name is Donna. Honestly I went in there and the first thing I was presented with was a smile and a hello. Refreshing. You would not believe how many stores you walk in and the people working there could care less. I was looking around and couldnt find a specific cleaner that I use all the time for my kitchen and bathroom, She went to the back to open a new box and got the cleaner out just for me!! Seriously genuine customer service. I have been going there after this on and off when ever I need small things around the house and Donna has never let me down from recommendations to pointing out sales and just the right amount of charm and friendly service you can ask for. In all, my take away from my time shopping here is that no matter where you are or what you do if you give it your all you will be the best at what you do. Thanks Family Dollar, and especially a great thank you to you Donna.
