Recently put a contract on a house that Rochelle Borrego was the listing agent on. Turned in my earnest money & started the inspection process. The roof failed miserably & was inspected by a long time, reputable roofing company. It had a dip on one side, very old shingles & soft spots among other things. Needless to say, I cancelled the contract. It took her 2 full days to send me the termination so I could get my earnest money back & then stated that she turned that paperwork to the title company. Not only did she NEVER turn in any of the paperwork, she lied & said she did. Then she relisted the home & when we asked about that, she said it has a few loose shingles It doesnt have any loose shingles, its very bad.BEWARE of this agent

Also answering every phone call and text imaginable(which was 2 to 3 times a day)! Vicki reached out to me almost weekly to check on me and assure i was where i wanted to be and if I wasnt she had a solution for me! Kevin Wachter also checked on me and gave me words of encouragement! Cory Sayles also offered to meet and study with me when I had just met him and told me his trial and errors and how he overcame them! The team environment there was so outstanding!
