Every time I’ve come here the customer service is trash. I had a simple question to ask and was consistently ignored by the employees. My friend found the product without the employees even acknowledging my existence.

We were trying to have a spiral book made for a medical college class. They tried multiple times and it was never right. Spirals were thru charts and bottom information was cut off. We had to take it to the Garner Staples to get it right.

I had ordered some address labels online and upon picking them up in the store they looked nothing like the online image. The associate at the copy & print counter was extremely understanding and gracious when I showed her the difference in the images and took the time to help me recreate the labels and then re-printed them at no extra cost to me. To make it more complicated they were SLAMMED busy. I was extremely grateful for her patience and understanding to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.

Always good for office supplies. In stock on the shelf. Yay

The assistant manager wasnt helpful or friendly at all! I left and went to Office depot. Maybe he should find another job because customer service isnt his forte at all....not a good example for the other employees!

Placed a print order online and payed for it. Went to store to pick it up and they couldn’t find my order or my order number in their system. Left contact info for the manager to call me the next morning. Never called.

I dropped my iPad off to have the screen cleaned and recoated. Austin was very friendly and helpful. He did a wonderful job on my pad and answered a few other question as well. Terrific service! Thanks !

The one person I delt with wasnt any help at all & rude to another customer while I was there. So I left & went to Office Depot. The woman there was very helpful.

I been to this location a few times and I have notice one thing very consistent - the manager. This dude has got to be the laziest individual ever employed by Staples. Apparently customer service is not his forte as he can see customers waiting in line and will still walk pass and not say anything. He should be demoted to store security and paid in donuts. The 2 stars are for the other helpful employees that have not been influence under his leadership. Office Max has a brand new customer...

This place is a joke! My husband bought me a laptop from here less than a year ago and bought over $400 in service plans, and insurance coverage for it. We were told we were completely covered. I take the lotio in the store because something for drop on top of the laptop and caused the screen to go out and I’m told A. They no longer deal with the insurance company that I will have to call the company directly myself. B. I called the company myself and the $99 “insurance” he was sold doesn’t cover accidents...so there goes $807.92 down the drain. Luckily I have a reference for a nice man in Goldsboro who can fix this issue for me but for an additional $150 out of pocket.

Staff is very helpful and the store is clean. Wide selection of pretty much anything you need as far as tech and office supplies goes, if they don’t have it in the store they can order it for you. To the people complaining about the Copy & Print Center, it’s a first come, first serve policy. They offer self service machines for those people in a hurry. Expecting a production to be stopped in the middle of a job for a few copies is unrealistic. The Copy & Print staff is very helpful and will do their best to make sure you leave a happy customer. But people need to realize that jobs are submitted online as well as in store, so just because there’s not a line doesn’t mean they’re not busy. They’ll do their best to fit you in between jobs, but the self serve is available and they’re always happy to get you setup on those machines to make your trip quicker. You can also always submit your orders online to have them ready to be picked up when you arrive. There’s a new option to have a rush order done as well within a hour, it’s a little extra, but if you’re in a hurry it’s an option that they can show you.

I had to make copies of something from my email. The woman helped me to send it to the Staples email and to get another from a web page. She was very knowledgeable and still was able to take care of other customers while I tried to figure things out. She also showed my husband how to use the copier. All employees were very friendly.

Somehow the Goldsboro Staples has become my home location when shopping on-line. Stopped by to pick up a pickup in the store delivery; like the store. Good value, too--free shipping for any $ amount picked up in the store, vs. $50 for free shipping to my home.Love drifting through the planner aisle. So many ideas... Good value on the Staples brand desk planner calendars.

Not very friendly. Had to ask for a smile (ignored w/out smile. Showed signs of impatience trying to find my # in computer. Would not say thanks after being brought to her attention of mot saying thanks. Refused to be polite.

The staples in my area have the absolute worst customer service ever! Especially in the printing department. The employees help with absolutely nothing in the printing department and they are just rude!

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever received from Kyle Atkinson. The way he treats people is ridiculous. Would not even give a one star. How about no stars. Last laugh....

It was very nice a lady in the section were u make copys and send fax was more then careing she took very good care of me witch made my day so much better

Outstanding service with very friendly and helpful staff.

Highly disappointed, the tech employees walked away from me when I was viewed approaching the counter for assistance. I will never visit this store again and suggest that others not be surprised by similar acts.

Such TERRIBLE customer service, especially in the Printing section, Rather drive all the way to Wilson then have to come here.

Service department worked on my laptop for weeks, I had to come back multiple times, and problem didnt ever get solved. In fact, they made it much worse. They couldnt even put back in the one they took out of it so I was stuck with my laptop, minus my screen they took. And they tried to charge me for it. Luckily I got in contact with the manager and didnt end up paying any money for the work. Had to send it to the manufacturer to get repaired after wasting weeks with Staples. Will never be a customer there again. Two stars because the manager sorted out the issue and seemed to be the only reasonable person working there.

Good cashier, hard to find what I was looking for, but they have a wide selection.

Went in for printing services. Was told it would be tomorrow even if it was one copy. However non of the machines were printing at the time and the CSR was just standing around. She suggested Office Depot SMH.

Quick shopping for office supplies.

Despite the grandiose store name, their selection of staples is mediocre at best.

After going to 3 other stores to find a charger for my Samsung Galaxy s5 - Cory took the time to help me find the right one. It just took a few minutes but meant so much as my mom had just been taken to the ER and I needed my phone more than ever!!
