Guaranteed. Very easy and fast enrollment process, Certificate of completion was received within 24 hours of completion. Had my license reinstated with 36 hours. Very cool. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The instructor, Rich, was professional and fun! He definitely made it easier to get through than I anticipated. The information provided was excellent. I learned a lot that I wasn’t aware of. It’s never the most fun thing to be required to take a class like this, but I’m glad that I chose to go with this specific course. Very insightful! I hope to never have to be in the position to take this course again, but if I ever have to I’ll certainly be going with this company again. Highly recommend! I’m also almost 9 months pregnant so being able to do this online through Zoom made it so much easier on me. Much better than expected. They communicate with you to make sure you’re ready for the class & make it easier on you. They explain everything during the class & guide you threw. Learned quite a bit about laws I didn’t know had changed. Received certificate of completion shortly after & everything was sent to the MVD for me & updated quickly.

Honestly, nobody wants to do traffic school. But if you have to do it, this was a great place to get it done. The instructor kept it as interesting as he possibly could and even taught us a thing or two (or more 😜).

I have never had to go through a TSS class before, this 8- hour course talks about dangers of DUI and a nice refresh on how people are actually supposed to act and drive a vehicle in the real world. Also talks about road rage and being respectful to one another on the road. Rich the instructor was very professional and made the 8 hour class feel more like a 3 hour. TSS is totally worth it when you accumulate points and want to save your license. Huge thank you to Discount Driving School.

I was fortunately had an Instructor Joe Clay I am taking the survey for you. Joe made the class go extremely fast, it did not feel like 8 hours and $160 was wasted. Richard was a very good instructor. I liked that he provided the information and talked to us straight forward but with personality and kindness. He answered any questions we had, and was patient when there were a few technical difficulties. My only complaint is that it really could have fit into 4-6hrs, but I really did appreciate that I could do the class from home.😊👍🏻

The session I attended in Glendale was very informative when allowed. About 30 percent of the class was other students complaining about not wanting to be there and how it wasnt their fault they received a ticket. We are all adults and have a choice not to be there, obviously we are there because we have to, feel free to leave at any time. The instructor was very knowledgeable and friendly, making it a fun class

The owner Kelly was very helpful through the whole process. The instructor was knowledgeable and kind. Hopefully you never need them but if you do highly recommend this traffic school.

From the moment I found out I had to go to TSS, I started looking online and honestly just called the first one that popped up. Let me say that I am very happy I did because from the very beginning Discount Traffic Survival School was in constant communication letting me know when to expect class materials and login Information. As far as the actual class, yea it kinda sucks its a full 8 hours but I will say our instructor Rich was great and very informative. Bottom line I would absolutely recommend DTSS to anyone that needs this type of service.

The class was very informative, and the instructor “RC” was very helpful while keeping the class kind of fun. The company was very responsive and helpful along every step of the way. My instructor was very informative he was helpful and very knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to make sure that everybody in the class participated. Before attending this class I thought for sure it was going to be boring. It was not it was not a moment that was dull it was actually very exciting and I learned a lot. The knowledge that I learned in this class will not only help me to succeed and not regressing and falling back into an old pattern. It taught me a lot about the laws and the value of life whether its mine yours or someone elses its important to follow the traffic laws and its just as important to know what they are this instructor had a very unique way of giving individual attention and group attention at the same time. Taking the course I didnt know how much I really didnt know about driving in traffic on the freeway on the regular streets in the city however taking this course allowed me to acknowledge more on my driving skills this class has taught me more of my Independence and how much Im in control whether Im alone or with my loved ones by following the laws on driving I honestly recommend this course and I really enjoy the class.

The instructor Kelly was very friendly and respectful. She didn’t treat the class like second class people. She was to the point and very realistic. She has a great way of answering whatever questions she can and she understands all of our problems with dealing with MVD since COVID happened. Not gonna say I want to sign up for traffic school again but if needed in the future I will take this one again.

From Kelly, that was able to get me in before my license was scheduled to go into a suspension, to RC, who was thorough, and professional, I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks so much for making this course about learning and becoming better and safer drivers.

Support Staff was great and got things coordinated well. Instructor was professional and added personal experience with humor to what tends to be dull material. Learned new information and it was a good refresher for information forgotten. There were some in the class who may complain about the service but they probably tried get into the class at the last minute or didnt get their paperwork in on time. I had great service because I got my paperwork in on time and planned ahead to attend the class.

So happy they had options for online classes. The instructor Rich was very thorough and interacted with everyone in the class. I actually learned about some traffic laws I thought I knew!

It’s a TSS… so set that baseline and if you’ve taken others, than this one should stand out to you. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this class was actually bearable as opposed to other class which are literally unbearable. Knocking a star because their communication with rescheduling was a little slow but once contacted it took two seconds to reschedule and was handled very well. Overall solid course and people! Thanks for the license back lol

The class was on Zoom which was nice. I was also able to get a weekend class to work around my work schedule which was helpful. The book was easy to follow along with and the instructor gave us plenty of time to finish work.

These courses can be either miserable or bearable, depending on the instructor. My instructor, Joe, was very good and the course was even a little humourous.

I took the online course and thought I would be bored to death but it was actually not that bad. (A big thanks to the instructor for that!!) It was a little more expensive than I wanted, although not unreasonable and it was worth it in the end. I even learned a few things that I didnt know.

I thought it would be boring but instructor (Rich) actually made it fun and interesting.

This class was amazing! Felix was so hopefully and had knowledge and made it not boring at all. He had a lot of enthusiasm and wanted us to know the rules . Very well respected man and made me comfortable . He went out of his way to show us how to get our license fixed after the class was over .

Kelly is very knowledgeable as she has about 20 years experience behind her. And also is willing to provide individualized assistance for each of her students which I greatly appreciated. Robert was also knowledgeable and friendly. The two of them have put together a fun and productive traffic school.

I was pleasantly surprised that this was not going to be another version of the online defensive driving class or the silly written driving test. The class was actually engaging and interesting. Time flew by compared to my assumption on how much it was going to be awful. The price was great I expected it to cost at least 30% to 50% more than it did. My instructor in Phoenix was a super relatable, knowledgeable, and positive man that was super passionate about the course materials and helping the clients learning curve. The mvd didnt get the certificate electronically which caused them stumble around unable to compute having to actually type a few sections of the form in by themselves but the company sent me an email and a text with both a Jpeg and a PDF copy so I managed to help the mvd figure it out 🙄 the website is great and easy to book and reschedule and the email communication was great. All in all trust me this is where you want to take your TSS requirement class. Youll be guaranteed to feel like you were only really there for about half the time it requires 🤫🤭😉

When I went to this class I was like I don’t really want to be here but once the class stared I got really comfortable because that was the vibe that Felix poured out. I really enjoyed myself and I learned more than enough about how to not get tickets. I would highly recommend this class to anybody that has to take the course.

Staff was amazing. Chelsea was a great help walking me through the process of enrollment. Had some issues with the dmv Chelsea told kelly about my troubles and she was on it . got my survival traffic school book out and mailed ASAP on a Friday afternoon. I could not thank them enough :)

All I can say, is call this school and speak to the instructors regarding your ticket before paying anything. They will give you sound advice on how to proceed. They are extremely informative on how things work. Even to the point to where the instructor (Felix) I spoke to recited the options on my ticket verbatim without looking over any paperwork. He was very honest and upfront. Unfortunately, I paid everything (my ticket cost and class) upfront prior to calling them and when I did he told me the correct way I should’ve gone about it. He helped me step by step in what I needed to do in order to reverse everything I had just done. Luckily, I contacted them the day I paid everything and didn’t wait a week later to call and set up a class time. It would’ve been too late for them to help. They even followed up with an email asking how everything went and refunded my money for their class (THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO TAKE!) the next day without hesitation! They did all of this without even meeting me! Hell, I was going to have them keep the money just for any future issues because they were so nice!!! I would recommend this school and this instructor any day of the week!
