Excellent customer service every step of the way. Zach and Carlos were fantastic, patient and courteous. They helped me every step of the way when I asked questions, and never seemed to be bothered. I will definitely be back. And let anyone know who asks, where to go! Great team of people at that store in every department! Seems like they all work well together, and enjoy their jobs.

I can not say enough great things about their staff. I needed a book that I handmade, hard laminated and banded. I was instantly greeted and i waited in line no longer than 2 minutes when the general manager came over to help me because the lady in front of me was being helped. He walked me through my options with ease and patience. The cashier was SO friendly upon check out. When I came back to received my book (I did 1 hour pick up), the photo/copy/manager (a different man than before) was so kind. He continued to apologize to me because the book was 10 minutes late (not necessary at all but welcomed).My book is excellent quality. Very pleased with the craftsmanship and outcome.I would come back to this store again, for the laminating/copy center and staff.10/10.

I was asked if I needed help multiple times and when I finally did make a decision to purchase an office chair the item was brought out from the back and taken to the front of the store within 5-10 minutes, check out was quick and easy and then my chair was taken to my car for me.

Brian the GM was amazing!! The printing staff did an impeccable job. I have a corporate account with Staples and this is my local center. The quality and price is great. The new way to request your printing needs is not exactly user friendly but the staff was friendly and helpful to meet my needs and requested items needed. They need to pay more attention to their customers I literally had to walk around the entire store until the nice young lady asked me if I needed any help at the time I was the only customer in the store. What bothers me the most is they are literally out of stock of all 3 filing cabinets that I was interested in I mean if youre going to display multiple filing cabinets you should at least have most of those in stock

Customer service was great. Kim, the manager gave me a great price on a Whiteboard that we price matched from another supply store. The Whiteboard was 4ft x 6ft and Kim assisted me and carrying it to the vehicle herself. Kim held the board until I could arrange for transportation. Thank You Kim.

You may not believe this level of service but heres my experience...I thought to purchase a computer, I had to go to an electronics store. I stopped at Best Buy, they didnt have what I needed. Did not answer the phone or offer quick help. So I stopped by Conns. They said they had the laptop but required me to lease purchase or finance it.Now Im irriated and searching online. I called HP and they mentioned Staples having HP computers and laptops. I thought of Staples as paper and supplies. I walk in and ask about their laptops. The gentleman was very knowledgable and assisted in choosing the opperating system. He even applied a discount I had overlooked. Then he helped me find a bag to protect the laptop. And advised me of a sale on printers. Yes, for that price, I bought a printer too. Even the laptop warranty was listed out with better conditions than most and lower priced.I asked if I could take the printer to my truck and come back in to set up the laptop on their wifi. When I returned, he had a desk, chair and plugin ready for me to get comfortable. My microsoft programs loaded so quick.OK, final tally...laptop, warranty, bag with free mouse, printer and wifi allowance for set up...I spent less than half of what the other stores wanted for bogus HP laptops. Now Staples will be my computer store.Thank you.

Hey this is the way to go for all your business and personal stationary kind of stuff needs. Ordered online using my Chase special Rewards and got an extra 2% back on my Chase card in addition to the 1.5% and then I just went into the store and picked it up. They sent me an email they sent me an email when it was there. I had several other things to pick up and so the sales, was really nice and help me find each of the items. Check out with a breeze with my Staples Rewards card. I was not paid for this review.

Items I was going to buy: a day planner, a pack of permanent markers, a pencil sharpener, and a vera bradley tumbler. I ended up not buying any of it. I couldnt find the pencil sharpener and I looked all over the store. No employee offered any help and two rushed past me before I could ask.

This is the worse place to get your business cards very unprofessional, they can never get my business cards right, there’s always a girl by the name of Flor that doesn’t know anything and she can never help you. Also there’s no one else to help her so just a waste of time and loosing potential costumers. Very poor service

The online pick up was very easy but was not offered any assistance to have a staff member pick up the items from the floor and load it into my cart or vehicle. I also looked to see what Samsung phone covers were available but I found out the store only sold iPhone covers unfinished. The store was clean inside with plenty of parking spaces. My suggestion would be to focus on the customer services aspect like greeting clients and offer any assistance on heavy items and Samsung phone covers.After shopping you may plan to visit Tres Rios Wetland Wetland located in Estrella Village, Az name Top 100 place to visit.

A couple of days ago myself and my wife decided to swing by the store to pick up a few items. At the entrance we spotted your No Guns Allowed sign and since both myself and my wife were carrying guns (to protect ourselves and our kids) we decided to respect your wishes and take our business elsewhere. We are both highly trained as I am a veteran law enforcement officer and firearms instructor still, we will respect your policy and will not patron a business that doesnt respect our rights.

The Staples man helped my mom. It was helpful of him to do that for her. I think he could be my friend and he was black which was pretty cool.

I visited the Copy & Print Center at this location recently and was helped by a gentleman named Lake. He was SUPER helpful and answered all my (dumb) questions that I had about printing. He helped me print several designs for my nieces 7th birthday and did an AWESOME job! I also noticed what a great work ethic and demeanor he has, because while he was helping me there were several other people that came up and also needed assistance and Lake helped them calmly without getting flustered at all - he was the ONLY one working that evening and he handled the crazy rushes so professionally! I get invitations and party stationery printed about once a month and have been doing it for about 5 years now, and my experience with Lake was definitely one of the best I have ever had. If you are getting anything printed here, please ask for Lake - he really knows what hes doing and he goes above and beyond to make sure its done right.

Cashier was very nice, but didnt look professional. Only one employee asked us if we need anything, right after we walked in. But then it was all quiet until we got to the registers.

They always seem extremely busy in the printing section. I needed to do some color printing and was rushed thru the process. Fortunately it went without any problems but I can see if there would have been any issues I could have had a long ordeal.

Good for you and I am happy you know all about guns but really a review online is good for a service and or a products.. and These people rely on reviews and feedback to better thier business. I dont think anyone that is planning to shop at staples cares about you gun believes!! So glad you went elsewhere cause if you didnt step a foot at a store because of a sign at the door, it only means you dont deserve thier service either!! Glad i dont work there and have to provide customer service to people like you.

Little upsetting to drive all the way across town because google states this location closes at 10 p.m.....however, I arrived here a little after 9p.m. and the store is already closed. Your sign on your door states 9p.m., so please update your google ad so someone else doesnt spend their gas or time to drive over here for nothing.

The print department is unreliable. They have trouble locating orders and seem very disorganized. Management team says usual phrases to appear that they care but in reality they dont.

Employee in her pajamas behind the counter doing personal copies while I stood there wondering why she was even behind the counter. Boxes of supplies everywhere, hard to walk around this was at 11AM. Dim lighting. I left my lamination, came back 2 hours later and it was still not done.
