Planed on buying a printer at the store in Grand Island, Ne. Today. But no help!! The young man there was aboustly no help. We have always brought our things at Office Max but no more. Went to Best Buy was met at the door with Some one to help us right way. Acted like they were glad to have our business.Joyce Collingham

The old lady in FedEx shipping doesnt have a clue on how to pack and ship fragile items.

Was looking about for a specific item, not finding it and got friendly help right away. Always a good shopping experience at this location.

Came in town for an event and had to do some last minute printing, Teresa was SO helpful and very kind. Great to be greeted and assured the job that can be done even when you dont have time to wait for the job to be completed.

Went in to look around, and look at a few chairs, and oh boy they cost alot, I could buy a desk for the price of two chairs.The desk costs like 650$ and it isnt like a small one either its one of those big ones with shelves,Good selection of keyboards and mice and computers, Ill probably be coming back in to buy a few office related items instead of going straight to Walmart or Best buy.Would get 5 stars if it had cheaper chairs, but its not there fault.I do recommend these guys.

Wonderful customer service, both for initial sales and with resolving any issues. I had some trouble with a desk drawer and they had me bring it in and got me fixed up in a matter of minutes. They are always really friendly every time Im in there.

Best place in town for office supplies. The manager, Jessica, is so knowledgeable it makes it a breeze shopping there. Pricing is good and stock is great!

I enjoy this store for my office supply needs. Friendly staff, not overbearing, let you take your time picking something out without overly bugging you and they have pretty good prices too.

Well update. Current manager is full of himself. People arent trained correctly. Double check price tags for old lower price tags on the shelf. As for cleanliness that at no surprise still sucks. Sad not a single person who knew how to run the store still works there. Guess I buy ink online next time and wait.

They did not have what I needed, but they did try to see if they could order it. Good service

The worker at the Services Center took more than 45 min to do a print job. She doesnt seem to know what she is doing and seems to lack in customer service. Ive never had to wait this long with others here before.

They do many of my printing jobs and its always pretty fast!

Would NEVER recommend anyone from doing ANY service there! I wanted them to help with details for my wedding, the printer lady lied to me, would never return my calls and sent me the complete wrong details. The spelling was wrong, location were wrong and all they had to do was copy & paste! Talked to the manager and got no where! Horrible service!

The blonde in the print center was too busy flirting to help me. I waited 10 minutes to be helped while she flirted with the guy. She was very disrespectful. More interested in getting a date than doing her job!
