My child has autism and I asked the owner Stacey multiple times not to yell at him, explained his needs, and asked her to use a timer for transitions. She laughed in my face and told me that I needed to spend the time with my son instead of sending him to daycare (while I worked.) She was very inappropriate with me and mean to my son for things he did that were related to his disorder and it not being handled appropriately by staff. Even though she was not qualified to make any diagnoses she told the state my child has a different disorder and does not have autism. My son used to cry so hard he would throw up and beg me not to take him to Eagles Care. After I removed my son she followed me into my childs kindergarten class, got in my face in front of all of the children and their parents, and retaliated against me for giving my complaint to the state.
