Went to International cosmetology school twice to get my hair washed, deep condition and braided. The young lady did an awesome job, and was very respectful. I will be going there for now own because I dislike washing my own hair. The new owner is really doing an awesome job with the students there. Additionally, all of the instructors are really helpful and kind also.

My daughter is starting class here Monday. The school seem very exciting. They have $8. Haircuts so check it out. I got my twins hair cut so it was good for students. The students was very nice. Its a school so I expect the basics for services. very easy to find location.

Brought my 5 year old daughter in so she could have the salon experience for the first time. And soon as I walked in we were greeted. Everyone seemed friendly. I couldnt figure out how to get my daughter hair. But the ladies really helped me figure something out. I loved it, and my daughter definitely loved it. She cant wait to go back. I think her favorite part was getting her hair washed. Lol

I went there and got my sons hair cut. The gentleman was very patient and took his time. The end result was amazing! My son talked about his new haircut for weeks. I would definitely recommend coming here to this establishment to get haircuts. My husband also got his haircut here and was very pleased with the results.

This by far is the worst hair school to go to for services... The owner is very rude and confused about prices she changes them every week... I feel so bad for the students she talks to them any kind of way like they are animals.... I had a good service from one of the students there but hated the atmosphere... I wouldn’t waste my time giving that school a penny...

Im a senior who will be graduating in July. I have learned So Much!!! To be honest more then what i expected to learn. Im more confident within myself. Since the school been under new management it have been great. The new instructors are wonderful and very knowledgeable. I was a little skeptical about coming because of the bad reviews. But soon as I walked in. I knew I made the right choice. Cosmotogist 2018😊

This school has come a long was in the 12 months since it been managed by another company. Please be aware that this is a student salon so they are practicing on you. Go to a professional school it you want your hair done by professionals.

Im not gonna lie, when i started coming to school here. I was excited and motivated to learn and meet new people. But over time, I really started to lose my passion for doing hair. There is always negative energy, unorganization, and its very hard to learn when your under nothing but stress. I literally dread going to school everyday, and being there makes me completely miserable. Granted my real passion is doing make up not hair so it might be just me, but if I could go back and choose a different school, I would. I just personally think this school wasnt the best suitable for me and my personality.

I Would Like To Say That The ICA Is Very Nice Academy They Are Good Priced And Great With Their Customers I Advice All My Friends To Try Them Out And I Give Them A 5 Plus

Got my hair cut there it was great. It was excatly how i wanted it. The guy who cut it took his time and actully listened to how I wanted it. Some places you go there and tell them and they still get it wrong, but not here i plan to tell my friends and family.

Me and my 2 other friends came here to get our hair and makeup done for prom trusting that they knew what they were doing. First of all, we waited nearly 3 hours to even get seated while customers who didnt have appointments kept walking in and got seated immediately. Then, when I was finally seated I showed the lady what I wanted done, something not hard at all, and she gave me a hairdo that made it look like I had curly horns on my head. It looked NOTHING like the picture did. Like another girl said in her review, she did what she wanted and not what I wanted. Then came the makeup part. She pulled out a little zebra print makeup kit/box that looked like something youd give a 5 year old to use for fun, nothing nice or professional. I also showed her a picture of what I wanted done, she seemed confident and told me piece of cake but the finished product was embarrassing. And it wasnt just the lady that was doing my hair and makeup that was bad, it was all of them. Me and my friends all looked absolutely horrendous after it was all done. And the worst part is, the instructor was sitting in a chair watching all of them mess us up and continued to tell them that they were doing a great job when in reality, we all looked terrible. And not to mention, we were at the salon for about 5 hours and ended up missing dinner and showing up late to prom. When it came to paying I told her I wasnt satisfied with how I looked and that I didnt feel like I should pay for it, she told me I had no choice. After I paid I went into the car and took my hair out which was absolutely CAKED in hairspray and about 50 Bobby pins, and cried all of the makeup off. I had to go to 2 different places for them to fix my hair and makeup last minute. It was by far the worst customer service ever, they were highly unprofessional, they used very cheap products, and the instructor watched them screw us up. Its an experience well never forget and I will forever advise people to never come here. If I could rate this less than one star I definitely would. To the potential customers thinking of going here, DONT GO THERE!

Went with a couple friends to get our hair done. It was terrible. Very little communication. They did what they wanted, not what the customer wanted. I have been to cosmetology schools before for services. Never had such a bad experience.

Under new ownership, very professional! I came in to get my son haircut the staff was very professional and courteous.

Worst phone etiquette of any business I have ever called. If their classes or student services are taught with the same lack of curtesy or enthusiasm then I would stay away form this school.
