Hearts in Motion Dance Project goes above and beyond for their students which is one of the reasons we love having our girls dance for the studio. Since the pandemic they have worked around the clock to create a safe atmosphere that allows our children to continue to dance. They have been transparent, flexible and had excellent communication regarding their polices. I sincerely appreciate all that they have done both pre-pandemic through now for both of my girls!

My daughter has been dancing here for years! The owner, Ali, works so incredibly hard to make dance a positive experience for all. Even through the COVID shutdowns she was able to keep my daughter dancing and doing what she loves. I am impressed by her flexibility and appreciate how hard she works to make dance a safe and fun activity for all. Everything these days seems to change daily…but Ali stays on top of it all!

Owner did not disclose important information about forcing our children to wear masks. I asked a month in advance if my children 2.5 and 4 would have to wear masks as that would be a deal breaker and she said nope there is no mandates in place. Then the day dance class starts she emails the rules and let me tell you it was far different approach then what has been emailed. I think it was sneaky and all parents should have the choice to mask their own child or not!Also, studio was not up to my cleaning standards.

My daughter has been dancing with the studio for 6+ years. We have been very happy with the quality of instruction. Miss Ali truly has the biggest heart and has the best intentions to keep the studio a safe and happy place.

Hearts in Motion has been a part of our family for 10+ years! We love that the music, choreography, and costuming is age appropriate and family friendly always, and does not sacrifice technique or quality. The studio has gone above and beyond during the quickly changing pandemic-landscape to ensure they are following all guidelines and keeping our dancers and families safe.

Hearts in Motion is amazing! The studio is beautiful, teachers are top notch, and they offer a lot of really fun classes. They consistently go above and beyond and I cant recommend them enough!

This is an amazing environment for dancers of all ages. The studio owner and head instructor work passionately to ensure the students are having the best dance experience possible. All of the instructors promote hard work but are extremely fun and excellent with the students. I love the age appropriate dances and costumes along with tastefully selected music and themes.

Affordable, family friendly, and age appropriate dance instruction. My daughter has been dancing at Hearts in Motion going on 8 years, and year after year she is challenged to grow technically as a dancer and grow in confidence--which impacts her in and out of the dance studio. I most appreciate the age-appropriateness of the choreography, music choices, and costuming.And the adult tap class has been so much fun!

My 3-year old daughter had her first year of ballet with Hearts in Motion Dance Project, and she loved every second of it. The staff is great and very patient. They offer a variety of classes and studio times to accommodate as many people as possible. I highly recommend them.

Affordable studio with friendly teachers who use age-appropriate music, moves and costumes. We absolutely love Hearts in Motion. My daughters have been dancing there for going on 5 years. They have helped my oldest gain confidence and self-esteem and have helped teach my youngest to listen and focus.

The classes have very good descriptions on their website and easy to register. They also have an open house before class to meet the teachers. Very nice to ease my little one in. We start in September. Very excited!

I started taking my daughter here 1 year ago, she was very shy and didn’t like social situations with groups. The teachers here turned that around quickly and she has grown so much! So thankful for the quality of character they have! Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

Hearts in Motion Dance Project has been such an awesome dance studio for my daughter for almost 8 years!*(We tried other studios over summers and they just broke my daughters dance spirit).*At HIMDP, Ms Ali, and all her instructors REALLY know how to work with kids. Whether your kid is team-oriented, or just wants to do dance for the recreational aspect, Hearts in Motion Dance Project, really has it all!They have classes geared towards all levels of dancers. One of the best parts is how non-strict the dress codes are. It lets kids be kids, and they do not require or encourage skimpy outfits and fake lashes like some dance studios. Another awesome factor is the cost isnt over the top. Classes are reasonably priced and costumes are kept low-cost for recitals, (especially compared to other studios)!!!They are a warm, encouraging environment to learn dance for the novice dancer. They even have drop-in classes for young dancers who just want to TRY it out, or cant commit to an every week class! We loved that when my girl started here!!Plus, HIMDP is very good at working with developing dancers who want to make the Dance Team.(They give exercises to reach their goals, work with dancers to develop their skills and encourage specific classes that will help dancers grow). If your childs aspirations are to be a part of their Dance Team, theyre just not turned out coldly, (if not ready), and left to wonder how to make it, they are encouraged and guided on how to improve their skills!Hearts in Motion Dance Project is such an amazing place! I highly recommend it!!!

We transferred from a different studio for our 7 year old daughter that was “bored” and becoming disinterested in dance. She absolutely loves hearts in motion, and we love the affordability. Teachers are kind, but firm and confident in their instruction. We couldn’t be happier!

Awesome dance studio with incredible staff. Very organized, excellent classroom/dance class management. Kids get to perform in both a winter show and spring recital. Lots of options for classes - year long, mini sessions, and drop in.
