We love KinderCare East Beltline and all the teachers and staff. They have made this transition for a first time mom super reassuring and easy. Could not be more thankful!

Our child has been going there for a few months now. I think since coming under new management and becoming kindercare things have improved compared to other reviews. Our son is happy, we get updates and photos on the app throughout the day, and the staff is always kind.

I used to work here. The majority of the teachers are great and care about the kids, but I questioned the integrity of a few staff. Even after a few different employees including myself had concerns about an individual co-worker and voiced those concerns to management, nothing was done. I feel better about the welfare of the children since coming to find out that there has been a change in management as I think that was the main issue. However, based on my experience of seeing how things were run at the time I worked here, I wouldnt recommend sending your child to this facility. Also, just a heads up to parents: the security cameras that monitor the rooms dont actually record. Its just live feed. Unless parents know that upon signing their children up, I feel that gives a false sense of security about the welfare of their kids.

I was a little nervous to send my 7 month old back to daycare after the news of COVID-19 but this facility has an incredible staff with hourly updates on their app including photos, as well as, emails regarding any new protocols and/or major health concerns. I am so thankful that Kindercare was able to reopen and I couldnt have asked for a better staff! Every time we walk in my little one smiles from ear to ear when greeting the front desk workers Ms. Kelly and Ms. Megan have truly been amazing, as well as her classroom teachers especially Ms. Amanda who has helped my daughter to grow and develop essential learning skills, I can tell the difference that daycare makes and when my daughter begins preschool I am confident that she will succeed.I highly recommend this daycare to anyone and everyone, they are truly a blessing and I wouldnt have made it through my own schooling without them! As a thankful college graduate student I have finally earned my Bachelor of Science Degree with hopes to set a positive example for my girls and I couldnt have done it without the helpful staff at Kindercare! Many thanks to all of the teachers and staff! My heart goes out to you! :)

My son would scream and cry right when he seen the parking lot and had already been going here for 5 months. Too many kids in a room not enough daycare providers in the room. He was coming home with bite marks on his arm three times in 2 weeks being there and bruises randomly because the teachers weren’t supervising like they were suppose to! As I put my two week notice in and he’ll be taken out they last minute pull me into the office with an outstanding balance of almost $500.00. I then went to my bank pulled statements the. They corrected it. Katie at the time who was working there wasn’t pulling out of my acct correctly then I had set up with her to take the remaining amount out weekly on Thursdays as she did. Months later I get a call from the supervisor stating I still owe an outstanding balance and they never received any payments. I asked for Katie and I was informed she no longer works for them she went back to her old teaching job. Then they sent that payment to collections and now I owe over a thousand dollars and it was typically for a few hundred. NEVER ALLOW YOUR CHILD HERE EVER

My kids attended here up until a few weeks ago. Not nearly enough teachers in the room even if they are in compliance with state regulations. No way can 1 teacher handle a room full of preschoolers. I think I counted 7 preschoolers on the playground to 1 teacher when I went to pick up my son. Teachers were polite and nice though despite hearing yelling down the hall. Management was another story. The director always seemed annoyed to discuss things with me but the assistant manager was great.

My 3 children love this center. They love the enrichment programs that they offer because it gives them an opportunity to use some extra energy. And I love the fact that they send home their art and other projects. They also have a great staff.

We had our kids there for about a month before we switched. Some of the teachers were very nice, but overall the school was run pretty poorly. My older kid was physically bullied FOUR TIMES in two days and by the end of the second day was terrified to go back because she was scared she was going to get hurt again. Not enough staff (which I believe they have been cited for) made for kids that just ran crazy and there is no discipline structure in place whatsoever. Also, they continued to bill us after our older kid started kindergarten and despite them acknowledging it and us requesting a refund SEVERAL times, we are still without that money (2 months later). I would not recommend this place.

My kids love going to Rainbow. The teachers make my kiddos feel very important. I messed up on thinking my son had an after school activity, and they went back to the school to pick him up. Then, they called me to let me know what happened and apologize even though it was my fault.

Let me start by saying that Rainbow regional manager did reach out to us to apologize and express how horrible she felt. That being said, Im reviewing a childcare center where parents entrust their most valuable assets, Im not reviewing a burger chain or retail establishment. No amount of apologies can prevent me from posting so that other parents can know the fear and panic I experienced as a result of their negligence. My son was not picked up from school by Rainbow, and Rainbow staff did not even realize he had not been picked up.-Rainbows bus did not even go to the school to get my son. He waited and nobody from Rainbow came to get him.-No attendance was taken at Rainbow, so nobody even knew he was absent.-Rainbow staff didnt know my son was missing until I alerted them, nearly 3 hours after school let out.Imagine the fear I felt as I drove from Rainbow to his school. I found my son playing on the playground at school, much to my relief.I can never entrust my child to Rainbow.Be very wary of Rainbow. They do not take adequate attendance of children and did not even realize a student on their roster was missing.
