I am still waiting on my certificate and it has been many months. Customer service is nonexistent and I need this thing by tomorrow. Incredibly disappointed

Horrible customer service! Nonexistent customer service! When you call the number if someone answers they transfer you somewhere where noone answers ever. You leave a voicemail and noone calls you back. No drive times available to schedule before your scheduled test. Poor that it can not be worse. I would give it zero stars if I could. Literally horrible honestly. Truly a waste of money. The instructors are ok but most of the time they arent even paying attention in class or in the car they stay on their phones texting. And the COMMUNICATION wow its nonexistent I didnt receive emails or texts about where our driving location was and when we tried to call nobody answered and when they did they told me my session was canceled when it wasnt. Also my certificate still hasnt came from segment 1 its been 3 weeks and one of my friends it took hers about 2 weeks to come. Even though the site says it will take 3-5 business days which isnt accurate at all!. You email and call within business hours and get no response and when you do get one they are rude or they transfer you to other people who have no clue whats going on either. My certificate finally came the same day I had to get my parents involved which tells me they probably had my stuff sitting there but just didnt want to send it out.

Awful instructor. Mr Billings. Makes many students extremely uncomfortable and is very unprofessional. I cannot fathom the fact that he is not fired yet. He is on his phone sending anime GIFS and hearts to a different instructor, Thomas Smalligan, as we are doing our drives. I sat in the back seat and watched him do this. He was telling me and another student who was Mexican that we are rich girls over and over because we kept accidentally glancing at the back-up camera right in front of our faces. I also told him that the wheel was getting hard to turn, and he told me it sounded like I needed to do push-ups. I gawked at him, and I am not offended easily, but the fact of how unprofessional and unnecessary that comment was made me very upset. I told him I worked out and he scoffed. There was another time where I accidentally shifted into the wrong gear and he got extremely upset, saying I was purposely trying to break the car and went on a whole rant about how I could get stuck somewhere in the future by changing the gears the wrong way. Billings also asked myself and a student in the vehicle if we were saved. I did not understand this initially, but he was asking if we were saved by Jesus and we accept him as our savior. I agreed, but that is not something you should ever ask students at his profession. Not only did these events happen, but there was a time me and a fellow driver waited outside for over 20 minutes waiting for him to show up. He also talked poorly about other drivers, saying how he will not pass them and how they should never drive. Absolutely horrific.I did not realize how many similar individuals have the same issue with the same man. Please fire him and find someone else. You have 1 star reviews.

As a professional adult, I would not recommend this place if youre seeking quality communication and customer service. I have spoken to multiple customer service representatives to schedule driving lessons and have been told different things each time. I have not received a call back to schedule drive times even though the instructor had told me his schedule is wide open. I have paid for all my lessons up front and in full. Had I known about this being a problem I would of gladly spent my time and money else where. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. This has been a very upsetting and stressful experience. Save yourself the disappointment and dont spend your money here.

Litterly second day my daughter had a in car driving lesson with Kevin Billings and he has no showed up. So she standing outside of her lesson spot for over an hour and nothing. Wow paid $500 for undelivered services.

The worst experience imaginable. I am a student for Official Driving and i signed up for this class mid november and i can i was super excited to get my segment 1 accomplished. Here comes my first day of class and all the way from november until January 4 I never received any emails or text messages of any kind. Not only that but on top of that when i attempted to reach out by calling them I was never not once helped because I would be on hold until the phone hung itself up. I called at all hours of the day during the times they were open but never spoke to anyone. And now my teacher when I finally did get the zoom code wouldnt even allow me to enter the zoom class to explain myself why I was late instead he kicks me out and says im too late and i need to reschedule this class. This has been the worst experience imaginable.

I would not recommend this driving school at all. Very poor communication, my son took the training months ago, still trying to communicate with individuals to finish up. Their stated requirements keep changing, adding required time on..... Someone was going to look into things, never got back with me, then I was told that she was too busy, because she is “working on payroll”.

Teacher is great. Very knowledgeable. My sons driving instructor is very unprofessional. A schedule is set and he continuously changes it without warning and tried to charge a $15 no show when he wasnt scheduled to drive. We showed up when we were supposed to and his instructor didnt show. Hes text my son telling him to be at Sears at a certain time, which isnt the time he originally stated, and when questioned, I was told to be there or Ill get charged a no show fee. This is so ridiculous!

This place is horrible! Do NOT take drivers training here ever. The instructors are very unprofessional, and we had ZERO say in our driving times. Our driving times were also changed on us very randomly. We have 3 other children that have taken it at different schools, and NEVER had the issues weve had here. The check in time wait was an hour and 40 minutes long, and when the instructor decided to finally look up from his phone, he handed them homework and told them goodbye. My son did not receive his certificate for more than a week after he completed his training, and no one had any explanation for this. I called the supervisor to complain about the awful experience and we were refunded a measly $20 out of the $350 one pays to take a class with clowns teaching.
