I took the DPSST class. Kelly is a knowledgeable and dynamic speaker. He teaches you to the level you start at and brings you to the level required and above!

The class was so enjoyable and a balanced mix of reality checking information and low stress instruction. Both instructors where fantastic! I loved the hands on training assistance on the range portion that was broken down into good and information that was easy to follow. As a woman looking to defend my home I found helpful answers and great perspective. Ill be visiting them for other classes as well.

Yesterday I took the Basic Pistol class and was very happy with my experience. Kelly and Todd were thorough and very informative. There was a wide array of people in the class and they spent extra time listening and helping each of us. I highly recommend this course for your concealed carry training.

Booked a Basic pistol class for May 22. Was excitedly waiting and even was planning family trip around it. Turns out they canceled on me via email May 12 with no explanation. Needless to say wish I would have booked somewhere else. Probably just going online to get it now because the wait times are so long between classes.

I plan on taking additional classes soon with RPG in effort to improve my skills and knowing that Im getting the BEST hands on training in all of Southern Oregon, I would be a fool to go anywhere else! Amazing company with outstanding staff and instructors that take pride in what they do. Very professional. They offer a variety of courses ranging from beginner all the way up to specialized training for military and law enforcement teams in a number of weapon systems. I took the intermediate carbine course offered by them and was blown away. The depth of knowledge and detail made it one of the best trainings Ive attended so far. They watch you and and give great feedback on what your doing well and what you can improve on. They make it interactive and encourage discussion among the students and instructors. It was also physically demanding so keep that in mind if you decide to attend. If your in good health and decent shape youll do fine. All in all absolutely worth it. I will definitely be attending more of their courses as well as the intermediate carbine course again. If you have any questions their customer service is top notch, just give them a call.

I took the Armed DPSST training with RPG and could not give more credit to how professional the cadre took training. Every portion of the state curriculum is taken and added to with personal examples or current trends in the firearms training community. Out on the range the trainers are relaxed yet keep the pressure at just the right point to make the armed certification shoot less intimidating. If you have the means, train with RPG, period.

Today my dad and I took the basic pistol training. Kelly and DJ were great instructors! They both were thorough and completely knowledgeable. There was even some history in there that made it more interesting. They were engaging and courteous to all the students. I would recommend this class to anyone with all or no gun knowledge as they make you feel welcome and comfortable, even when you feel silly for asking questions. Thanks guys we’ll be back for more!!

I had the pleasure of taking a Basic Carbine course with Rogue Protection Group and I was absolutely thrilled with the day of learning. The instructors kept a good pace to the lessons and were happy to answer questions and make sure everyone felt comfortable. I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know and will be taking more classes like the Intermediate Carbine course with them in the future. 5/5 for sure!

I have taken several classes now from Rogue Protection Group.The last two were Basic Carbine and Intermediate Carbine.I learned so much in each of those classes and had a great time while I was doing it.The teaching staff has practical combat experience and are eager to share their knowledge with you so no question is a stupid question.Im a big believer in fundamentals so I will be actually repeating some classes Ive already attended.If you own firearms and want to learn how to use them rather than just shooting at paper targets this is the place to be.

Best armed guard course I’ve ever been to (I’ve been to several states). Their range was excellent and they do a incredible job of not only training but getting you to think more common sense on tactics. One of the best ranges I’ve been to in 22 years of military and 7 years of contracting and executive protection.

Any one planning on doing armed security do your class with RPG. I attended RPG to obtain my Unarmed Security Certificate. I was more than pleased with the lead instructor Kelly Sparlin. Kelly tells it how it is and he is 100% honest. Kelly knows what he is talking about and you can always learn something from him no matter who you are and what you know. I HIGHLY recommend RPG.

I took the basic carbine class and it was worth the $150. The instructors set the students up for success; realistic with the students, tried hard to help their students with any issues they may have. They are safe and they treat you like an adult.

I just finished the Basic Pistol Fundamentals course at Rogue Protection Group and couldnt be happier. The staff is friendly, the instructor was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any and all questions the group had during the classroom portion. The range time we got was great, it definitely leaves you feeling like you know your way around your gun.I will definitely be returning to RPG for more courses in the future.

I attended their Womens Self Defense class with zero knowledge of how to protect myself. I am now able to get out of being duct taped, zip-tied and defend myself from a grown man with the proper moves that were taught during this course. Their knowledgeable, friendly and professional instructors work one on one with you to help you understand and succeed in the class. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of any of their services!

They were very in depth about their training. If there was something that anyone in the class had a question about they would answer with a lot of knowledge and personal experiences. Once we got to the range training I was able to see drastic improvement on my part thanks to all of their input. Thank you RPG for all of your help and training. I will be seeing you again for more training in the future.

Top-Notch Training!RPGs Basic Carbine Class is an excellent starting point for anyone wanting to learn the fundamentals of carbine shooting and use.I have taken this course twice and learned as much the second go-around as the first!The first time I took it, I went home with several practices to focus on and improve my carbine handling and manipulation. I used these the second time I took the class in order to better focus on additional practices and increase my overall knowledge of the AR platform.I brought a friend with me to the second class who had no formal training on rifles or carbines of any sort. On the drive home, he repeatedly praised the instructors’ wealth of knowledge, the instruction methodology (practical and positive) and the knowledge he gained from the class.I highly recommend Rogue’s Basic Carbine course for anyone from novice on up who wants to learn to run their carbine or hone their carbine fundamentals.

I attended RPGs Basic Pistol Fundamentals on Saturday, July 28th. I was very impressed. Kelly Sparlin obviously knows his stuff, and shared it in a relaxed but very informative classroom session. This was followed by Range Shooting to drive home key elements. Id recommend this class to anyone that wants to learn more on shooting. I will definitely be looking at other classes RPG offers. First Class!
