Wow! I was really surprised to see the past reviews. I feel like maybe they’ve gotten a whole new team since then. My son loves going every morning and has excelled so much in the short amount of time that he’s been going here. They do so many fun activities with them and the director and all of the teachers have always been so kind and helpful. I personally think it’s a wonderful school to send your kids to.

I work next to this place and these teachers abuse the children pull them and yell at them . I saw a lot of this scenarios happening but never had the chance to say something until today . DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE . There has been other people around the store I work at and they also have prove that these teachers are really mean to the children. I was able to take pictures of a teacher who pulled a little girl .PARENTS PLEASE BE AWARE ! . Check your kids when you get home this place should be closedown!.

My grandson was abused by one of the teachers and caught on video. I just happen to be home that particular day and my daughter called me to make sure wasnt over reacting so she called from work because she witnessed the first occurrence. So I signed on to the website and I witnessed the teacher grabbing my grandson by the arm from time out and hitting him in his head repeatedly I immediately dropped what I was doing and got in my car to go pick him up. While I was in route one of my guest from out of town witnessed it again. I when reported it was taken very lightly and the teacher was allowed to come back to work. My daughter has been lied to over and over. Nothing has been done to this teacher and she is still working with the children that still attends! This is scary. Please! Please! DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE. THERE IS SO MUCH MORE THAT IS TO THIS STORY!

When I came here, there were only a few rooms, main room, games, video games, snack room, and a jc room for 4th 5th and 6th grade then opens computer and Lego room, there are 2 teachers and 1 manager, they are majorly over worked for the kids they have top care for, the kids are disrespectful to the teachers (6th grades) and 5th graders its sad the fact that they have to go threw that. Some odd threw things threw kids do were cuss make sex jokes, and threw fact that KINDERGARTNERS GO HERE is horrible so Id you want to send youre kids here, when they come home sad or emo, its threw kids fault plus threw teachers can shop little top nothing top stop this. If they could have authority and more staff it would be a lot better. Also nobody can use that home work room on fact like I said, about oof the rooms started out unavailable.

Very disappointing experience...This facility is truly just a daycare and the demeanor of some of the caretakers is certainly not one of kindness towards kids. For the ridiculous cost, your child will be held back. They claim to have a curriculum but the truth is that nothing is taught and from what I witnessed on the webcam is that kiddos are treated like they need to act robotic so that the caretaker can sit on a chair and relax; and by the way, my childs class NEVER went outside so they did not get to have the physical exertion they very much need as toddlers.I also witnessed other kids being yelled at (for being kids) and treated aggressively versus being guided with care. I was utterly disappointed and had to pull my child out of this place quickly. I am so glad I did, she actually loves the pre-school she has been attending and her teachers treat ALL kids with lots of love, kindness, and respect! Did I mention the cost is significantly less, than that of The Childrens Courtyard?I am writing this (overdue) review to encourage parents to unite in getting these types of places either shut down or have them change their tactics instead of only focusing on how much $$$$ they can get out of hardworking parents.There are far better places to choose from so BEWARE of TCCG!

I have two daughters enrolled at Childrens Courtyard and have come to value the atmosphere, teachers, and staff at CCY. Is it expensive? (YES!) Is it worth it? (TRIPLE YES!) I cant place a value on knowing that when I drop my children off they are being loved, doted on, stimulated and cared for as if I were at home with them (and maybe even more so!) If you ever have a question about whether to enroll here just come watch the interactions at drop off. My 5 year old gives her teacher a hug as she darts in the door, I stay and chat for 15 minutes with the teachers as they talk about all the funny things my daughter did that day. EVERYONE of the teachers knows both girls and greets them with a friendly smile every day. Im shocked at the review that denounces the New Yorker in the Pre-K department. My daughter is in her class and has FLOURISHED!!! Does she have rules? Absolutely! Kids at this age need structure and meet the expectations we set for them. Her Pre-K kids that are graduating this year can read, write and sing all 50 states and they have all LOVED the experience of learning. My daughter cries when it is Friday because it isnt a learning day. She comes home each day chattering away about all the fun things they learned, art projects they did etc... I will be SAD to have her leave CCY and her teachers and family that have developed over the last 4 years. My daughter tells me frequently that she loves Mommy, Daddy and her teacher at CCY!
