Great store! I consider this place to be the “Best Buy” of Grass Valley, as there really aren’t any other electronics shops out here.The staff here is generally super nice and helpful, although they can get busy sometimes and have to default to short replies.I love office supplies, as such, I love going here just to browse and see all the nifty things they carry. They have some nice brands, and the product designs are fun and modern a lot of the time, although a bit expensive (but worth it, IMO). The store’s most recent remodel looks quite nice, open, and spacious to me as well, even though they downsized to let the neighboring grocery store expand.My only complaint is that I feel like they sell out of a lot of the nicer things easily, and their shelves (particularly in the electronics) generally look disheveled or empty most of the time.Overall, one of the better and more reliable corporate stores in town. Has saved me from a few trips down the hill or the wait of ordering online.

Chelsea was very busy but still she was able to patiently wait on me and help me out! She didnt give up the first time we came across the problem, she knows her stuff!

This experience with Christian was nothing short of amazing. Went in Saturday to get a cable this old man had no idea what it was and with little explanation he found what i was looking for and with a great attitude. Sandy was also very joyful, will be back for sure :)

Rainy night, walked to the ink area where Christian was stocking the shelves, he cheerfully greeted me and found just what I was looking for. I was was in and out in no time. He and Lucy provide great customer service!

Absolutely the worst customer service! Asked a couple of questions about buying a printer, “sales rep” Bob snapped all his “answers”. I do t need to be treated that way when Auburn is down the road. Please hire people who actually want to help your customers.

I got a gaming chair for my son and was asked if I wanted the warranty so I asked what dose it cover (everything) ok I got the warranty and 1yr 8mo later the chair breaks I go to the store they said to call the number on the warranty card, so I did the warranty company wanted to see the receipt I copied it and sent it to them guess what, they didnt charge me for the warranty I went to the store and asked what to do I was told your out of luck sorry we can sell you another chair and it was the store manager that sold me the chair. So now I have a broken chair and for 10.00 dollars I could have gotten it replace but because they didnt do their job I have to pay for a new chair. I work at a high end car dealer if we do something wrong like this we make it right no matter what and the funny part is the manager didnt even come and talk with me to scared I guess I will not be shopping at this store or any other staples ever again.

Not only are the people that work here at Staples Beyond rude but I was charged $25 to fax 12 Pages including a cover sheet of my own in which they then tried to charge me extra for using my own cover sheet! That is insane! To fax tax papers to Sacramento...TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS FOR 12 PAGES! I will never step foot in another Staples again!

Great cashier. Real friendly guy. He did the obligatory up-sell for the 3 year warranty. Good product at a reasonable price. Clean store but pan handler greeted me.

I am getting married in December and after dealing with some other print companies that were NO help I came to Staples. Becky and Ashley went above and beyond. My invitations were and odd size so they had to take extra time to help me find envelopes and then print them correctly. They came out perfect!! I am so grateful that I went to Staples print center. I wanted to let people know what excellent service is provided at your Grass Valley print center.

All the employees were great!! One employee helped us tremendously! Her name is Lucy and she was more than helpful in finding my sister what she needed and helped with suggestions for som thing my sister needed for a huge presentation she is making at a conference. Will most assuredly go back! Lucy should get high praise for her assistance!

Staples is an awesome place to find what you need for office and home. Ken and Susan are stellar, and always friendly. I also love that I can print or make copies early morning or later evening, so it is super convenient. The cashiers are fast and friendly, and the sales associates are very knowledgeable and approachable. I am forever a loyal customer of GV Staples!

Great hands free mobil phone holders for auto. They dont break your vents and they are very sturdy!

This store is famous for bait & switch . I try and keep our money in town, but doesnt seem to work here. Even though a sale item is advertised on line or in a circular. That particular item seems to always sold out. Adios Grass Valley, CA Staples. I see why youve downsized. Guess the next step will be OUT OF BUSINESS!

Love this store tho it is hit or miss getting someone that will help at the print center with how busy they are. Wouldnt be in a rush going here for printing. They do an amazing job tho

Good place to go for office supplies not usually very crowded easy in easy out.

I needed to print out a three page document, I was told it will be a day job and come back next day. The girl was pretty rude, but overall she did me a favor. I went down the street to Grass Valley Printers and got the job done for a fraction of the price in 2 minutes.

They have the most helpful and friendly staff ever.

As usual Staples is understaffed overpriced and inadequate for any kind of support. My feeling will always be the same when youre desperate go to Staples its a rip-off be smart shop at Amazon always at least 30% less

I learned that now if you dont have a credit card that its easy to ask a worker for the cards to use the Xerox... I was relieved because I dont have a credit card. Staff was super friendly.

VERY helpful staff... Best Staples yet!

Went to buy a printer, I could not get the answers needed to learn the difference between models. A clerk did try to help but wasnt knowledgeable. I googled it myself and stayed at the store to figure it out. If it wasnt the only place to buy a printer In town i would not have gone there to make my purchase

The tech that helped me was great

Out of several items, but you dont know until you take the empty box up. When I suggested they take down the display, or put up a sign, they said that would not work since they get one or two shipments a week that may contain the items.

They have pay worth items like laptops, screens, mobile devices, and so much more.

This Staples location had everything we needed print email scan copy you name it unfortunately the staff here was more concerned with socializing amongst each other and on their cell phones then with helping customers so it was a frustrating and unproductive experience we will try another Staples in the future but certainly not this one as teenage girls playing on their cell phones are not helpful to any customer
