Do not go to this business . It is a scam . They do not return phone calls. I assumed since it came on a list supplied by the state they were legit but they are not . None of my phone calls have been returned. If you need the remedial driving class take it thru the national safety council . You will be out your money if you give it to this place . Run!!

We were really happy with All Suburban. The condensed week night schedule worked great around school and sports. There was some challenges when it came to behind the wheel but that was due to some employee turnover. But Ron the owner got involved and got everything taken care of. He even did my sons last lesson! I know that they have had some challenges but I think as with anything, if you talk with someone and treat them with respect, you will get the same back.

My son finished with All Suburban and had a great experience. He actually enjoyed going to class. The behind the wheel instructor was really nice and he felt comfortable and not nervous at all with her. I will definitely send my daughter here next year!

I was really happy with this school and the instructors. They were very accommodating with my daughters busy school and activity schedule and got her drives done without any problems. She definitely learned a lot and I feel good about the skills she learned at this school. Would definitely recommend.

I took the remedial class and thought it was interesting and informative. The instructor gave real life examples that made you really think about your actions while on the road. I would recommend this school to anyone who has a suspended license and needs to take a class.

Great school! They accommodated my son when he wasn’t able to get his drives done with another school. They were very easy to work with and got all his drives scheduled without a problem.

My daughter went to get her license and was told by the DMV she didnt complete her behind the wheel. After a week of going to the business and them being closed during their advertised hours, I finally emailed in and got a response from the owner Ron Sturiano. He advised me that they no longer do behind the wheel there only safety classes. When I inquired about my refund since I paid for a service that I did not receive, Ron became upset after he told me there was no refunds and I said that I would contact my credit company. He then threatened that he could have my daughters permit suspended this afternoon. HORRIBLE customer service and a lame attempt at bullying by a business owner

My daughter recently completed the teen program. Class was great, scheduling drives was easy and now she has her license. Will definitely use this school for my son next year.

My son took All Suburban’s driving course and he now has his license. That was the goal, and that was accomplished. However, it was not an impressive operation. Specifically, the communication along the way was VERY POOR!The class itself was a lot of time spent waiting for other people to finish tests and quizzes and provided a captive audience for the instructor to tell stories about himself. That’s fine. That’s what most of us remember from Driver’s Ed.But try to get an answer to a question and you may not know what the real answer is! Before signing up I left voicemails and sent emails and it took a month to get a response. Then we got him signed up and I wanted to schedule his behind the wheel time. No can do. Why? They needed us to teach him to drive the car before they would do those sessions. Ummm…isn’t that the point of Driver’s Ed? They teach and we provide practice?OK, fine, so I asked if once we did schedule, would they have any daytime options for homeschoolers? No. Ok, not great, but that’s fine. (The other driving school we used for our oldest loved that option because then it left the evening slots for the public school clientele and gave them more capacity.).So we got several hours of driving in before calling back to schedule. When I did call back, I was told that we would have to go on a waiting list because they had too many students and not enough instructors, but that we would get a call in about 8-weeks. As we chatted, that employee noted it was a shame we hadn’t asked about the daytime hours they offer homeschoolers because we could have been done by now. What!? The exact opposite information I was given when I asked specifically. So we waited patiently and were never called back. Finally, we called to ask why we hadn’t been contacted and were told the employee who was handling that was no longer with the company, so they didn’t do anything with that wait list. Are. You. Kidding. Me?I asked if we could get all our sessions scheduled (the previous employee told me that as long as we had a span of 14-days we could easily do that) but this time I told that since we were at the beginning of a month we could only do 3 of the 4. Why? Because “it wouldn’t be fair to other people trying to schedule.” I reminded him that it was us who had been trying to schedule and hadn’t been called back. He responded by telling me he was the owner and those were his rules. After scheduling the 3rd session with the owner, he told me son that he felt he was good enough that he didn’t need the 4th session – which we had paid for. Sigh.So we did 3 of our 4 Behind the Wheel sessions in, but not in time for my son to get his license when he was eligible. We chose All Suburban because they were the cheapest option. This is a case of getting what we paid for. If you have an alternative option for Driver’s Ed, I would suggest you take it.

Not a very good experience. Was told that I would be able to go to the DMV to take my road test with no problem. Arrive at the DMV to find out that nothing has been sent to the state. Now I have to sit and wait until I hear back from the state to see if they approved the classroom hours. This same exact thing happened to my brother when he used this driving school. Would not recommend it.
