I am blown away. First off, I have extremely curly hair and it is so hard finding someone; who knows how to cut curly it. I have never had a good hair cut. (43yrs old). I like to straighten my hair every now and then and when I do, you can see all the mistakes. This was the first time ever, that every cut was on point. I straightened my hair and it was so perfect. Mind blowing, it can be done! Sheri an instructor at IBMC over looked and taught Autumn how to cut curly hair. There needs to be a class teaching this skill. I know many of my curly haired friends get frustrated and have to seek and share numbers when we find someone who can cut decently. Its a great skill to have, if you can do it youll have a forever customer. Please teach this skill! Sheri, AMAZING job and thank you so so much!

I do not recommend the esthetician program here at IBMC. It is a very small program that they just attach to their cosmetology program. Most of the instructors are cosmetology instructors that have never worked in the esthetician field. The one good esthetician instructor they do have is spread thin over all the students. They do not treat the students like professionals nor do they create a professional environment. Call Northern Colorado Advanced Aesthetic Academy if you want the best education.

IBMC is a waste of your money if you’re going for Cosmetology. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Victoria James Salon Spa School over IBMC any day. You could NOT pay me to go to any of their locations. You will get unprofessionalism from the teachers, staff, and the Dean. Mary is the worst. Please DO NOT waste your time or hard earned money here. Once again Victoria James is the school to go to if you want a REAL cosmetology education!

I went in today for a color and cut, the girl did great. I love the interaction with the instructors and students how they teach them, it was a nice experience.

Had a not so good experience with nails today. I think i could have done a better job. I had gel finger nail polish on my nails that should have been removed first before new polish was put on. Tech did not remove old gel polish. Just polished over the old gel nails. Polish came off before I left. Also had a pedi. Polish came off before i left too and the instructor asked what I did. Really? I sat there while the tech polished my finger nails with the cotton stuck to fingers and toes. Wish i could add pictures.Tech was very nice..but had no idea how to do nails..now its 2 weeks later and no answer? What a bum3that no one cares

I highly recommend this school for its services and prices. The staff is polite and the teachers are highly involved, ensuring the best possible outcome. Aide and her instructor Sheri did a great job on my hair, my students agreed I look 10 years younger. Thanks for everything.

I have loved attending IBMC. They made sure to give me the skills I needed to go out into the Medical Field. I love how small the classes are, and how much hands on you receive. Before and After graduation they will help you find jobs in your degree. I loved the staff and how they treat everyone as equals. I wish I could find more schools like this one because as I get ready to enter the world as a Medical Assistant, I am surly confident that I will do well. I would highly recommend attending IBMC Greeley.

I would honestly never recommend this school to anyone. Nobody listens to your problems, they are SO understaffed in the cosmetology department it is ridiculous.+ they have way too many students. Campus president doesn’t listen and they’ve screwed up my hours on so many occasions. Nobody is on the same page, faculty and students. I’ve wasted so much money here just to be talked down on by instructors and everyone in charge. They do not care about you, only your money. They bribed students to come on here and write positive reviews. I dread coming to school every single day. Nobody knows what they’re doing and everything is dirty and unsanitary. Half of the students don’t even know how to properly preform services they are providing. Don’t recommend this school for students or to receive services. IBMC is a literal scam.

I love going to school at IBMC! The staff here is super friendly and it feels like a big family! I have never really enjoyed school until I started going here! The Medical Assistant program is awesome! I love how fast paced it is! If you wanna be a Medical Assistant then I highly encourage you to check out IBMC!

Ive had my hair done at Greeley and Fort Collins many times!! The environment is clean and welcoming. The instructors are very caring and its exciting watching the students milestones as they learn more and more. Ive even had some grads do my hair at their new jobs after they finish school. I used to be a teacher before I moved to Colorado, so I think a carer focused education is rewarding and quick to the finish line to start a career!!! Thanks, students!

I love going here for hair, nails, etc. Everyone is so friendly and fun, students and instructors alike. Very professional and discreet. They always practice safely, yet are willing to try out new ideas! No cookie-cutter haircuts, innovative and stylish, but always consider the clients wishes!

Great school! Great night program they have Evening hours. These students are trained well before they are even allowed to work on a live person! The instructor works very closely with the students and the price is unbeatable!

I personally wished I did more research before coming here I was called a downgrade by one of the counslers after switching courses because I cannot afford the full year here and cannot afford to not work to come to this school. I have been told on several occasions it is my job to do laundry here there is not enough room for the students so they tell us to sit on the floor use the ground as our table some of the students have been double dipping in the wax pots which is huge no no instructor said its not that big of a deal most of the equipment we need to use is either broken or we dont have enough of it Ive also been laughed at and had an instructor roll their eyes at me because Im not comfortable being fully undressed for some treatments and if you say you are not comfortable being fully nude around lots of students n having to have the door fully open for everyone to see you in a towel they get upset act like your an issue because you simply stated your uncomfortable taking off your clothes your an issue now or being dramatic so Im hoping to hurry up n just get out this school please do your research if this is the type of environment that you want to be in.

IBMC is a great experience, I believe if you are looking for a road that will get you straight to a lifetime career this is the school for you. The staff members are very helpful and kind. Here it is t just a regular school, here they will help you through the whole program and become your support system. This college is definitely helping me get my foot through the door. Attending here has helped me realize my worth and gave me confidence to continue my education.

I took my son in for a haircut recently and had a great experience. I was immediately greeted by a welcoming and wonderful front desk team who handled my request promptly. The salon experience was amazing and the student was extremely professional. I look forward to being a returning client!

Took my 11yo daughter for her first professional hair dying experience there today (her birthday present) and she received an amazing ombré.It’s my 8th visit and I can’t say enough great things about this amazing resource in our town. My entire family receives services here.Try it—it won’t disappoint and it’s fun to be part of their learning!

IBMC is a great place to work and a great place for education! The staff and faculty are extremely supportive of the students from day one through graduation. I couldnt be more proud of everyone here for all of their hard work, dedication and support.

I have worked here for 4 years, I couldnt imagine a more welcoming place to work. Everyone is taught the motto caring individuals changing lives. We are expected to work by it and it makes for really amazing moments with students. My wife is also a IBMC graduate who has had nothing but success after!

I love how fast the MA degree is as well as having hands on training with instructors who are very experienced in the medical field. Financial aid could use a little help though, avoiding the fine print in crucial circumstances cost students their time and money.

This school isn’t worth the money or time. The cosmetology instructors are great and help you with almost anything to your understanding I love the Faculty but the staff is horrible. If you do decide to go to school here don’t believe them when they say they will work with you and your schedule or anything else because it’s just a lie. All they care about is the money 🤷‍♀️

IBMC is a great college for anyone who wants to accomplish in life. When you go here they give you the material you need to achieve in the program you wanna be in. The staff and instructors are great very supportive and work with you in every way. If it has to do with certain classes, the time of classes. Love that I came her to accomplish my goal to become a paralegal.

I am incredibly disappointed with how my child is treated by instructors, the president, of the lack of product she has to use on her clients, and how unprepared she will be for the State Board exam. The school isnt worth the money we pay to send her there. We are toughing it out because most of it has been cash paid and will be before she has to leave. I do not recommend this school to anyone. To the parents out there; my husband and I were lied to on several occasions; if you choose to have your child go here please get everything in writing for your sake.

This is my first session here, so far it’s super fun. I’ve learned so much and have gained so much experience for only being here 5 weeks.

Truly regret attending IBMC Greeley. Financial aid fails in communicating important topics. While you will find some instructors who care you will struggle to be heard in this school. There is no professionalism with most of the staff especially if you enroll in cosmetology or esthetician’s course. I saw students and teachers cry, fight and gossip for the entire 5 months I was there. Esthetician’s are incredibly neglected and the course at least while I was there was a joke. Unorganized, planned last minute and not to mention 2 teacher left mid course. Save your money.

I go to IBMC college and I have had nothing less than amazing experiences with front desk person Alycia. She is so polite and helpful. Even when things get busy and hecktic she always maintains her composure and tact. I cannot express how refreshing it is to know someone who is as professional, polite, and competent.

The cosmetology instructors are extremely unprofessional and under prepared. there was no actual learning in the esthetician course i took, we were handed a book and told to learn that way. our “teacher” basically knew nothing, and left in the middle of our session.the “esthetician” rooms were disgusting and i was embarrassed to bring clients back there.half of the equipment we were supposed to be learning on was broken.thankful for youtube, that’s the only place i was able to find actual answers to any of the questions i had.save your money!

I have gone to IBMCs Greeley campus for my past few haircuts and I can say that every time they have been fantastic. They are professional and make sure that you get what you want.

Worst nail salon ever. I understand they are students but for 25$ you can get a full set of professional nails at Fashion Nails in Greeley. The nails here are worst then stick ons. They fall of and look awful. Never coming here again.

The front desk staff of the Greeley IBMC campus are always bright and shiny. They are the opposite of the Adams family.They are more like the Brady family. #marciamarciamarcia

All the instructors are super fun and interactive. They make the students feel like they matter!

Horrendous. My son is attending at the Cheyenne campus. Half the time they only schedule him for 1 class per session and blame it on lack of teachers. They are dragging out his graduation date and next session he has NO CLASS scheduled because they dont have any teachers available. He was supposed to have finished his classes this past February and we will be lucky if he finishes by July. BIG WASTE of money for a degree that will be completely worthless. When he enrolled, we were told his credits would transfer to just about any other college or university. That is a total fabrication. No other reputable college/university will recognize his degree, classes, or credits. If he wants to go on to get a BA, he will have to start completely over. Stay away from this place! Save thousands of dollars and go to your local community college.

I am very disappointed and regret going to this school. I do not recommend this school at all. Its too expensive and you can not transfer your credits to any other school expect CCU. I wish I would have done more research on this school before going here. Some of the instructors are awesome and take this time to teach you very good ( Chad is one of the BEST) and some are just plan rude and give some of the students the hardest time in this program. When I went, it was a 19 mons program, but now its a 10 mons program. Honestly I would recommend AIMS because you get your degree in about the same amount of time but its a lot cheaper then IMBC and you can transfer credits. I went for MA, I would like to further my career but since I went to IBMC my credit dont transfer and since Im going back school at AIMS I would have to start all over. Please do your research before going here. I honestly DO NOT recommend this school.

Went for a pedicure and a microdermabrasion yesterday. Im incredibly underwhelmed. Not by the students, but by the offerings.My pedicure was done in a massage chair that didnt work and none of the rest of them seemed to be in much better shape. The color selection was poor at best and the colors they did have were OLD! For what you charge those students to be there you need to pick it up IBMC. Shameful. (My student forgot a step in the pedi but she was overall pleasant. - she would get 4-5 stars).My microdermabrasion wasnt much better. The blanket on the bed had a hole in it, and the machine was loud (to the point the student apologized for it). I wasnt super impressed with the service itself but I think the student just had it turned way down for fear my skin would be too sensitive. (She was a good conversationalist and would also get 4-5 stars).The facilities would get 1-2 on their own and the only reason Im giving 3 is because of the two students that did my services.

Small classes and clean organized environment

This is the worst school ever I would never recommend to anyone. When I was attending this school I was having problems with the girls in my class , I went to the counselor and told her about the situation. They never did anything about and ignored it. Until I actually stood up for my self and told the girls something thats when they decided to step in. Then after me going for help they said I was threatening them to fight them outside of the school. Like really ? Even the unprofessional teachers and campus president believe them. So dont spend your money on this school. This school is unprofessional as well the teachers and the students.

They allow instructors with Shingles, hepatitis C, and non active TB to work there. This place is clearly unsafe, unsanitary, and unprofessional. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A REAL COLLEGE! Or spend 35k and leave with a sketchy degree and a disease!
