My mare was here for 3 years and it was absolutely the BEST boarding experience Ive ever had. Your horse will not be just a number here... Natalie, Nicole, and the entire Tomora team pay close attention to every detail. You can sleep well at night knowing that if anything goes wrong with your horse, you will be notified right away! I love Tomora Training Center. I have been fortunate to have had spent many years there. The staff is knowledgeable and took great care of my horse. I used to worry about my horse at other barns but felt great at Tomora knowing she was in great hands. The riding instructor has helped my horse and me grow in skill and confidence.

After a couple decades of boarding horses Ive never found another boarding stable that has the combination of first-rate facilities, professional management, a solid community of fellow boarders, and most importantly, exceptional care that makes Tomora so wonderful. I could go on about why this place has been great for me as a somewhat exacting rider/horse owner -- multiple arenas with great footing as well as fields to ride out in; safe, well maintained stalls and runs; management who care about each individual horse and have come to my rescue during veterinary crises; kind people; excellent dressage instruction; and more. But the real testament to how lovely this barn is comes from my horse, formerly a committed stall walker and general nervous nellie, who has given up her anxious ways and become a happier creature while living at Tomora. We love this barn!

I have been boarding my horse at Tomora Training Center for two years and am extremely happy with the care my horse is receiving. Natalie and Nicole treat all the horses on the property as if they were their own and I have no worries that my horse is being looked after 24/7. The atmosphere of the barn is also very quiet, positive, and drama-free. I have made many wonderful friends there and look forward to my daily horse time. My horse will be staying with Tomora for the longterm, as I have no reason to ever look elsewhere for her boarding needs.Thank you, Natalie and Nicole!

My time while boarding at Tomora cannot be compared to any of the other facilities Ive boarded at in the past! The grounds are amazing for any level or discipline of riding and are well maintained. Any concerns one might have, gets addressed immediately. I loved taking my horses out in the field to work the hills or just get away from it all, it was always so peaceful! When I had my baby this past spring the girls had even offered to help in anyway they could, knowing they care that much about their clients makes you feel completely at ease leaving them away from home.Natalie has been amazing, caring for and protecting my horses as if they were her own. If there was any reason I couldnt make it out to the barn I knew my horses were in good hands, Natalie never hesitated to help out when I would ask her for special favors. She even helped me find transportation when I needed to ship my horse 1500 miles away recently!Nicole has helped me improve my dressage with my young mare. Having someone on site who truly knows what shes doing has been a tremendous help, if something isnt working she always has something else to try. My dressage is better than it has ever been! She even helped me decide from a few saddles I picked up to find the best fit for my young mare, as well as, helped me braid my old geldings mane the night before a show because I had broken my finger and was unable to do it myself.My only complaint is that they are in Colorado while I moved away to the Carolinas and will miss this place and the people who made it feel like home.

I’ve boarded at Tomora for over four years and it feels like a second home to me. It’s so beautiful and I always enjoy my time out there. The camaraderie between the boarders can’t be matched; it’s a very supportive and uplifting environment.Lessons with Nicole have drastically improved my Western Dressage. Nicole is always patient and adapts her style to suit the needs of both horse and rider. She explains things in easy to understand and easy to remember ways. She is certainly a talented rider and teacher.Natalie is always willing to help in any way she can. She has met me late evenings to teach me how to poultice and wrap my horse’s leg, helped with wedding preparations (I rode my horse down the wedding aisle), and even found me an amazing dog to adopt from a local shelter. Her kindness has certainly impacted my life!Natalie and Nicole have been there to help me change a tire on my car (okay actually they did all the work), navigate many questions of being a first time horse owner, and given me friendship throughout it all. I am so grateful for my years boarding at Tomora, I look forward to many, many, many more!

I have been boarding at Tomora Training Center for the past 2.5 years and couldnt be happier about the care my horses receive. When I first came to Tomora I had just purchased my first horse and was full of questions. Both Natalie and Nicole have been tremendously helpful offering advice and hands-on support. Also now with my newly bought second horse I am benefiting from their year long experience and great horsemanship.The facility is meticulously looked after and with an indoor arena, 3 outdoor arenas, round pens and lots of trails there is hardly anything left one can wish for.

This is the best boarding facility we have been at in the last 20 years. Natalie beautifully manages a no nonsense, top notch facility that has indoor and multiple outdoor arenas. We love the ability to ride around in the 100s of gorgeous outdoor acres. Nicole is a very talented trainer and I learned a lot during lessons with her. They personally helped us manage our horses illness with knowledge and empathy. There is no other facility in Northern Colorado that I would recommend as highly.

Wonderful facility! The management team is top notch and cant be beat! To find a barn that has people who truly care about your horse, their health and overall well being is very rare. The facilities are superb as well, arenas are well maintained and living facilities of the horses are very nice. There is a reason that the horses here are all happy.

Boarded here years ago and unfortunately had to move out of state. I have boarded at many other facilities and Tomora is the nicest. The people who run it make the difference as they put their hearts and souls into the care of each horse. I always felt my horse was treated like a prized winning champion even when he was just a pet. The facility is top notch and is always being improved upon. This is an A+ facility and A+++ care!

We moved to Tamora a couple months ago. Not only is the facility impeccable, but the owners are amazing! Our horse had lost a lot of weight at our previous place and he is gaining back super nicely with the hay they provide. I would give them 5 millions stars!!!

The staff at Tomora are fabulous! They are knowledgeable, kind and take excellent care of the horses. The facility is a clean and relaxing place to enjoy with your horse.

This place has everything we need and want. Several arenas and the indoor arena has excellent footing, an eagle eyed barn manager that oversees your fur babies and a trainer that treats your children as her own. We are here to stay ❤️

Tomora is an exceptional place with amazing people! The owners and managers are very knowledgeable and truly care. The welfare of the horses along with a friendly and positive barn atmosphere are paramount and that is always obvious.

I have been at Tomora Training Center for well over a year, I have never been more happier or felt more confident that my horse (Faith) was safe and happy. The level of care is top notch! The grounds and arenas are out of this world!! I have the opportunity to either ride in several different arenas, which includes a beautiful indoor arena, or on several hundred acres of pasture (my favorite)! I love watching the Hawks fly overhead while we ride and enjoy the sunsets:-)Last February, I had to put my other horse down due to a HORRIBLE case of Navicular, not only were Natalie and Nicole so kind, supportive and caring during this time, they even helped me make the necessary arrangements at an extremely difficult time for me. They even held my stall while I searched for my next horse!! I couldnt be happier, Faith and I are so lucky and blessed to be there....

Natalie and Tomora are wonderful. They are so accommodating and really care about their boarders. I highly suggest working with them!

Fabulous facility for the serious rider - large indoor arena with new footing, several large outdoor arenas, cross country course, jumps, & dressage arenas. The facility has safe fencing, heated waterers, large stalls with large runs, or large paddocks with shelter.The women running the facility are 3rd generation horse professionals, as well as being super sweet and helpful. Id trust them with my horses any day! Nicole is a fantastic dressage trainer and instructor, as well as a serious competitor with her USDF bronze and silver medals. Natalie is a wonderful dressage rider with her USDF bronze medal. Both girls are extremely knowledgeable and an asset to any riders/horses training program.The best part is that you have the option of partial or full care - no other comparable facility in this area offers this.Not sure why other people have posted poor reviews - I have never seen anything from Tomora that would warrant a poor review. I guess some people are just never happy!

Tomora is a very friendly, clean and professional barn! I look forward to boarding a Dressage horse there again.
